Fantastic experience: I was recommended Zak by a close friend, I felt like my body was falling to bits from years of trade work. Zak helped me rehab my injuries and get my shoulders, back, knees and mobility back on track and now I can train without re injuring myself. I recently started a 6 week challenge with Zak. Fantastic experience: Love training with Zak. I took the 6 weeks nutrition challenge and was effective and insightful, learned a lot on how to eat better and incorporate more protein to my diet to help building muscle. Good foundation to keep going. I feel very motivated still, which is normally one of my main struggles when it comes to training. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Zak for any first timers like myself! I was so nervous and intimidated visiting the big gyms before finding The Fitness Space which is more like a local friendly neighbour! Zak is very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating and has helped me achieve my goals week by week in the small group sessions. Fantastic experience: Zac has helped me feel stronger after doing only about 8 classes. Would definitely recommend Zac as a PT as he is patient and focus on helping you. My husband is starting his training with Zac too and he can't do particular exercises as he is limited to some movements but Zac would think of alternate excercises for him to do and make it work for him. Zac is very professional.

Fantastic experience: I did Zak's six week weight loss program a few years ago and again this year (after losing my way again.) Both times I have had really good results, losing about 6kg of weight. Zak is dedicated, very detailed and sends regular messages to hold you accountable. He can be a bit of a taskmaster in terms of not making allowances for lapses, but this is exactly the kind of approach you need to have to achieve success.

Fantastic experience: Zak has been so, so great. A friend convinced me to join one of his group PT sessions and it's been the absolute best thing for me. I've never been a 'gym person' and was only going to future proof myself against aging. But I love it and look forward to working out ever week....and I'm getting stronger. Zak intuitively knows when to push me, without ever making me feel weak or out of my depth. I have now convinced my husband to see him and he is also enjoying it. Zak is kind and interested and patient and seems to do it all without effort. If you have any doubts about going to gym give him a try.

Fantastic experience: I have known Zak for a few years through working at various Fitness Firsts in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and he has always had a reputation as being professional, knowledgeable and approachable. It wasn’t until May/June 2021 that my husband and I started buddy training in the gym with Zak just a few weeks before the current lock down. Due to the lockdown we moved the sessions outdoors and then eventually to 1:1 PT sessions. As a previous fitness professional, I have found Zak to be one of the best PTs in the Eastern Suburbs. He listens to his clients, works with you to accommodate any existing injuries you may have and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to rehab and getting the best out of your body during a training session. He integrates a mix of strength, mobility and fitness in a session and leaves you feeling spent! My husband and I have different fitness abilities and goals and I found that Zak is very skilled at training both of us simultaneously without either one of us feeling like we were neglected or not getting the most out of the PT session. I highly recommend Zak to anyone looking to make improvements to their fitness/strength/confidence (weather a newbie to fitness or the regular gym junkie). He provides a safe and welcoming environment and is generally an all round nice guy!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Zak for several months and gained back my confidence in the gym. I came to him with an old injury that I hadn’t been looking after. He had listened and been very responsive when I told him certain exercises didn’t feel right for me. Fantastic experience: I started training with Zac about two months ago now, for once a week. He offers buddy training, which is great because I can train with my friend and he caters our work outs to our different fitness levels. Fantastic experience: I started training with Zak 5 months ago, doing his Group sessions twice a week. My focus was to get my strength, fitness and muscle tone back after my second child. These sessions are great fun and Zak helps me push myself to my maximum ability. Fantastic experience: After years of running for 40-45 minutes 3-4 times a week - I went to see Zak to try and shift stubborn belly fat and improve my fitness. Zak was able to highlight where my diet was letting me down and make practical suggestions towards tweaking my diet - which led to almost immediate results that I've been able to maintain for over a year now. Fantastic experience: When Zak and I first met I was a reluctant gym go-er. I joined following my GP's in order to remedy a very mild health concern. I started training with Zak once a week, but quickly progressed to twice a week and then came in one extra day on my own. I was hooked! Zak trained me with patience and dedication. Fantastic experience: Zak is an excellent trainer. From the first day I met him his knowledge and love of a healthy lifestyle shone through and is infectious. He got me on a path to healthy eating and a love for the gym again. Over 6 months with Zak, i lost over 6kg and felt the best I had ever felt. His sessions are never the same so they never get boring and he knows exactly how to push you to the max. Could not recommend him enough. You won't regret it!
