It’s been a long time since my nails have looked so nice, thankyou Shelby for helping me pick such a beautiful colour and taking such care to make sure they were perfect. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Melbourne.

Positive experience: Went here for a spray tan the day before I attended a wedding. Was very pleased with the service and professional attitude of the staff. I left the tan on for 4-5 hours as directed before rinsing off briefly, and was disappointed to see no tan left behind - until I woke up the next day to find it had developed into a lovely, even, natural golden tan overnight. It ended up perfect for the wedding and lasted up to a week afterwards, which I was pleased with, but I would recommend not getting this spray tan the day of an event but the day before. Wish I had been told this as it would have prevented initial disappointment!

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have been gifted the 'dream within a dream' spa package. I walked in very stressed and within minutes, felt so unbelievably relaxed. The staff were professional and friendly. I was so relaxed that I even slept through the massage! Definitely returning!

Fantastic experience: I rarely write review unless I think its good, I went for a makeup tutorial at miss fox with RUBY, who teach me everything I wanted to know. I showed a few pictures of what makeup style I was looking to achieve. She understood me, showed me the products, applied the make up and teaches me one step at a time. The nice thing of her is that she was patient with me and easygoing. Also she guides me when I do it on myself, step by step and give me tips and tricks along the way. At the end, she also gave me some samples and wrote a card that writes all the products that was use, the brand and shades that suits me she also does not pressurise me to buy the products there and also give me other suggestions, which is very nice of her. Honestly, All stars for her and I will highly recommend people to find her if you are a new beginner and looking to learn makeup! ✨

Fantastic experience: Divine Rose Gold Facial - this treatment was indeed divine! I loved how each step of the facial stimulated different senses with smell, texture, temperature etc all varied. The massage element on my hands, arms, neck, head and face was lovely, thank you Ruby you were fab! In terms of facility- the spa is really funky yet calm, with champagne or tea on arrival. I felt comfortable here. I am not the biggest fan of being touched and often feel a bit awkward in these settings but felt very at ease.

Fantastic experience: I attended Miss Fox on Saturday with my daughter and granddaughter, using a gift voucher that had been given to me for a special birthday by my generous friends, what a wonderful experience all 3 of us had!! I enjoyed a foot scrub and a Luxury Organic Massage, my Therapist was Jane and she was an absolute delight, so caring, respectful and exceptionally well trained, Thank you Jane, the whole experience was memorable from the entry greeting to the treatment and the rest period at the end, completely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: The philosophy and organic products used at Prive Hair Salon resonate with me as a wellness expert and someone who passionately lives a healthy lifestyle. I loved the intimate luxury sanctuary environment and the professional friendly consultative service from Master Stylist Samantha. She started with the Ultimate Restorative Ritual then cut and blow-dried my hair. I was delighted with the results. All staff were lovely and I highly recommend Prive.

Fantastic experience: This was my fist appointment at Miss Fox and I received a very warm welcome that made me feel comfortable immediately. The staff are very knowledgeable and highly skilled, I was so impressed and felt amazing by the end of my treatments. The products used for my facial in particular are so divine that I had to purchase for home use. Specific consideration has been applied to the overall atmosphere which is calming, tranquil and immaculate I felt like I was entering a beautiful boutique hotel. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Let me just start with how amazing Miss Fox looks!! I had a great experience and am really happy with the service. Chelsea’s skills were great and I’m really happy with how my hair colour turned out! Would 100% recommend :)

Negative experience: The girls were really nice and the stylist explained the process quite well but still I feel pretty disappointed. I can't justify spending over $500 for the end result achieved. I came in on my birthday with the intention to lift my hair colour (= over $300) using foils but it's difficult to notice a real difference (I partially blame this on the dim lighting being used in the salon) and the blow dry was a bit of a disappointment ($90 yet my hair was so dry & looked awful under natural sunlight - I was tempted to wash and restyle my hair as soon as I got home). I've been getting my hair done for years and have never written a negative review until now. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back to this salon. Thank you for everything & please see this review as constructive criticism.

Fantastic experience: Had a full day spa experience here today and it was incredible. Its always a bit of a risk when you are spending big money somewhere you haven't been before but after my dream treatment I am so relaxed and I would definitely go back. Very professional, beautiful decor and products used, delicious high tea and amazing attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing Salon Studio. So many great services available in a relaxing and peaceful space. I really appreciated their holistic approach to self care services. Most salons are loud, noisy and a sense of urgency which doesn’t always make it a relaxing experience. I came for hairdressing services but will definitely be returning to try some of the other services available.

