I was able to gain confidence over my body quickly after giving birth. I was mobile and back at the gym from 6 weeks and then feeling my full self 4 months post. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Evan for chiro for a few years now and have actually followed him from Maroubra. I was always sceptical about whether chiro did work. And safe to say time and time again, he proves me that it does!!! I have and do usually see him when I'm sore and always leave 50% better in one session than when I first walked in. Highly recommend seeing Evan for chiro as he knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and most importantly, will help you feel better, whether you are just maintaining or seeing him for something particular!! Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing , Emily the Womens Health physio is the best Ive met. Ive seen so many physio’s over the years, my gut told me that even though my issues are predominantly musculoskeletal, that a womens health physio would see me as a whole person rather than just a hip or a neck flare up… and sure enough, in just two sessions she has helped and understood my body communicating to us via pain- more than any person ever. Someone who truly hears her patients, and doesnt just blame me for having poor posture as the core (sorry about the pun!) of all my problems. 15 stars out of 5

Stephen was very gentle yet firm finding the exact points to work on and releasing those tights points without experiencing any pain, he knew the exact pressure to what I was feeling. Fantastic experience: The best massage I’ve had in ages. Across injuries, I’ve become accustomed to explaining where and what hurts for the first 10-15 minutes. Christina took one look at me and could tell what was wrong immediately - I only had to fill in the how and why. It was refreshing and the massage was exactly what I needed. I’m incredibly grateful to Christina - she is an expert and has such a warm and welcoming presence. I was just trying out a session but I’m not sure I’ll go anywhere else again.

Fantastic experience: I went to Selph studio for acupuncture during the end of my first pregnancy. I was 36 weeks with swollen legs and bilateral carpel tunnel and was doing the hard yards. I had never had acupuncture before. Eamon O’Connor was my practitioner, he explained the procedure really well, put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The acupuncture itself was a revelation. It immediately gave me access to a deep relaxed state, my mind would go off on a positive sometimes magical journey, and the effects would last all day. Iv been a regular since. All the staff are friendly, the environment is peaceful, it is a very pleasant healing place. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I really like how professional and friendly they are at Selph. I think the prices are comparable to the average market prices for similar services. I would like to mention how good the accupuncture appointments are with Joseph. He has great knowledge and puts it well in practice. I ve been visiting Joseph for regular appointments which has been helping a lot to manage my back pain as well as anxiety, period pains and overall energy levels.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a Sciatica issue that had me bedridden, I finally relented and tried Accupunture, I attended Selph and Joseph got me out of bed, back to work and after three weeks I am 90% better and seeing him weekly now until resolved, an injury like this can take several months to address, thanks Joseph

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience with Selph, as this is an amazing place to get back in balance in many ways. I have been to the studio many times for massages with Karina, furthermore I have trusted Gina to help me improve my posture with chiropractic and all of the staff are very experienced, have great energy and are trustworthy. I had a particularly memorable experience for my birthday end of May, as I wanted to try something new and am big fan of chakra work. Karina guided me through an incredible shamanic massage experience and it was one of the best treatments so far. There was a lot of attention to detail such as beautiful ambiente with salt lamp, music, essential oils and energy stones. It was as if Karina could read my challenges of life through my body which she could feel. I learned some things I wasn’t aware of and left extremely relaxed, balanced and calm. Even if you don’t have an idea of what the shamanic massage is, just give it a try. I wasn’t sure either but am really happy that I gave it a chance. Can’t wait to go back, as it is a very deep and intense work on your body.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Selph for about 2.5 years. During that time I have used chiro as well as remedial massage and they are my go to provider. Since the start Gina has been my chiro and she is fantastic, always going above and beyond in terms of service and recommendations. I highly recommend Selph and their professional personnel as well as the range of services on offer.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the chiropractic and physiotherapy consultations at Selph. The amazing treatment has completely healed my back injury! The space is also so beautiful and relaxing.

Negative experience: First impression was really good. Full body overview, details on what are the potential areas to focus on, general intro to chiro etc.. the adjustments made were ok, but didnt impress and we didnt spend much time on it (which is fine, i took it as the first visit so more to come when we find out exactly what to do). Visit was late around 10min, but fine with that - happens. Than my 2nd visit..was late 19min and lasted only 22min (yes, 22min). Out of that, maybe 10min of actual adjustments, rest quick chat and some findings. Adjustments made during second visit were the same as on my first, not really different although you would expect it to be. For the price of both visits (140$ and 125$) - the cost of second one was not really ok in my view. 22 min, with 10min of actual work - 125$. Further, on the first visit i was promised to receive bespoke set of exercises which i can do - but this didnt happen, explaining that this will be shared during next visit... Subsequent visits were setup for 15min, for around 85$ which, given above experience i just found too expensive for the service therefore cancelled them as it just didnt feel right. I dont think the service was worth that price. Now. Shortly after posting that review i got two calls from Selph, which i had to decline, but called back after. My review caused confusion and i did felt the impression that caller is not happy with it and wants to challange what i wrote ("i find it surprising that you are that precise with time" - as mentioned back, i was running short on time on the day so knew exactly how long visit lasted). First, I didnt really appreciate that form as i do prefer email contact in such cases, second i just find it unproffessional. Initially that was 2 stars (because of my first visit) but the follow up call - results in 1 star. Update: Answering Selph Studio comment. I do really find that very unproffessional from your end. I have been in Sydney for three years and used different insurers and services - never had any problems. Further, reference to my wife is not accurate and false - she was mislead by the receptionist and made a complaint in which she asked for full refund or free session plus voucher as a compensation. I do agree however that the way you treated her case triggered my review which i was 50/50 initially to post it or not. Now i would give 0 if i could. Lastly, google review allows us to express and provide feedback/comment as we see fit and as we feel. Never in my life i had such awful customer serivce experience as i just had with you. Further, given you are small business as you pointed during our call, i would suggest rethinking the approach to the customer to gain long term benefits rather than attacking anyone who has different view and opinion. Poor practice, really.

