Fantastic experience: I visited The Physio Movement because I had tendonitis in my right foot while recovering from an ankle replacement. My physio gave me quite a few exercises to do to strengthen my calf muscles. He was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been doing these exercises for two weeks now and my muscles are definitely improving. I have no hesitation in recommending The Physio Movement to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: If I had to choose any physio it would be this one. In August 2020 I was hit by a van and couldn't move my left leg due to a back injury. Then I needed a bone resection in the same leg to remove a tumour. Thanks to Lachlan and Scotty for all their hard work. 4 years on I now have a full range of motion in my knee, no back pain and I have regained all my strength and balance. Went in twice a week for 2 years and then once every few weeks once I started improving. I did all the exercises and followed every rehabilitation plan. Thanks again guys! I have my life back

Positive experience: Nice to receive a massage from the Chiro but weak treatment and soft adjustment which didn’t relieve anything. Happy to justify the lack of adjustment with Chiro lingo aka he may not have had the skill or experience of others who are able to . 120 for a gentle massage was a bit much too.

Fantastic experience: I've suffered for years with bulged disks, back pain, muscle spasms, flare-ups, and multiple blowouts a year. Recently, I found myself in ED with total loss of movement in my lower back. Which became months of recovery. I was put into the public physio system. I did about 10 sessions with them, but I felt there was more I could be doing. That's when I started researching for the best physio in town. Thanks to all the great reviews I found TPM and booked in. My physio, Mason, has been great. He takes the time to listen, is very observant with my movement, and in just my first session, I got my movement 30cm lower than I had been able to get it in months. By my second session, I was able to touch the ground, a massive win for me. I am now 4 sessions in, and although I've got a long way to go, I've come further than I ever thought possible. Today, for the first time in months, I feel like I'm getting my back and my life back. I can't recommend you guys highly enough. Just know you don't have to suffer for years like I did. There is great help out there, and I'm so glad I found it.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend TPM for any person needing physio after major surgery. Rodrigo is professional and very proficient. His holistic approach helped me to get over my internal fear for further injury after my spinal surgery (complete vertebra removed from my lower back), and his excersise plan helped me to regain movement, mobility and strenght. In just 4 months rehab I transformed from the "stick(wo)man" to being able to do hoola-hoops. This certainly exceeded all my expectations, since I am not someone who particulary likes excersising. The receiption staff are also fantastic, each time I called with a question they were friendly, patient and quick to help me, even when I had to move my appointment for the third time! Thank you TPM. Right from the very first email after an Internet search put me at ease as the response was quick and made the process of booking in to see a physio a breeze! Rachel at the front desk was professional and personable making the initial contact very relaxing and welcoming. I was assigned Liz and am SO pleased with her experience, professionalism and knowledge. As well as being personable, she got straight to fixing the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend this service.

They were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and were able to recommend new running shoes, rehab exercises and were able to explain the underlying bio-mechanic's of why I was having issues.
