Fantastic experience: I recently started shopping online with Supplement City and the experience has been phenomenal. Both times my order was despatched within a couple of hours and I received it the next day which is very rare. Even though they are a smaller shop their prices are just as good if not better than the big chains. Their range of brands and products is also fantastic - I won't be looking anywhere else for supplements for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt easily the most engaged and outstanding supplement businesses in Queensland and in my opinion one of the best in Australia. Both the staff have exceptional knowledge of their products and a gut level commitment to their clients. Fantastic experience: The best supplement/health store I have ever visited (and this includes a recent exploration of stores in 2023 in California and western Europe) this store is next-level excellence. The reason I am rating this supplement store so highly is that I have a deep interest in supplements and nutrition to boost physical energy & endurance. I have researched topics of anti-aging (including testosterone boosters) and nootropics to increase mental clarity (to counteract my adhd) as well as supplements for peak mental health (anti-stress, mood elevation). The two brothers who manage this store are super-smart & original thinkers who have been developing their product range based on research and engaging with their customers for over 20 years. The result of this decades of work in this field is evident in the curated range of products. Their recommendations are based on their passion for wellbeing and they have a genuine care for their customers. They did not up-sell or push any products, but talked through the pros and cons of a range of supplements. I would not believe the physical benefits I’ve experienced within 2 months of taking 3 supplements they recommended! My physical energy is noticeably greater, my mood is much happier . The pure white/grey hair on the sides of my hairline literally changed colour to about 40% brown within 1 month of taking the supplements they advised, and these supplements are items I have been searching for based on my research into anti-aging. I know my review sounds almost too good to be true, but I am so grateful to have discovered this store, with world-class supplements and informed practical advice from Darren & Justin. I contribute Google reviews whenever I find a really great business because I enjoy letting other people know what is good, and my own experience of taking supplements has taught me that the medical profession lacks knowledge on this topic - I have had expert medical doctors tell me that supplements ‘do nothing’ - mediocre supplements do nothing but the right supplements can make a huge difference to physical and mental wellbeing and energy. I live close to this store, but for 18 months I didn’t bother to visit because I assumed a small shop front in Coorparoo would not be able to compete with larger chemists and supplement chain stores. I was so wrong- Supplement City is superior in range, the quality, competitive pricing and expert knowledge and strategic advice to address my issues from the owners is the best experience I have had from any similar store. Fantastic experience: Even though we live in Sydney, we wouldn’t consider buying our sports supplements from anywhere other than Supplement City. Darren’s deep knowledge, obvious passion for this whole area of human health and optimal conditioning, and his unbelievably fantastic customer service are unbeatable. Prior to discovering Supplement City, I was an occasional buyer of supplements for myself or my sporty family, but I had no real knowledge or thorough understanding, and I got overwhelmed by the conflicting info online. More often than not, the supplements would gather dust, go past their use by date, and end up in the bin. Since my first chat with Darren a couple of months ago I haven’t looked back. He listened so carefully to what I was saying our issue was, asked thoughtful questions, and explained his recommendations in detail, including pointing me to scientific research papers. I can’t believe the changes we’re seeing. It’s exactly as Darren explained would happen. He’s helped us push through a wall that seemed unpushable. He doesn’t try to get you to buy tons of products, but instead actually encouraged a more strategic, gradual plan for us.