Fantastic experience: I had my make-up done by Savannah recently and it was the most amazing experience! She came to my home and made me look and feel so amazing, she understood my vision and executed it beyond my expectations. The whole experience was amazing, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The most tranquil & beautiful salon I’ve ever been to. So much attention to detail and amazing staff who goes the extra mile. I have difficult hair as I have pigments that react and could go wrong very easy, but Chelsea knew exactly what to do and nailed it the very first time! Bianca did a colour match on me and my 15yr old daughter for Jane Iredale’s BB cream, a beautiful product which we love using at the moment. She enjoyed a tea, and I enjoyed a champagne which made some lovely bonding time. Loved every minute!

Fantastic experience: I cannot wait to visit Miss Fox for my long awaited spa mani/pedi combo. I have not visited yet. However, I subscribe to their newsletter and am extremely impressed with the additional measures being implemented to ensure guests are safe. This includes rapid antigen testing which is not painful and fairly accurate. These are in addition to all the current safety measures. I am going to book very soon and feeling excited to come in and meet the team and guests. Please roll out the red carpet Divine Ms M is making a special guest appearance.

I loved my experience and I will always recommend them to anyone who wish to have their hair done! They are also doing other services such as make up, manicure, pedicure etc - so a perfect place to pamper yourself! Fantastic experience: WOW! This was hands down the best salon experience of my life. It’s a beautiful and luxurious venue where a lot of thought has gone into every little detail to ensure you feel special. Then there’s the service... friendly, professional and basically miracle workers! It started with a lovely neck and head massage in the chair, and a guided moment to switch off, like a meditation - EPIC!!! I have fine hair that doesn’t do what it’s told. But after a full head of foils and having the “mop” styled, I was ready to walk a red carpet! I cannot recommend highly enough. It was hands down the best I have every experienced!! 10 STARS!

Fantastic experience: Just had my hair coloured at Prive Miss Fox. Amy did a fabulous job and I’m in love with my new look. The salon is beautiful. It’s clean, calming and luxurious. There’s herbal teas served in a Fine china cup and saucer or a champagne. I like being taken care of and I enjoy pampering in luxury and Prive Miss Fox offers it all. Fantastic experience: I have visited Prive Miss Fox Salon a couple of times now, and each time has been a fantastic experience! You can tell the minute you walk in the door that the team at Prive put the customer first and ensure you have the best experience possible. The Oway products used are perfect for any hair type, as at times my hair can be sensitive to certain hair products, with the Oway products my hair was left feeling clean, silky, and styled exactly to my ask. Located in a beautiful part of the CBD, which is easy to get to, i couldn't recommend the Prive salon enough! Thanks again team

I did a workshop at Miss Fox a few months ago where she gave a talk and knew I would come back to her when the time was right. I knew I would, because she spoke in a way that my entire being understood, she was calm, compassionate, real, holistic, understanding and informed. I have had tummy troubles, some nervous system challenges, some black and white thinking and anxiety for quite a few years and while I was doing okay, I felt it was time to embrace my love of natural health and gift myself targeted support. I have had three sessions with Alisa so far, with multiple online communications in between, and I just love it. Fantastic experience: Had a cut and colour with Prive Hair Australia in Miss Fox Spa yesterday and i could not be happier with the results! It is a complete transformation! From the moment I walked through the door, right up until I left, the staff were very attentive and made it known that they wanted me to have the best experience possible. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing - nice dim lighting, soft music and it smelt amazing! I had the wander within ritual with Jane and I just can't fault a single thing. Jane was so attentive and friendly and my massage was AMAZING! I liked that I wasn't rushed out the door after my treatment, instead I was given a glass of champagne and told to take my time. Thank you Miss Fox and Jane for making my first spa experience an incredible one. Will definitely be back!

Negative experience: Serious lack of care has left my nails damaged from over filing / buffing the surface and with quite painful tearing of the skin around the nails from filing. It’s also the most over priced manicure in Melbourne. Unbelievably disappointed.

Positive experience: Simple, sophisticated luxury available to all! I love my time spent at Miss Fox. The staff are courteous, warm and always ready to provide you with much needed advice on all things beauty and fashion.

