Fantastic experience: I started seeing Georgie Cron for nutritionist support in early February 2023, and she assisted me in getting to the root cause of some gut issues. After some tests, I found out I had Helibactor Pylori (a stubborn gut bacteria) and over the course of a year, Georgie supported me with advice and support, recommended a supplement protocol and a diet change along with multiple courses of antibiotics. It’s been a long and tough year of healing and I’m happy to say I’ve now been able to eradicate the bacteria and I’m feeling 100 times better. I booked in with Beth Bundy who immediately put me at ease with her no nonsense, down to earth attitude. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and supportive and has seen me through a few months of ongoing health issues. Her plan for me has had incredible results and I could not recommend her more! I've always had problems with digestion, fatigue and mood and no matter who I saw or how much I explained, the same message I received was that it was in my head and I just needed to worry less. But after seeing Georgie for six months, I can't describe how much better I feel! Negative experience: If allopathic medicine is about drug pushing than this clinic is about supplement pushing immune to the holistic principles they espouse. Saw Olga Ischenko the other day who was late - important as the only parking at this location is metered so watch out for that. To say she was unhelpful is a understatement. In no particular order I’ll list the incompetent ‘advice’ she offered: - laughed when I expressed concern over my progesterone levels in early pregnancy simply stating “why would you get your levels checked in pregnancy they are everywhere”?? Absurd statement given the relationship with progesterone and miscarriage. Unbelievably shrugged off my concerns about oestrogen dominance. If you want this kind of dismissal go see a regular gp, no difference here. - Made a pretentious comment about chemist warehouse when asking where I had looked at prenatal supplements only to go on to recommend a supplement from there herself. - recommended pasteurised milk over raw which has long been proven incorrect. Look up what the creator of pasteurisation said about the practice himself at the end of his life. - Advised to be weary of liver due to “toxins” when it is one of the most nutrient dense foods on earth, instead just opted for supplement pushing. Any good holistic practitioners should be aware you can chelate “toxins” - name a food now that doesn’t have any, even organic does. Wholefoods have the cofactors for optimal absorption of vitamins and minerals I can’t believe I have to state that but apparently she’s not aware. When pregnant, their higher estrogen levels cause them to absorb about 9x as much as men (Ray peat) offering supplements with this is dangerous esp if you are already high in iron (likely you would be in pregnancy, she should know this) - Spent the entire rest of the session going around in circles about my diet rather than addressing anything else I listed on the long form they make you fill out. She then spent most of the time shilling the supplements she wanted to sell me. - Advised to get blood work done at their private clinic/affiliated clinic which costs $30 just for a simple read of b12 - unbelievable not to just advise people to go to a gp and request a test again - big red flag about their priorities, no interest in peoples financial situations. - Couldn’t confirm if their products are third party tested or not. Lastly, Got a call prior to the booking to make the full $190 payment the day before, terrible practice really sets the tone of the money grubbing interests of these people. They are banking on you not knowing anything about yourself or nutrition at this place strongly advise against visiting. It was like visiting a pill pushing GP - avoid. She pushed x3 courses of supplementation on me as well as expensive blood testing without even saying that you could get this done through Medicare. Please do some reading on the efficacy of supplementation it does not fix a poor diet. She did not state the fish oil tablets were third party tested. I’m well aware of organic meats being superior that’s what I have already and no she did say be careful of liver due to “toxins”.

Fantastic experience: Olga has been a fantastic naturopath for the past 6 months. I started seing her for my adult acne. After moving to Australia permanently I've been suffering break outs mostly around jaw area. Suffering from acne and bloating although following a vegan diet made me seek her advise as i wanted to have this attended to naturally. After speaking to Olga and doing several tests including hormonal blood tests, gut test, changing diet (eliminating wheat/gluten, onions, garlic) and currently about to try fodmap I can finally (and for the last few weeks) notice a difference.
