Negative experience: This place is totally scam , ordered something from them 3 months ago..... still havent receive anything, everytime I chased up the order , they will said your order is on its way.... Never able to provide a tracking nunber when I ask for my refund, they totally annoyed my msg......be aware......
Negative experience: Absolutely Terrible. I was left to wait 30 minutes for my appointment whilst they "got my room ready". My appointment was booked at least a week in advance, it's not like it was a last minute appointment. I don't understand how they think it's OK for them to be unorgainsed and make a customer wait 30 minutes and they expect the customer to be just be OK with it. I had another appointment to attend so after 30 minutes of waiting I left.
Positive experience: Great products but the service is terrible. So is the communication and deliver times! Maybe best to go in and purchase the products I’m not sure? I’ve always ordered online.
Negative experience: Been here many time seen different staff and sleshma as well but today I had Misfortune experience of my life. Had an appointment for colonic irrigation today at 11:30 I was there on time after waiting for 10-15 mins more they organised a new colonic room upstairs on level 2 for me and gave explanations about renovations is then asked me to use that colonic. After I plugged the hose there was no water coming in waited for 15-20 mins pressing bell no response, had phone with me luckily call them on there number JULLY answered and she said WILL is gonna come for help and he showed up after 20 mins and he turned water on. Moreover, there was trial then hose came off and again i was keep calling on phone and keep pressing bell for 45 mins no response they were answering call but saying there will be someone with you shortly, no one showed up till 50 mins. I was covered in shit no water in hand shower no wipes to toilet paper, I can’t clean my self or do anything it was a very bad situation for me. I knew how I wipe my self and get off from that situation. Never ever go to this place guys.

Negative experience: I had an extremely negative experience at this health facility. The place was highly disorganized, and they had double-booked my appointment, so what I had originally scheduled was not available. Instead, I was given an oxygen hyperbaric treatment. The staff member placed me in the chamber, locked it, and increased the pressure without checking if I was comfortable. I started experiencing severe pain in my eardrums and called for help, but no one came for nearly 10 minutes. It felt like a nightmare. I eventually had to bang on the chamber door, and when she finally came back, she reduced the pressure but didn’t bother to listen to my concerns. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I now believe that this treatment has caused lasting damage to my eardrums, as my hearing has noticeably declined, and I’ve been suffering from severe headaches ever since. This was a terrifying and painful experience, and I feel like I may need legal assistance due to the possible permanent damage caused by their negligence. I strongly urge others to avoid this place if you care about your health. I wouldn’t recommend it, even as a last resort.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Pinnacle Health Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very lovely nurse who was thorough about the procedure. Negative experience: I had an appointment booked at Pinnacle Health for 11:30 AM today. I arrived a bit early, only to find another customer who had been waiting since 10:30 AM. Despite receiving a confirmation text the night before, I waited around for 45 minutes with no one attending to me, and my attempts to contact them went unanswered as their phones were switched off. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after driving in from the Blue Mountains. My advice: don't waste your time here!
Negative experience: This place should be avoided at all costs. I booked a session last weekend and first ran into trouble when I discovered they'd given me, and other people arriving for their sessions, the wrong code for the carpark boom gate, leading to us all having to pay for street parking. Upon arrival there were no staff on the premises apart from the cleaner. The premises are a disgrace, it looks like a bomb site. This is supposed to be a health clinic but really it's a health hazard. Eventually one of the staff arrived but by then it was too late for me to start a session and therefore I had to leave, which meant a complete waste of my morning. The staff member was apologetic and said she'd 'make things right', but it's now Thursday and have heard nothing from them. What a joke. It's a pity google reviews force you to give at least one star before being able to submit a review.

Fantastic experience: Will, love you brother. I've been coming to pinnacle Health since Will's dad was there. These two men genuinely care for the well-being of their clients. You won't find people more dedicated than this family to care for you. Not only that but Will is sharp, wise, meticulous. I would rather die in their hands than in the hands of any healthcare professional that's how much I trust these guys, but then again I share the same values as them. If you do not believe in natural therapies stick to what's best for you.
Fantastic experience: Attended today - first time for a procedure with 3 friends - staff made us feel really welcome and calmed our nerves with lots of laughs and knowledge. Nothing was a problem for them. They are going through some renovations (no big deal), super apologetic and offered us complimentary treatments while we waited. Negative experience: I made a purchase around $90 on their website in Oct and never heard from them. Then I searched here found out lots of people had the same experiences. Tried to email the owner Will twice and no response at all. This is a scam, at least the online purchase website is. I will take further actions. This is not right. They just take your money and don’t send you the products. Can’t believe this kind of business exists in Australia! After I posted this review, I got my refund. Just to let everyone know.

