Fantastic experience: Initially went and took my daughter to see Shenaz regarding large adenoids and troubles sleeping. I was desperate to get a second opinion as I wasn’t willing to get her adenoids removed. Was such a refreshing and positive experience. We were able to treat my daughter holistically and get to the root cause as to why she may be having trouble sleeping and what was causing her adenoids to be swollen. 3 weeks later my daughter is sleeping better, seems more content through out the day and eating so much more. Fantastic experience: Working with little children this year left me catching everything that was going around. I felt my immune system needed some t l c, I saw a naturopath Emma from Morkare, she has been just wonderful in helping me get myself feeling healthy again. All caring practitioners there, no hesitation in recommending Morkare.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. My toddler suffered from severe constipation for over a year, pretty much since she started solids. My husband and I didn’t know what was causing this so we tried 2 different GPs and they both said that it was normal at that age and that she needed medication. Then, I tried a paediatric dietitian who suggested that my daughter was lactose intolerant, we got a meal plan from her which helped for a couples of days but after a week my toddler was constipated again, to the point that she was bleeding every time she tried to poo. Then, I decided to see a paediatrician at the Wesley hospital who said the dietitian was wrong and that my toddler didn’t have any allergies/intolerances because she had no skin rushes/eczema. We only got medication from the paediatrician, again he said that it could be normal for some kids to have constipation at that age and that she needed to be on medication for a couple of months!! I heard about Morkare clinic and decided to give it a go.. Best decision ever!! They suggested an IGG test which was done on site to test for allergies/intolerances.. the results showed that my daughter is intolerant to dairy, wheat and eggs and the delayed response was the constipation!! My daughter has been on a dairy/wheat/egg free diet for 10 days with no medication and she has been fine, no more crying or bleeding when pooing which is amazing for us.

Too often when we come to clinicians for support and expertise we are moulded to fit the textbook definition of an illness, or series of symptoms. That is the complete opposite with this team. Shenaz, Bec and Courtney continue to be so accommodating, allowing me to take the lead & set the pace for my own health journey. With their collective experience and individual expertise I was able to conquer my chronic idiopathic urticaria, which I had been struggling with for over 8-years. Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing a most annoying post-nasal drip & continuous cough for over a year. I have been on antibiotics & steroids, which only prove to offer temporary relief. As soon as medication is stopped, symptoms come back. Seeking a more natural remedy as steroids are no good long-term, I saw Shenaz. She took all the time in the world to assess me, explaining everything along the way. I was prescribed sinus herbs and anti-inflammatory pillules which have made the world of difference! To not be continually dealing with post-nasal drip & coughing is amazing. Shenaz did not treat the symptoms but the cause. Thank you so much! Fantastic experience: The team of doctors are wonderful with their field of expertise and they work on wholistic approach based treatment. They work as a team to assist you. Dr. Shehnaz, Courtney have been great and has been major benefit for my overall well being. They listen to your concern and try to address by explaining you. They monitor your concerns and areas of improvement which is great. I went by recommendation and would highly recommend them. I have seen a lot of improvement just not in my physical health but my mental belief about myself. They aim to get you off medication totally which is what one would want.That’s where I am currently. They would review you if you have any concerns ongoing and can assist you if need be. Can be bit expensive but investing in yourself and health is better than regretting later.

