Fantastic experience: Globe is a fantastic gym that is extremely well-equipped. The staff are friendly and professional. Love it there! Update: 6 years later and I still love Globe! It's the best kept secret on the Gold Coast. You can get onto machines without a wait, the other members are so friendly. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Really great gym with a wide range of equipment and most importantly wonderful staff. The owner Jon is a top bloke who was always down to give me a spot and give advice. It has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it compared to other gyms on the coast.

Fantastic experience: Globe Gym has a range of equipment and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights for me has been working with Josh, one of their personal trainers. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping his clients reach their goals. Josh creates personalized workouts that are challenging yet enjoyable, and he’s always there to provide guidance and encouragement. If you’re looking for a gym where you can really see results and feel supported, Globe Gym and Josh are the perfect combo!

Negative experience: Visit the gym for casual visit. Some dude was super settin 3 leg machines at once and wasn't allowing me to jump in inbetween sets.. with only 1 leg press machine it becomes difficult to train.. Then I found out he was the actual owner.. Comon mate do better

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to get in better shape and thanks to Globe Gym and my trainer, Josh, it’s really working! Most importantly my self confidence has improved tremendously! I highly recommend Globe Gym for anyone who is looking for an affordable gym with a friendly atmosphere. It has all the equipment necessary for anyone who is motivated to achieve their goals … the only thing missing is YOU! :D

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Very affordable and no lock in contracts. Even during peak times there’s always machines available. Classes are included in the cost too which is great! Definitely recommend checking it out

Fantastic experience: Absolute hidden gem!! Me and some mates are in Burleigh for the holidays and were looking for a gym to train at short-term. I called around with no luck, and we didn't want to train at World Gym which is expensive /busy. The owners gave us a great deal and the gym is quiet and has everything you need for full weight sessions or cardio, and classes! I don't normally write reviews, but feel I have to show appreciation for them here

Fantastic experience: Driven past many times enroute to another gym, never thought twice to check the place out. Who would have known what I’ve been missing out on. Stopped in on a Saturday to sign up on the no contract deal. First session Sunday morning in an empty gym, had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t still in bed dreaming ☺️ Quality gym, quality layout. Feel like I’ve found a tucked away gem of gym and only 5 minutes from home. Couldn’t get better value for money ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Globe Gym at Burleigh Waters for more than 14 years. They offer a wide range of equipment and training that covers both fitness and strength. However, their greatest attribute is the quality and knowledge of their trainers. They not only offer training and correct exercise techniques but have the ability to recognise injuries and ailments while offering guidance with the care and/or avoidance of aggravation to the injury. The number of people who, like me, have maintained gym membership for a number of years is testimony to quality of the gym, it's trainers and management.

Fantastic experience: Really prefer Globe Gym over big busy gyms, I’ve never had to wait for a machine or space, good range of equipment and people are all friendly. Plus super affordable !

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Always clean and well maintained. Very different to other gyms I’ve been to, everyone including the staff, PT’s and members are so welcoming which is why my 14 year old has joined me here and loves it too!! Classes are amazing and so are the PT’s (especially Molly!!!) wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym on the Gold Coast! I have been going to Globe Gym now for 8 months. Im now down 50kg and if it wasn't for the support from John, Rachael, Josh and Molly I would have never had made it this far! Any questions I've had the team answered for me straight away and they are always so including and encouraging. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to train!

Negative experience: Like most of the comments the guy who works there or may be he is the owner of the place, he is extremely rude. If you ask a question he is rude, I was exercise and he looks to you with an angry face and not welcome at all. I left the gym because of him and I felt after saw all the comments, looks like racist behaviour.

Negative experience: During the summer, the aircon has declined in temperature, it slowly got to the stage where it doesn't feel cold. Recently when I was exercising warm air was coming out of the vents. Something needs to be done about this, it's unbearable for me and a lot of people. As I believe it will cause people to think twice about renewing membership and also new members joining. Look around the gym you will see several benches need upholstering which have been like it for months. The general cleanliness of the gym is disgusting. it looks a half done cleaning job and is very unhealthy to members. I just hope you take the consideration to do something about this a lot of people have had enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Globe gym Burleigh almost everyday for the last three weeks and absolutely love it. A very good environment for anyone looking to train! The owners are extremely friendly and made me feel super welcomed from the get go. The other members and trainers are also super friendly and makes the whole gym feel like a community. 10/10 great gym, great environment.

Fantastic experience: GLOBE gym is the best on the coast. It is my first time going to the gym regularly and I felt so comfortable and welcome by all staff. My PT Molly is wonderful, always helping me achieve PBS and pushing me to get the best out of me each session. She is one tough chick and wouldn’t want to be trained my anyone else. Jon the owner is a legend, he is also one tough bloke. Everyone helps and looks out for another here. Have had some great convos and received awesome motivation not only from the PTS but other clients too. You get the best of the best at globe gym. The vibes in the gym are always great and I look forward to going to every session.

From the minute i walked in and met the team at Globe i felt at home. Love going in there and getting stuck into it. With Jons guidance ive gone from happy to be walking to surfing without a care. Fantastic experience: Globe Gym is easily one of the best Gym’s on the coast. They have a family friendly atmosphere that not many gyms have now days. Along with this, Globe Gym have outstanding staff, PT’s, equipment and classes that encourage new members to socialise and push themselves.

It's a good gym with modern equipment but has a nice old school feel and vibe to it and it's members are pretty good also

Negative experience: Not sure if i was a few shades to dark .but it was not a nice experience at all. i went in the times it was said to have someone attending the office and wanted to sign up . Went into find someone to help checked the classes and was walking out was approched by the owner in a unwelcoming tone asked if he could help me .i said yes i wanted to sign up and was told the office was closed and i had to leave. I was taken back from how rude he was .Not sure what he was trying to accomplish .he continued to tell me i had to leave without letting me know when i can come back or sign up.