All I want is to order and receive a jar of herbal cream. I have made 5 or 6 phone calls to the office and Wills mobile to be told he will fix it. Nothing ever happens. I tried to order on line but PayPal rejected my payment and there is no place to enter credit card details. I can’t speak to anyone but Will. What has happened to his staff? Now he won’t take or return my calls. So disappointed with his attitude.

We had an appointment with you today 9am. Your website states you open 8am. I text you direct to your mobile advising that we are outside in the carpark. You saw my text but no reply. I called you 4 times to your mobile, but no response. I called your clinic but no answer. It was hot & you left us stranded. We see you for a reason. We come to you because we need your help. It is 10:22am & yet no apology, no text, no call back. I've sent you many of my friends to see you, because your service changes our lives. But today changes everything. No show. No communication is just something else. Will, I'm really disappointed you did this. You not only lost myself & my mother as your client - but also all my referring friends.

Negative experience: I purchased pinnacle cream online with express shipping back in early April. After a month of not receiving the product I got in touch with the business. After several attempts I got through to a gentleman man who promised to to investigate and get back to me immediately. He did not . I call and text several times after that asking when the product will be delivered, still nothing. I finally asked for a refund which he promised repeatedly that he would do straightaway and even offering a complementary product. Up to the time of this review I haven’t receive my refund . This business is dishonest and unreliable . Do not buy anything from them. This is an update with the debacle of this business. The morning after I wrote this review . I contacted them by text to let them know I was going to take further action . A man relied later saying I refunded you last night. My refund did eventually came through the next day . He also sent out a so-called complementary product which upon on opening was broken and the product spilled over in the packaging. It was unusable and now it is the bin . I attached. photos . Stay away from them.

All the products work and l love how he can pinpoint my health with iridology(looking in your eyes) Will is fantastic, very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in customer service. Fantastic experience: I purchased some pet shampoo online. The manufacturer ran out of product due to COVID shortages. I followed up, phoned and spoke to Will, who refunded me and compensated me for the trouble with a replacement product which was appreciated. He's attentive and I appreciated the gesture as he could have just refunded me and that would have been fine. I would shop here again.

Negative experience: One of the Groupon buyers and they called booked an appointment and redeemed my voucher on the premise that it would be used for my appointment. One day beforehand, I receive a text message advising that the appointment will not go ahead due to maintenance issues. I have tried booking appointments with them for a while now and Will has taken my details everytime with no call back. So it looks like they just stole from me!
Negative experience: Have ordered some product from their online store. Have received one automated message that the order has been received (and money taken). Then no update for weeks. Not received the products either after one month. Have tried getting in touch multiple times. Victoria has no skills in customer support and Will Shannon, the owner, just says "we need to talk", but then doesn't call. Failed to provide any feedback on what is happening with the order. Have asked for refund via paypal, but no response. Phones are not picked up, often it goes straight to "This user is not available", absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Can only recommend anyone to stay away from this business.
Negative experience: I walked into an empty lobby and was the greeted by a very frustrated man who had zero answers or knowledge for my booking. Health is important and private so being yelled at whilst trying to do something nice for your body isnt my Cup of tea. I’m not sure if he was the owner or just a furious receptionist but I don’t recommend females going here. I felt violated from the moment I stepped through the door.
Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this place they forcefully sell their medications to the needy or special needs parents when we resisted many times the lady Suvin ( manager) said we cant let your child go into the dive if he is crying. She only let us sit for less than 2 mins and immediately got my husband out and started selling their med I have tried to explain many times that he will cry cz he cannot understand but she didnt listen to me and was selling their medicine by force. Oh!we cant let your child in and you cant force us and you have to giv our medicine My sons were crying , screaming and they wasted 2 hrs going here and their.,up and down they saw our children were distress ,no.empathy and as soon as Wills came he prescribed 4 more medication without even looking or checking , they created panic atmosphere taking advantage of special needs parents and didnt even let us dive in . Suvin has no manners,pathetic customer service. Another friend of mine also came the same day and her son wasn't even crying the lady suvin and Wills also forced her to buy their med. I have many friends whom I referred but they all were upset with Suvin and Wills..fortunately we found a better place 'Heal It' in Leicchardt they gave us better price and no force for medication and they were very patient with my children ,only cried for 5 mins and they were very cooperative, better go to Leicchardt for hbot specially if you have kids with disability. This is entirely a work of fiction. No one has forced medication on you, nor your friends. You were offered a 50% discount due to your circumstance, and further on supplement. No one did anything without looking, and checking. There was never any lack of empathy, and people have been more than accommodating. We do not appreciate your defamatory comments.
Negative experience: Bought a Groupon voucher for float tank. Since they couldn't give me an appointment at the time I requested and voucher was expiring they redeemed the voucher and booked me for a future date that was June 2021. Since then everytime I have called for an appointment they have had their float tank maintenance issues. Spoken to Will couple of times and all he does is take details and promise a call back for an appointment(still waiting Feb 2022). Conning people out of money. And Groupon isn't much help either. Absolutely disgusted. They don't even deserve a single star.
Fantastic experience: I just want to shout out the staff at pinnacle health clinic North Parramatta. Today was first time going in for a colonic irrigation and I was very nervous before I went in but Will made me feel very at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The lady who did the flush was exceptionally professional and explained what exactly was going to happen beforehand. All staff were super friendly !! I feel so so much better and lighter and can not wait for my next session!! They offer so many services and are committed towards making sure you feel the best you can be .