Negative experience: I used their acupuncture service for fertility. Unfortunately, I received a very poor service. Only 10-15 minutes treatments and at very limited points which was so shocking compare to the price they charge. I have received similar treatment in other centres and knew the points. I asked the guy if he is going to apply any needle at other points and he said it is not required. I came home and did my research before contacting them and can confirm that it is actually very important to apply the needle at other points. I didn’t have any intention to post this here and contacted their centre to hear their view about it, but they haven't followed up with me. I wouldn’t recommend their acupuncture service if you are looking for a professional service. Update: Thanks for respond. There are a couple of points in your respond which I should address here. You contacted me after I posted this review which I believe wasn't very genuine and I don't appreciate it. Besides, I wasn't convinced that the treatment I received was affective. I understand that initial consultation is more about getting to know the client and their issues and less treatment. But, the quality of treatment was still very poor regardless of the time spent. I didn't have a complicated issue and just wanted to prepare my body for embryo transfer. I didn't expect to have a successful implantation after one session of acupuncture and understand that it has to be consistent. But, it doesn't change the fact that you didn't apply the needle on the most important points. And yes, I am not a specialist, but I have received similar treatment at other centers. It wasn't my first time doing this!!!!! And to answer your additional comment, I was aware of the price and didn't mention that I wasn't. My whole point is that your acupuncture service (for fertility) is not worth the price! I am talking about value for money. In summary, I wouldn't recommend you acupuncture treatment for fertility purpose to anyone. It was nowhere close to the treatment I have received at other centers.

Fantastic experience: I first discovered Selph around 6 months ago when I had hit a hard point dealing with extreme anxiety and CPTSD symptoms which were controlling my daily life. I’ve been going to see Aemon for Accupuncture weekly ever since and can say proudly that I’m a completely different person. Not only has it made a huge change to my nervous system and self esteem but has been truly healing to have someone so kind, calm and patient help me on this journey. This is someone who is truly passionate about their work and takes the time to properly engage with you instead of trying to quickly treat you and get you out the door. Everyone working at Selph has a genuine and lovely energy and you just feel instantly relaxed and unburdened as soon as you walk in, I’m so glad I discovered them and my life would be very different had I not. I’ll be continuing to return, see you guys next week!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Selph Health Studio's highly enough. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would! They have positively impacted me and my wife's health and wellness for the better. I regularly see Evan and Gina for Chiro and they are incredible!!! Very intuitive, gentle and really get to the root cause of the issues in your body and mind. All the massages I've had at Selph have been fantastic, you can't go wrong and the Yoga programs are awesome. There's nothing better than doing a chilled 'yin' session after a stressful day at work. it's absolute bliss. But where my life has truly changed, has been doing super sessions with Evan and Leanne. They are mind blowing and honestly 'the real deal'. They heal the emotional trauma that we all carry from birth which acts out in different ways later in life. I went from almost separating from my partner to marrying her! We are now more in love than ever and thriving from regularly seeing the team at Selph. In fact I love Selph so much, I've recommended my friends and family to Selph who have also been positively transformed. Now all my friends get Gift Vouchers from Selph for their birthdays and for Christmas, because giving someone the gift of health and wellness is the best gift you could positively give those you love. I'm truly grateful to the Selph team who are not only beautiful humans, but professional and incredibly gifted at what they do.

She was super intuitive, clearly super knowledgeable and really got into my problem areas. I couldn't recommend her more highly enough! She was also such a lovely person to connect with and the ambience at Selph was so relaxing and healing. Loved every minute from the time I walked in till the time I walked out. 5 Stars all round!

Fantastic experience: I go to Selph multiple times per week for yoga, chiro and massage. The space is relaxing, really nicely designed and the staff are excellent. They also have online classes which helped me immensely during some of the restrictions around travel we had during 2020, I continue to access these classes when I’m WFH for a great way to break up my day and get moving. The trained professionals leading each of the disciplines are amongst the highest in their field and you can really see that in the experience you receive when visiting Selph. I would highly recommended visiting Selph and seeing their practitioners and becoming a member.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful studio, been practicing Yoga here for the past couple of years and love it. A smaller studio, so you get a lot more attention and the classes feel a lot more connected. Would also highly recommend the Chiropractors and Physiotherapists here as well!

Negative experience: Okay massage, not the best I’ve had. Staff seem hit or miss. Can get better and cheaper in the area. Nice vibe/area tho. Edit: yes, I have been multiple times but book under a different name which is why you don’t find me in your system. Edit2: All my reviews are based on their own merits and have nothing to do with visiting another practitioner. I have over 77 reviews, this is not a fake/spoofed review to generate business. I simply have not found the massages at Selph to be the best - end of review.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Evan regularly for the past 2-3 years. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is my third chiropractor and my lower back pain is finally under control =) Selph is located just outside the CBD, very easy to get to and convenient to find parking. Highly recommended