Fantastic experience: I was living with chronic symptoms of a poor microbiome since I was a teenager. I'm young, live an active lifestyle and eat pretty clean. Doctors and dermatologists weren't able to help pinpoint the root cause of my issues ranging from eczema to bloating and fatigue, so for years I trusted that feeling yuck was normal. When I saw Rebecca she affirmed that my issues were definitely symptomatic of my gut and is helping me to achieve a more healthy gut environment. It took around 3 months of serious restraint to target the issue, but gosh has it been worth it. I'm still on a journey, but this has been an excellent self exploration and education of health, diet, environment, genetics, the list goes on... Fantastic experience: I first visited Morkare Natural Clinic when I moved to Brisbane 9 years ago. Fast forward a few years and two children later… After my second was born my anxiety was at an all time high, I was tired and burnt out. Over the last 12 months Shenaz has helped me with my mental and physical health. I did a detox for around 3 months which didn’t interfere with breast feeding and was easy to follow. I also learnt that as a mum of two small children, I needed to make time for myself, whether that be reading, yoga or walking. Months after following Shenaz’s advice I found myself less anxious, calmer & healthier. Another change I noticed was that the children were calmer and sleeping better at night, and I put that down to making time for some self care, and taking the supplements that had been recommended. Fantastic experience: I had an intermittent skin irritation on my face that would not respond to traditional topical treatments. Shenaz linked it back to a gut imbalance that probably started during my past travels overseas - within days of starting treatment the irritation settled down and it was gone in about a week! Fantastic experience: Morkare changes lives! I stumbled across this clinic as a last chance attempt to figure out what was going on with my health. I had struggling for a few years with anxiety/depression - a mother to 3 young kids I was constantly tired and lacked motivation to do anything about it besides feel sorry for myself and dig deeper into negativity. Dr Shenaz really listened to all my concerns and was able to come up with a treatment that targeted my imbalances and work on them with natural supplementation and herbal tonics. Rebecca is a well of nutritional knowledge and helped me change up my diet to incorporate the things I was lacking without overwhelming me with change and took all my family dietary requirements into consideration as well. 6 months on and I am a completely new person on the inside! Fantastic experience: I approached Dr Shenaz for different health reason but mainly because I was suffering from strong migraines for a couple of years and it was only getting worse. I tried different Doctors and medicines, however, I wasn't keen on taking medication for long periods of time, hence I looked for a holistic approach to my problem. Dr Shenaz was recommended by a friend and I soon realised how experienced and professional she is. I always felt that she is really listening and paying attentions to me and my concerns. We started a process just over 6 months ago with natural medicines, diet and meditation and I can honestly said that it has changed my life and my health. I hardly ever have migraines, I feel more energetic and healthy. I feel that I have control over my migraines problem now and that is amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Shenaz if you are struggling with food intolerances which leads to skin/ gut issues. I have struggled for over 6 years with a range of skin issues (just about every one under the sun including eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and acne). This is due to my intolerance to foods including fruits, vegetables, preservatives and a range of other things. I have been to so many dermatologists, GP's and allergy specialists over the years and not one of them helped ease my skin issues at all. Shenaz has been amazing, I came to her with cystic acne and rashes all over my face and now I don't have a single pimple on my face. My rashes have significantly eased and are much more manageable now. If I stay really on top of my treatments I wont get rashes at all (sometimes I am lazy).

Fantastic experience: Hi guys , I have great experience with Homopethic medication for my daughter . She has symptoms of block nose, cough , strong dust mite allergy and off course unable to sleep proper at night. After contacting DR SHEHNAZ , I joined 6 month plan and follow all instrusctions as required and commenced on Homopethic medication . Fantastic experience: I had a horrible month of my girls falling sick and being on antibiotics for a combined period of 3 weeks straight. I had tried every immune booster on the market and I had given up. Shenaz is a dear friend who saw me at my last stretch and started the girls on her therapy. Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to thank Shenaz enough for all that she has done for me - my auto immune disease has disappeared and I am better able to manage my food intolerances!!! I started seeing Shenaz a few months ago after I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease (Hashimotos). 3 years prior to being diagnosed with Hashimotos, I was battling with what I believed to be a food intolerance that the GP didn’t have time to help me with and a dietician failed to determine. My symptoms included migraine/headaches about once a month that would last for 3 days, tension around the back of my head, constant bloating, sore tummy, occasionally dizziness, brittle hair, dry skin, sore/tight muscles (especially around shoulders and neck), relentless dark circles under eyes, severe fatigue and lethargic (even after 9 hours sleep). I was convinced the food intolerance had triggered my auto immune disease and contacted Shenaz, at my wits end, to see if she could help. I was extremely sceptical at first as I studied Science and naturopathy was a bit of a foreign field to me - but After my first appointment with Shenaz I felt comfortable that she would do all she could to help me, and at this point I felt I had nothing to lose. After a month of seeing Shenaz we pinpointed exactly what my food intolerances were which were a surprise to me (egg, milk and cashews). Shenaz spent a considerable amount of time each session talking me through the plan, reading my blood tests (Shenaz is a also a qualified obstetrician) and working on restoring my immune system and gut health. After less than 3 months seeing Shenaz my auto immune disease had completely disappeared (which my GP told me would never happen). I therefore do not need to be on medication for the rest of my life - happy dance!! We were also able to repair my tummy enough so that I can now eat dairy without any of the side effects. Egg still triggers headaches, runny nose and sore muscles, but this is not an issue for me as it is easy to avoid now that I know what the cause is. After managing these things I have a tonne of energy and am now able to get out of bed each morning without feeling exhausted as soon as I wake up (I had forgotten what this felt like). I cannot explain how much my life has changed these past 6 months and it is all because of the care and dedication shown by Shenaz, such a miracle worker!! All I have to say is, if you are struggling with a health issue and are at your wits end like I was - I think it’s worth giving Shenaz a go!! It could change your life :)
