Negative experience: I have been here many times and the customer service is always very poor particularly when compared to the store outside Westfield. The Westfield store are much more willing to help and efficient particularly when it comes to price match.

Fantastic experience: Absolute gem of a store. They have a wide range of vitamins. I was after Dr. Caruso’s brand, which they had a good representation of. Also a good collection of natural products. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & super helpful. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I don’t know what happened to this store. Used have friendly staff that happy to help out customers. Nobody was even there to assist me paying today. I asked a staff nicely to see if there is anyone else could help me since he is talking to another customer, he simply said “no”. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. I left the store without buying the product and was angry. This type of attitude will kill the business.

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s been struggling with a auto immune disease I’ve recently found this shop and I could not rate their customer service and knowledge any higher. Their naturopaths in the shops have helped me find the write supplements with proper advice and are confident to share their opinion if they believe that buying certain items would not be beneficial for me and a waste of money. Hard to find this kind of honesty and knowledge from other competitors

Negative experience: Just came out of this store where I watched two staff members raise their voice at an elderly lady one after the other. The lady didn’t seem to understand much English but was able to tell one angry staff member what she wanted. Angry staff started yelling “what brand?”. The lady didn’t know so another staff member asked her in Chinese. The lady said she didn’t know so they kept yelling at her for a brand and then rudely saying they can’t help her and then ignored her as she stood there. It incident was hostile, aggressive and out right nasty. Honestly, if she doesn’t know the brand, it’s easy enough just to show her that product form any brand. There’s no need for that kind of attitude. It was upsetting to see. Will not be going back to the store.

Negative experience: We walk in store today.....staff chatting 12.10pm today...as if we are interrupting their conversation....should you attend to customers first and talk all you want after serving the customers.....blond hair lady....also recommending things they do not use or have direct experience when we query ....thus kept quiet....don't say something...if you do not know directly...stop being a pamphlet parrot...we could read ....

Negative experience: Customer service was extremely poor. Was not greeted upon arrival nor offered any help. When I asked for a few recommendations I was told “you should know what you plan to buy before you come” I asked to speak to the manager and was told “you’re problems aren’t worth his time” I really needed some shakes but the quality was absolutely disgusting. Quality and service was something I’ve never experienced and hope to never have to. Will never be back again and will not recommend this place at all. I wouldn’t even give a star if that was possible.

Fantastic experience: Best store in Chatswood by a mile. Friendly and helpful with very knowledgeable advice from the sports team on all their products. Had a shocking experience at Elite Supps in chatswood and felt I knew more than the actual staff working there. Will certainly be returning to Mr Vitamins in the future!

Negative experience: Very Upset online order experience! Placed an online order and got them delivered - didn't open the carton till 2 days later - however one of the glass bottle was broken even though it was bubble wrapped. Emailed with images to customer service on 16th Sep 18 - no response as of now 24 Sep; called CC couple of times - line always busy, your system asked me to leave a message, again, never got any response. Not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Return customer; great that there is a shop at Burwood; REALLY know their stock; naturopath on site for queries; join up = discount on already discounted vitamins; NSW Seniors card more discount; multiple buys more discount. There is NO other store that can compete with Mr Vitamin. Give them a try!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was so pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful the staff member that attended to me was. He genuinely listened, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and was actually interested in why I wanted/needed the vitamins I was getting. I really enjoyed the experience and left extremely happy. Considering how daunting it can be to buy some vitamins because of the huge range of different brands and products, it was really easy at Mr Vitamins! I’ll be going back once I run out.

Negative experience: Dissapointing service. I didn't receive what I ordered. I ordered 2 * 1000mg 300 capsules online. But what I received is 2 * 1000mg 200capsules. Reported this to their team. No action was taken to correct it.

Negative experience: Terrible service and extremely unprofessional. 服務超差,超不專業。 One of the staff and another senior were not aware of the product pricing on their website. When asked about the price on the official website, the staff said the price on the website is the correct price. The senior staff said they can only sell me limit of six, and started ranting on the side with the staff about how the store needs to pay rent, electricity, etc and can't sell it at that price. I don't think I need to know you operate the business. If you don't want to sell me at that price, you should have just refused to sell the product rather than ranting and limiting my purchase. Worst experience. I will not visit again. I can buy my products elsewhere.

Negative experience: They sent me the wrong products and completely missed one item which was over $100. I have sent emails for over 1 week and had no response. I have also tried to call several times and the phone just rings out. I will never use them again and would suggest nobody else use them. Extremely bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: Mr Vitamins Chatswood is my all time favourite place to acquire natural products, supplements and essential oils. The customer service is fantastic; no question is too inconsequential and the resident Naturopath spends time helping you find what you need. I get over to Chatswood once a month just to shop at Mr Vitamins. Apart from their excellent customer service, their prices are the best. Especially on Super Tuesdays. 5 stars baby.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Mr Vitamins the last 4 years now and I have been nothing but astounded by the great customer service they have provided. Their employees have such in depth knowledge of products they were able to provide solutions to all my health and fitness needs, with special thought into specific products I can take with my allergies and other medicine i was taking at the time. Their selection of products are fantastic great brands at even better prices. So for anybody looking at a store that can provide you with astounding customer service through individuals who actually care about you health and fitness i couldn't recommend Mr Vitamins enough

