Negative experience: Company has a default setting and uses that address to send your products to, irrespective of the customers address they want the product sent to.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service my order was sent to me and any questions were promptly answered. My order was delivered within days of speaking to the staff with a few questions that were also answered and made everything clear about my products. Highly recommended

Negative experience: This review relates to shipping and communications, not so much with the products. I placed an order before Christmas. When I placed the order there was no information about shipping times and options during the holiday break. The day after I placed my order, I received and email offering two options during the Christmas period: Option 1 was for express shipping during the holiday shipping, and option 2 was to hold over the order until 6 January. I opted for the express shipping option. I followed up via email with the business early in the new year as I had not received a dispatch notification. I was informed that my instructions had been misconstrued by the dispatch team and would be shipped on 6 January. I asked (via email) for my order to be withheld until 13 January, as I was away from home and my order had goods that needed to be kept cold. On 9 January I received a call to confirm my address as my goods were being dispatched that day and would arrive on 10 January. I explained that I had provided written instructions for my order to be held over until 13 January as I would not be home to receive the goods and was informed that the information I had provided had not been provided to the dispatch team. I found the experience disappointing. I elected for express shipping as I needed the order as a matter of priority to alleviate symptoms of an uncomfortable GI issue. The series of miscommunications meant that I had to manage a host of symptoms unsupported, and it has taken weeks to get those symptoms back under control. I appreciate that the end of year is a busy time for everyone, including businesses, but to receive a call to confirm an address, and to not get one early in the piece to confirm shipment instructions was baffling. The whole situation was easily avoidable. I hope that more can be done to tighten up processes and comms between business units.

Positive experience: After incorrectly recording my email from the actual order, I had to phone and query the delay. I still cannot understand how they made the mistake. After the telephone call and another email advising them of original information, order was delayed again as one product was not readily to hand. Products arrived 3 Nov and in good condition. Products are vitamins and not taken at this stage.