We drove all the way out to parramatta to find that the place was closed (despite us having a confirmed appointment for the time). We called and called and no answer. The next day they returned the call but didn’t apologise for being closed. We booked again and unbelievably the same thing happened. With no apologies from the company. Not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Unbelievably bad customer service. How could anyone run a business like this way!

Negative experience: Bought Groupon voucher in early Feb for float tank for me and my partner as we both have wanted to try this for a while. There was no availability in the week of 8th Feb (our anniversary) so I booked in the 24th Feb. Someone called us a day prior to say that the float pods got some issues and they will be fixing it next week but due to my availability I could not make that week so I had to reschedule it for the week after that (10th March which is today at 6pm). I got a text yesterday to confirm my appointment which I replied with 'YES' and got a confirmation text back. I rang the clinic today 3 hours before the session asking if I need to prepare anything for the float pods and the lady said "Oh let me check because I know that the tank got maintenance issues and we thought your booking was cancelled" and I just thought to myself "Not again". So she came back and advised that the pods are broken but they failed to advise me about this matter. If I didn't call 3 hours before the session, we would have turned up to the clinic feeling like complete idiots. This seems to be happening a lot with other reviews trying to book for the float tank and got the vouchers from Groupon. Maybe this either should be taken off Groupon or maybe stop offering service at discounted price so that the clinic can have enough money to fix the pods/get new ones or just don't offer this service at all.

Fantastic experience: Personalised naturopathic treatments with great herbal mixes that worked for me! I found the team really accommodating and the centre has a range of many therapeutic and alternative facilities. Shout out to Will and Priya who looked after me recently!
Negative experience: Been calling many times for the last 3 weeks, no one picked up and can't leave a message either. Finally someone picked up 5 days ago after constantly calling, instead of making an appointment with me he said he will get someone to call me back, no call from them so far and still no one picks up the phone when calling. Pathetic.
Negative experience: I became very sick from some of the goop I purchased. I called for some clarification and they didn’t bother returning my call. They charge hundreds for nasty tasting goop that made me so sick. Never again. Hadn’t heard back from them since December 3rd until I wrote a bad review. Getting sick wasn’t enough to get a reply.

Fantastic experience: I started going to see Eli many many years ago and was blown away by what he was able to detect through iridology. I then started seeing his Son Will who also had such an obvious depth of knowledge. The services that pinnacle health now offer are so diverse and easily accessed. I highly recommend this health clinic to anyone wanting to find an alternate path to help them with their medical issues.
Negative experience: I found the place very unhygienic, they put something in my mouth (some chili drops) with the same drops than the person before. When I question it the lady told me there is no transmission of viruses by this method. I disagree.
Negative experience: Terrible service. On arrival we were told that the floating tank wasn't ready yet and were asked to wait for half an hour. When we came back it was still not ready and had to wait half an hour again. My friend and I each bought a one-hour voucher of Groupon. Booked in the session. But we're never told they only have one tank so we floated together... When we got to the floating room we realised there was only one towel. Then couldn't find anyone to give us another towel for ages. Also I didn't feel like it was a clean place. Do not go, believe me.

Negative experience: This review is solely based on the floatation tank experience. First of all the machine itself looks relatively old, salts sit at the bottom in large clumps and it is nothing compared to the newer machines you can find at other shops. The water was a very deep murky brown and salt that felt like jelly was scattered all over the base. The lid of the door is kept open with a random standing lamp? The filter for the machine wasn't working and would continually turn off and beep extremely loud for extended periods.. Finally the store 'owner'? said it was on 'silent mode' ie off (lol). Not sure how clean or sterile that water is then if it's continually on 'silent mode' with the filter not functioning. The staff were eh, they were busy and seemed very disorganised nothing like a professional clinic i'd imagine. If you are planning your first float experience, please go somewhere else..

Positive experience: Caught by surprise ... Always wanted to try the floatation tank, but didn't expect too much. My wife bought me a session here and the service was a bit disorganised. I even thought about leaving it for another day. But Crea the receptionist was great! She let us wait in the salt room so my wife and I could relax with a massage. Then the Floatation Tank... I thought it would be relaxing, but it was so much more! Seemed like maybe 30 minutes, but it was 59. I loved it, didn't want to leave! Came out feeling like a had a mini vacation. Now 7 Hours later. Just walking the dog and had a beer and it feels like I am still on holiday. You can Bet we will Both be going back. If I had the money and the space I would buy one in the spot!