Negative experience: $115 dollars- that's right $115 for a shellac manicure. The shellac started to chip 4 days in!! And continues to do so. I am happy to pay a premium if the result I get is worth it- but appart from the fact that this place has a pretty decor - and sure, and nice receptionist- there really is nothing good to say.

Fantastic experience: Had some time to kill while traveling in Melbourne, so went searching for a day spa near my hotel (Novotel on Collins); stumbled across Miss Fox, literally a 3min walk from my hotel.... and oh my goodness, what a dream. Day spas can be really hit or miss, and Miss Fox is definitely a hit. The atmosphere is simply stunning, and the staff lovely. I had the Daydream package, which includes a foot scrub, 60min coconut massage, facial, herbal teas and champagne. I have sensitive skin, so they allowed me to substitute the facial for a body scrub. I finished the package off with a 10min coconut milk bath. This took approx 3.5hrs in total, and was absolutely divine. I started with the foot scrub in the main lounge, then moved to a private room for the rest of the treatment... this room contained a massive gold tub for my coconut milk bath, which consisted of floating pink flower petals! I’m feeling very relaxed and silky smooth, and may just have to organize a future trip to Melbourne again simply as an excuse to revisit Miss Fox. Thanks for an awesome time. PS. Your champagne is delicious!

Fantastic experience: The best in Melbourne!! The girls are so attentive and their treatments and skincare are beautiful. They include massages along their treatments, and is just a total experience. It’s not invasive, so it’s more for people with less problematic skin, and who need a bit of a boost and pick me up from the stress and wear of daily life. Absolutely recommend, the atmosphere and environment they create is just wonderful.

Negative experience: I was here a year ago for a massage and thought I’d give it a try again after last time not receiving the treatment I booked. This time was another disappointment, I had just had my hair done and marked on my sheet to not touch my hair. This request was not honoured and now oily. Half way through the treatment there was someone showering next door and banging something around for the almost the rest of the time and and then I came out so greasy that my feet were leaving grease marks on the floor and I had to wipe myself down before getting dressed. Sorry Miss Fox, I won’t be returning. I also don’t find asking the customer to contact you to rectify the issue very good practice, something to consider....

Fantastic experience: This place seriously makes you feel a bit special. The fabulous staff seriously know their work inside out. I hear that Miss Fox is like the top rated spa in all of Australia, but there is nothing snooty or exclusionary about the service. It's one of those places in Melbourne that makes you grateful you live here, or get to visit.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!! Everything about my experience at Miss Fox was 10/10. The reception staff are wonderful and Melissa who did my manicure is an absolute hero. So easy to talk to and did the most superb job on my weak and brittle nails. Yes it is more expensive than your standard salon but the experience, the staff, the cleanliness and the salon itself (which is beautiful) is worth the price. You wont regret going here (I had a gel manicure with nail art on two of my fingers)

( well played ladies) .... 5 stars all round!! I had a 60 minute spa facial with Kayla. It was absolutely beautiful. She had a lovely touch. VERY RELAXING. Moved around the room so quietly. All those little touches from selecting my own crystals and oil blend to the pressure points and luxurious massages she used really made for a wonderful Spa experience. Could not fault. Fantastic experience: Came here for my first ever wax and although not enjoyable, the consultant did everything within her control to keep me relaxed and distracted. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. Super hygienic and what they used was not as harshbkn my skin, the redness has gone within the hour, I've only ever had bikini was before and that left redness for 2 days from another salon. I have already booked my maintenance wax for 4 weeks! This place is also reasonably priced.

Negative experience: Do not book! Your appointment is cancelled at the last minute (due to a staff error when taking my booking in the first place)! Customer service via phone is very poor. I was called on the day to cancel my appointment, without any help in trying to reschedule to a time that suited me. I was required to change my work schedule to fit their needs rather than the other way around. If you are someone that has a demanding schedule, do not book here.

Have frequented here on many occasions and recently got my lashes done after years of hesitation and I was not disappointed. So natural, light and have had SO many compliments. Love this place!!! Negative experience: Spent $120 for a gel pedicure, unfortunately I'm not at all happy with the experience or the outcome. The heels of my feet are just as rough as before. It was uncomfortable having the treatment done in the waiting area of the salon with all and sundry people coming and going right past. It would have been nice to have been offered a magazine, and the beautician at least make some small conversation.
