Fantastic experience: Friendly and caring staff, Dr Catrina Leesong is so thorough with her appointments. Amazing empathy and I feel so confident with my health care. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic for the Women of Launceston.

Fantastic experience: Much quicker than getting in to see my regular Dr. Dr I did see was fantastic. Almost in right on appointment time too. Staff were lovely and so convenient with Pathology on site and Chemist, if needed.

Fantastic experience: Had trouble finding parking and turned out wrong address .made phine call ..thank you Sally talking me through finding your venue as unfsmiliar wuth launceston streets etc, know a couple of places . Very good helpful with explanations. Incase pathology is required take lift downstairs. Return walk up the stairs to return one way traffic sort of thing . back up again to parking level allows 2 hours thankfully as kind of need it incase .

I felt completely at ease and she answered all of my questions, and made sure to run through everything with me a few times to make sure I really knew what was going on for me. Fantastic experience: Very efficient from the moment you phone to make your appointment. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and advice given was very useful and easy to understand. For the first time in a very long time my scheduled appointment time and the actual appointment were only seconds apart. Not a lengthy 60 mins or so. The location had easy to access car parking and it was well signed to find the relevant specialist rooms. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, professional and caring service. This would have had to been one of the best appointments I have ever had in relation to women health issues. I feel well informed and fully supported with information and advice from my doctor. I have every confidence that my doctor will follow up as necessary on my case and contact me the results. Discreet, attentive, efficient, professional and easy to communicate with and be heard. What more can you want. It was a first class experience, thank you.
