Fantastic experience: Our previous therapists couldn’t provide the help we needed for my son nor had the patience. Even my son couldn’t wait to leave by trying to unlock the door and walk back to the car. So we made the switch to Crosscare, mid last year and couldn’t be more grateful for the services. The clinic is everything any child with neurodivergent needs, especially the play area. They literally don’t give up til they find a way to help. Special mention to Ligin, Ramona & Angela for helping us especially giving us tips on helping with our son.

Negative experience: Tried Crosscare when they first opened a few years ago and the therapists were unskilled and the staff were extremely unprofessional so we never went back. Just tried again today after a lengthy conversation with someone about wanting an experienced and English speaking therapist. They assured me the male physio was English speaking and had been with the company for a few years. We waited 15 min and the therapist was still not at work. One of the staff came out and told me it’s the physios first day today and they have never met him before.. haha what an absolute joke of a “business”. Bumped into the physio in the parking lot on our way out and he couldn’t understand a simple question.. save your time and don’t bother with crosscare. If I could I would give zero stars.
Hi Belinda When a Therapist is slightly late due to various personal reasons, its important we give a little grace and the benefit of the doubt, after all we are all human and can make mistakes. I hope you an look within and see the good in the therapist who dedicate their lives in helping others. We have an extremely talented team of therapists who go above and beyond to care for all their clients. Cross Care has won several awards as a result of outstanding customer service. Negative experience: Treat workers terribly. Absolute bullies and shouldn't be able to run a business. Just notice the staff turn around and how many people LEAVE and that will tell you your answer.
Hi Amber Sadly we all are disappointed when therapist leave, however when our work culture, working conditions, salaries and benefits are at the very highest in the industry and a therapist decides to resign as a result of medical, family, travel commitments, relocation, or personal reasons not related to work, we must respect that and wish everyone the very best. We understand that these reasons might not be shared with you as they are confidential and therapists don't want their clients knowing their personal circumstances. We are more than willing to find you an alternative therapist at Cross Care or refer you to another clinic. Staff turnover is not only a healthcare industry challenge but an Australia wide concern and we must all adapt. Thankfully having over 20+ Therapist we are doing our very best to keep our clients booked and looked after

Sadly we can not control the actions of others acting on their own accord, Hoover we can makes sure they don't happen again by hiring the correct personnel which can sometimes be difficult.