Negative experience: 1st time customer. Not sure I'll return! Purchased online. Wrong product delivered. Being told that I had to send product back myself (1st bad point I had to go to post office which was out of my way but I did that anyway in good faith). That is why I ordered online in the first place! Promised to get my correct order straight away -- 2 weeks after I still didn't get my products. Rang and left messages with my order number. Emailed. No reply. My final email, I emailed to let the company know I was cancelling via PayPal. Within 1/2 hour someone called back. Worse experience ever. Added to the list of bad experiences -- a week later someone rang just saying he was returning my call. Doesn't seem to me, you have any system in place to deal with this issue. I read another review. Similar case here. (Wrong product sent, had to physically return that wrong product -- agreed with previous review -- you should organise a courier to pick up not me going to post office to return it. It's your mistake!) all up ~ 3 weeks and more before I received my products with dramas of chasing you up. Not a small order (Doesn't matter anyway whether it's a small or big order) I wish you train your staff, have a better system to deal with online orders. Not sure I'll shop with you again. There are 3-4 companies I shop online. Thought I'd try you out. An online NZ company I usually order delivering theirs within 5 days!

Negative experience: Didn't have a great experience with this company. Purchased Vitamins online and did not receive what I ordered. I was then told I had to return this incorrect item I had received and they would send me out the correct ones. I was not happy with this and said if they wanted to organise their own courier to pick up the incorrect vitamins they are more then welcome to. I was then told the product I had ordered was out of stock and it would take them a couple of days to source them and send it out to me. Once again I said this was not good enough. Apparently I am being sent out the right vitamins today but really not confident in their services. Very disappointed as this was the first time I had ordered from them. Hopefully I receive my correct order soon.

Fantastic experience: Particularly knowledgeable & helpful staff. Even the boss came and spoke to me!! Huge range of allsorts of products too numerous to mention - just check the web site! Extremely efficient phone & email service. The parcel arrives on your doorstep the next day. Great advice too. Great prices on 'practiotioner only' products through their own naturopath!! Give them a try!! Bit confusing with 2 shops in Chatswood - one on Victoria St another in the Chase. Try ringing the wrong branch enquiring about your phone order!!

Might be me, but attempted to complete online order in response to email notification of cyber monday sale and no delivery fee on order over $99. Couldn't find products I previously bought and didn't receive promised email with access code,after completing comprehensive questionnaire with info I had previously supplied in store. Gave up feeling most frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff especially Mavis. Had an issue with purchasing a bottle of Manuka honey that was wrongly placed in a cheaper queue. Took the honey without looking at the UMF number assuming it was 15 instead of 20. Only realised after wife paid for it. Mavis bent over backwards to work a refund for us and even gave us some freebies despite the fact that I should have checked before placing the bottle in the basket assuming it was UMF 15. Fantastic experience: I'm used to getting decent service from Mr Supplements - the staff as a whole are pretty friendly, have good knowledge and don't mind a quick chat. Pretty standard stuff, plus the store has a fairly wide assortment of supplements and health foods; fitness, general well-being etc. But my experience last week was exceptional. I cannot recommend enough your staff member Robert (oh please let it be Robert, I'm so sorry if I'm wrong on this one!) From the start he was a fount of knowledge. I asked him about preworkouts and not only did he recommend one to me, he referred to his past experiences with each (saying that he couldn't in good conscience refer anyone to a product he hasn't first tried) and used that to come up with the product most suited to me. Not once did he bad-mouth a product, or say that any one product was THE BEST - he took his opinion out of it, used his knowledge and the questions he asked me to come up with what, in his opinion, would suit me best. AND HE TOOK HIS TIME! These days I find the experience in shops tends to be rushed - you in, you out, buy your thing, get going, let the next person buy their thing. I honestly felt as though he would have spent the entire afternoon with me if I had stayed. And for that I am a life-long customer. So thank you, and I cannot recommend you enough. He deserves a pay rise to anyone in a position to action this.

Negative experience: I am glad I read the reviews because unfortunately I do not have anything positive to add. I have purchased some products now online and when I made any inquiry by phone months ago regarding a body building product I was told not to purchase that product and to try these others products instead. I did but was not happy with the results compared to the original product. I made several online contacts to the store regarding I need to re order more products can they recommend anything else after wasting my money previously with products they recommended and have had no contact from anyone, even after sending another email that I am still waiting for an answer from my previous emails. Bad customer service I do not know why they even have this option on their site.

Positive experience: There are two stores by memory. One is closer to the top near the station. I am aware of the sort of supplements and whole-foods that the store offers, but I am not a regular customer either. My comment is purely on the items I have bought from the chain and not of the staff and business in total. The Honest-to-Goodness items are sold in many places. I used to work under their courier service and delivered direct to these stores. Honest to Goodness is a well run business that has gained a lot of popularity through the years (originating in a warehouse in Artarmon). Personally I agree with the prices being a little dearer than other referenced stores. I wonder if its all about that though, I recall buying my food from Alfalfa House in Enmore because I liked the ethics and wellbeing that the food afforded me. Not the prices. I believe in these stores.
