Fantastic experience: A place I’ll keep coming back to when I need to sit, reset and recharge. Whether it’s been a long, gruelling day at work or I’m feeling particularly self-indulgent, the girls at Nimbus never fail to spoil me and everyone who walks through their doors. Fantastic experience: Nimbus is the the original infrared sauna in the eastern suburbs of sydney. I was one of the first to try many years ago, they were great then. I tried a sauna business closer to home and work. Nimbus is the original and still the best in the business. The staff are very generous, compassionate and thoughtful. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, presented well. The rooms are stocked with high quality products thats are free to use and the towels are also complementary. Sue & her team is what your need full a full mind & body reset right in the heart of Bondi.

Fantastic experience: Nimbus is the perfect sauna spot - especially the sauna and shower rooms. I love having the iPad playing directly into the sauna and the option to add a second person on! Amazing products to use after and simply the best way to spend an evening. I always try to book after a big week of exercise as the perfect wind down.

It’s been game changer for me, I like to come on Sundays just to wrap up the weekend, unwind and relax. The space is amazing, the staff is lovely and I love their retail space as well - I’ve discovered amazing brands like Raaie. 100% recommend!

Positive experience: I used to love Nimbus, but now find it quite tired and rundown. The “large” sauna is not large, and can barely fit two people. It was also a bit broken and we could feel cold air coming through a crack in the door of the sauna. I probably won’t be returning soon.
Hi Samantha, Neil here, co-founder here. Firstly, very sorry to hear of your experience, not what we like to hear. I think maybe you are referring to room 6, which recently had our own (new) Nimbus brand sauna added to that room. Yes, you are correct that it is a little smaller than the previous sauna we had in there. We did this for two reasons; one was to add our own Nimbus sauna machine brand to the studio. Now that we sell our own range we thought it would be great to have one on site for people to try before they choose to buy. Secondly, we wanted to add an ice bath to that room to make it a contrast suite. An ice bath wouldn't fit in the room with the previous larger sauna. Our goal was to improve that room to have the hot and cold offering, which a large portion of our recent annual client survey answers asked us for. The machine there is still larger than our standard sauna size (it's a 3 person). I hope that clarifies some of the reasoning behind that room. For reference, we also have a large sauna in room 4 and we have the outdoor barrel sauna (in our garden) both larger than room 6 if size and space are what you're looking for. I'm sad to hear too that you feel the space is "tired and rundown", especially as we only renovated the entire studio a year ago. We completely redesigned the space creating new rooms, new ceiling heights, showers in each room, adding a new vanity area for post sauna care, in-build mag phone chargers and more reception space for seating. We also added cold towels complementary post your sauna and free samples of our hydration supplement, and the addition of our own soundscapes to the in-sauna iPads. As a team, we are constantly updating and trying to keep our service at its best. Su and I were only there last week for a full week doing studio updates and bits and bobs (we just added new furniture and more to room 6). If there is anything particular you are referencing please let us know as we are continuously trying to add to our services as mentioned. Hosting the best experience for our customers is what we hang our hat on at Nimbus and which is also the #1 reason why people come to us, according to our survey. Having said all of that, we're not perfect, we get it wrong, or things can happen as a service business, and we hold our hand up for that, 100%. But if that's how you've felt since coming to us recently, we are deeply sorry about that. Again, not our intention, and the last thing you ever want to hear as a business owner. We had such amazing feedback from this year's client survey and I really hope this was more of an isolated issue. But if not, please share further details with me at [email protected] so I can take it back to the team and fine tune where needed. I would love to see you back at Nimbus one day and if I can tempt you back with a sauna on us, as a small token and apologies, please email through. If not, I understand and hope this has not put you off doing saunas. They are everything and all in our lives so please keep doing them, even if it's not with us. The main way to book is via our profile on the Fresha app. Alternatively, you can Google 'Nimbus Bondi' where you can book directly via the Google ecosystem in just two clicks. Fresha is the software provider for our bookings. They also send automated messages upon booking. Once you book, you are sent a confirmation email to confirm your booking, so not sure why you wouldn't have received that as it's an automatic response from the software. Fantastic experience: I stayed at Nimbus' AirBnb which is located above its studio for the night with my partner and loved it!! The space was great, clean and in an amazing location. By staying in the AirBnb, we were able to use the Infra Red Sauna and Ice bath which was an ideal way to help recover physically and mentally after playing a 90 minute football match the day before.

Fantastic experience: Love the nimbus space. We used a large sauna between three of us and the private room has a shower and bench to relax. The staff are super friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. I’m definitely going to come back to use the outdoor sauna and ice bath with friends next time. It’s also a lovely place for some solo relaxation.

Fantastic experience: The most tranquil spaces - the wellness studio & Airbnb! I highly recommend Nimbus to locals, those traveling, or working! It's the perfect getaway. Use the outdoor sauna and cold plunge - you'll definitely need the Cloud Form for hydration! So yum too! The Airbnb didn't have AC so I was pretty warm throughout the night but it was a lot more spacious than I thought and stocked with everything. All staff was so kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Amazing !! This is the best place to go for Infa red sauna and ice bath. I now go weekly. It’s a beautiful space with lovely staff. They sell beautiful products also. It really is the best in Sydney !!

Fantastic experience: Nimbus is an amazing facility with a great set of staff. I recently went there with a couple friends to recover from a 5K run. The sauna with the speaker and custom LED lights was the highlight of the recovery session. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and excellent experience! I tried the sauna and the ice bath, it was really good! i felt super relax after the session!. Around 20 min in the sauna and then straight to the ice bath for almost 3 min! after that i stayed for another 20 or 15 min in the sauna and then i finished my session with a hot shower!. Good music, great staff, everything was clean. Definitely i´ll come back.

Fantastic experience: We go to Nimbus regularly and it’s always such an amazing experience. Always clean, lovely chemical free brand of soap and shampoo and great sound system inside sauna, you can listen to their playlist or play your own or audiobook.