Staff member said he would tidy up before we went in and just put dirty towels on the floor where the previous guy had wet the floor from his shower. Worst first float tank experience.

Fantastic experience: Best thing about Pinnacle Health Clinic is, their guide book for healing process. I would say it’s a very rich dictionary of all health related tips. There are lot of people who actually live in a limbo reading floating materials available online. I had consultation with the doctor on top of the guide book. He appears to see things through eyes and suggest completely natural solutions. I must agree, professional advice can save time and avoid mistakes of self motivated people.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner went for the floatation tank. We had an amazing experience doing sensory deprivation in there, as well as using the sauna for extra relaxation. The customer service was great, and we were given complimentary herbal medicines and taught some stretches prior. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere and would recommend this to everyone to try at least once.
Fantastic experience: If you have any health problems at all, make an appointment! The tonics are so good and they have expanded and now offer other great services like cryo therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, float tank, salt room etc. The owner is very knowledgeable and will give you exactly what you need. Can't recommend highly enough!
Negative experience: I had a very crazy and frustrating interaction with them. This is just a very short summary: Bough a Groupon voucher on Aug 16 for a massage for my wife and called the same day to book a session but I was told the person doing it is injured so I need to call after a week or two. I did the same and after about a week I called and they book it for Sept 7, 11 am. I called 3 days before the session to confirm but a lady said we don’t have any records of you. I said I don’t want a rebook for another day so I will ask for a refund from Groupon but one day later another lady called and said she is calling to confirm and she didn’t have any idea why I was told I don’t have any appointments (I canceled my refund request too)! However, 2 hours before the session they called again and said She is injured again and my appointment is cancelled. A lady called 2 days later and asked for my credit card info to refund but 3 days passed and no refund! Now after many phone calls and wasting a lot of my time for a service that I didn’t get, I had to dispute the charge with Paypal (used for the payment) and escalate it to Groupon for the refund. Update: I got finally refunded on Sept 12
Negative experience: terrible customer service over the phone, the guy claiming to be owner hung up on me. Will never use this business. Happy to discuss matter further.

Fantastic experience: I really like this place specifically tried their salt room. The place is relaxing and really good way to cure respiratory problems. There are some few exercises and natural medicine to help breathe easily and improve lung capacity. The staff are brilliant and very accommodating. Pinnacle health clinic in Parramatta is a gift to west sydneysiders . Health is wealth and their expertise made it achievable. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to begin my pinnacle journey with an infrared sauna followed by the floating pod. Great combination. If you have the time or are new to the pinnacle experience, I would recommend these two. A big thank you to Will for presenting me with a no wait time service, clean and tidy sauna and floating pod. You will see me again for another, i'm sure, stress-free experience.

Fantastic experience: 6 STARS!!!! Excellent place, loved the service. Hyperbaric Chamber, Floating Pod, Infrared Sauna, all beneficial and great. I Can feel all the health benefits instantly!!! I highly recommend Pinnacle Health. I am a professional MMA fighter. Constantly pushing myself to the limit! So I need to recover twice as much. Negative experience: The floating experience was terrible. I really hoped to have a relaxing experience but it was in a smelly room. The tank lead didn't close properly and the noise from the pumps and traffic was unbelievable. This was a waste of money and honestly it's more a sham.

Negative experience: I recently experienced the floating pod at parramatta - total waste of time. The therapist gave a quick intro and took me upstairs. The floating pod doesn't even close properly, there was not lights inside the pod. The pod is old and doesn't have any music and no emergency safety button inside to assist you, if something were to happen your stuck. I was given a remote if I needed assistance but that was keep outside the pod. Imagine if you were seriously in need of help inside - no one would come! The lights in the room were to remain on and light was passing through the pod. Plus added bonus the monitor thing outside the pod was extremely loud which meant you could not relax the whole time. I have heard so many good reviews on floating pods - I guess I chose the wrong place for it. Very disappointed.
Negative experience: Rang Will on Monday, explained to him a very delicate family situation, which he promised to get back to us. No respone, so I rang him the following day, again I was promised a call back but there was no response. I rang again today and was told by Harry that he will call back within 30 minutes, again, no response. As I was driving home this afternoon I rang him on his personal phone, which he answered, I asked him if there was any reason he hadn't got back to us as he promised, which he responded by hanging up. Real professional mate. Much apprecaited. Will definitely spread the word 100%. Also your webpage says you close at 7pm on Wednesday but you close at 4pm. Real professional.....Again.
