Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Amity after I had knee pain which worsened after every run. She was amazing and pointed out exactly why I had knee pain and what I needed to do to fix it. I left there understanding much more about my body than when I went in. She’s the only health professional who’s asked about my previous injuries and whether I rehabbed these properly (I didn’t) which is part of the reason I got this new injury. There was alot of deep tissue work which made me feel amazing and definitely got some knots out of me! Thanks Amity I’ll see you soon!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by physios and chiros all over the world, with plenty being here in Australia, but the team at The Good Joint are really great about working together as a team to find the right treatment to get clients back into their sport quickly without all the fluff, and long term plans forcing you to lock into a scheduled visit. Anthony H was able to address a variety of my issues through a thorough, but quick assessment all while finding the root of the problem. The evaluation was then shared with the owner and chiropractor Luke V, who was able to treat me in another visit. They both suspected a hip tear, which my ultrasound did indeed find. Their knowledge and experience gives them a leg up in the industry, compared to allied health professionals that just do the standard evaluation rehearsed from a textbook. I like finding a place that has availability short notice if something flares up, but you don’t have to give the whole story all over again. They can share your history with the team. A smiley, light hearted atmosphere makes it easy to come in, get treated, and get back to training. A book in must before any competition, or big workout!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Victoria for the last 4 months for an injury to my ac joint and a broken bone. She was able to get me back to my normal gym routine of weightlifting and CrossFit within 4 weeks. Unlike other physios, she did not limit me in going to the gym but still encouraged me to continue with training but with modifications to prevent injury to my shoulder. This is the first time I have been to a physio who I feel listens to me and does not over-complicate treatment, the plan is always easy to follow and the results are always fantastic. Fantastic experience: Not long after I completed breast cancer treatment (chemo & radiation) I had a flare up of lymphoedema in my arm. Looking for a Myotherapist, I am so glad I was able to find Elsa at The Good Joint. Elsa took the time to understand my diagnosis and symptoms and developed a treatment plan including lymphatic drainage massage. From this first appointment, I’ve been able to keep my swelling under control. I now see Elsa regularly (monthly) for ‘maintenance’ to avoid another flare up. Highly recommend her for anyone with lymph drainage issues.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Connor for a while now, and he's been the best chiropractor I have ever seen. His bedside manners are excellent, he makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed, he listenes to my concerns and his style of treatment is very broad- dry needling, spot on trigger pointing, soft tissue and manipulation. The compression boots were incredibly effective for relieving muscle tension and boosting circulation—definitely a game-changer for post-workout recovery. The chiropractic care was top-notch; Dr. Connor was skilled, attentive, and really took the time to understand my issues before providing a tailored treatment. Fantastic experience: Recently had an appointment with Victoria. Not only did she help alleviate my tight hip pain, but also demonstrated several mobility exercises to do prior to any training. For someone that has had ongoing hip pain, she truly made a significant improvement. Victoria is a gem and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have just started seeing Luke & the anxiety around seeking treatment and rehab for my ongoing issues has been put to rest. Luke has a genuine passion and concern for treating his patients and it’s so obvious from the moment you walk into the welcoming space he has created. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a Chiropractor for more than 10 years and after my consultation with Connor I realised how stupid I had been. It wasn't just a manipulation, there was a process that was clearly communicated which included analysis, muscle preparation and manipulation that was not invasive. I left feeling substantially better, with a plan to sort my lower back issues out.

Fantastic experience: Luke is excellent. I have seen him a few times for a lower back issue that I have had (on and off) for a few years. Luke doesn’t do a quick fix treatment, he looks at the entire body and makes adjustments throughout the session. His treatments can be tough but once over, they are forgotten! Luke is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it moves. I have sent my brother to Luke and he too loves the sessions.
