Negative experience: I am not one to write reviews especially on health care workers as I have the upmost respect for them however I feel as though this needs to be said and something needs to be done within the clinic. I have been suffering with a really bad throat infection and went to this clinic to figure out what’s wrong with me. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time, which is fine I went in the room to see Dr. Emain Al Raheb and wow I’ve never had such a bad experience with a doctor she asked what the issue was and I explained to her that my throat is bad and that I need a medical certificate for work as well she checked my throat sat down and then laughed about need a med cert I asked her what was wrong with my throat she then goes “it’s a bit red, do you want antibiotics” UM yeah if I need them I’ll have them. She goes ok gives me a script and then saying bye. I got no answers at all I’ve never had a throat infection this bad in my life and I don’t even feel comfortable to get the medication she prescribed me on top of that she didn’t even ask if I had any allergies to penicillin which is a major red flag when prescribing it. Will never be back here again and this doctor needs to be reviewed

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Dr Eiman Al Rahab. She is very approachable and polite. Dr Eiman gave me my life back! I was in so much pain i could hardly walk

The staff and Dr.the Eiman Al Rahab were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr Eiman Al Rahab really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic .

Positive experience: We as a family have seen Dr Hiluf and Dr Sahilu multiple times over the last 2 years. Really impressed with them both. They listen patiently and have given good advice/diagnosis to us. One star less only for the long wait times. Last week, we had the 10:50am appointment and got seen at 11:45 am.

Negative experience: Though we had an appointment they made us wait for an entire hour. No apology from the receptionist and no explanation. They just seemed to be working on the principle that asking patients to wait for an hour past their appointment time is entirely acceptable. Clear your calendars if you want to visit this place and if you have a little one bring plenty of snacks and water.

Negative experience: Every time you go there after booking appointment they never Take you on the time they provided you. And when you ask them regarding the time they say this is how they operate and it depends on the doctor if they are free at that time. Multiple times they made me wait for an hour plus. The front desk seems to be enjoying when they make you wait with a grim on there face

Negative experience: Worst customer service, wasting everyone’s time no one is getting service on time here even when you book it one day before

Negative experience: No care for the patients, you make an appointment you may as well show up an hour late because they don't go by your appointment time, very rude and unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to get in for an appointment with Dr Eiman Al Rahab in very short notice. I found Dr Eiman to be so exceptional doctor to the point she took my concerns serious and provided concrete advise for improvement of my situation. Top quality of service and would recommend to others . I have never ever written any review before but I Feel so impressed to write this one

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this clinic with Prab( Nurse staff ) the other day I visited for my mum who is 60yo. My mum was greeted by her so warmly. She was seen quickly and efficiently and all of the staff was so kind and caring even the receptionist . Nothing could have been better. It was a great experience. I will definitely be coming to this clinic for my family needs. Highly recommended

Positive experience: Most the doctors there are pretty good ive been going there since i was a kid and since i first started my chronic pain investigation expect since recently when i got this female doctor ms Eiman who had an issue with prescribing me pain medication from our first meeting which i can understand with it being our first meeting but my entire medical history is documented on the system and ive even had the hospital send over all medical stuff they have had to do with me, but tonight when i wasnt even coming in to grab a new prescription i had been refused service from her after i had told the front desk lady that i wasnt in for the prescription and i was in about the pain and possible options it could be for the cause of it, as ive had this pain for about a year now and has stopped me being able to work and financially support myself i will be contacting the gp tomorrow to complain directly but i was very unhappy with today. other than that the other doctors great people and i can see they actually care while ms Eiman just slowly walks around the gp while everyone has been waiting for hours not even able to give u a smile or show any compassion for the people she sees ( everything else is good but her)

Negative experience: Disgusting clinic, read great reviews of Dr Eiman Al Raheb and booked her as I wanted a female doctor. Could barely walk with the amount of botox she had. Asked me whats wrong and didnt even put effort into explaining what it was she was ‘diagnosing’ me with just gave me a paper for an ultra sound and called it a day. Doesn’t talk or explains, its like you are a bother. She defeats the whole purpose of being a doctor.

Fantastic experience: My experience in this clinic has been of a place always ready to help. In particular, Dr Emain has provided me care over the years. In my experience with her, she has been thoughtful, conscientious, and compassionate. I've found her to be proactive but always reassuring at the same time. Being a doctor myself, some doctors can take shortcuts when they are treating a fellow doctor, but I've found Dr Emain to always have my best interests at the centre of her care. Thanks Dr Emain.

Positive experience: I recommend Dr. Negash; he's been very helpful and understanding. Sometimes there's an extra wait, but it's worth the bulk billing and a good doctor.

Positive experience: The 2 Drs I've seen Dr Hiluf and Dr Negash, undoubtedly excellent Drs. Unfortunately, as they were booked I need so see a gp urgently, so we saw Eiman Al Rahe. Please do not see this GP. She does not listen to your concerns and has twice misdiagnosed my son and I. She has also been reported to the boards for misconduct, I honestly would not recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: This was an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. My mother had been a regular patient at this clinic, previously seeing a Vietnamese doctor who suddenly departed without any prior notice. After reading positive reviews recommending a female doctor named Dr. Emain Al Raheb on Google, I decided to book an appointment for my mother with her. Little did I know that this would turn out to be one of the worst decisions of my life. Dr. Emain Al Raheb made a grave error in diagnosing my mother's condition and prescribed the wrong medication, leading to a delayed treatment and a deterioration in my mother's health. As a nurse myself with years of experience, I can confidently say that Dr. Emain Al Raheb is not fit to be a General Practitioner. Her actions are not only detrimental to patients but also put them at risk. It is crucial for everyone to be cautious when selecting healthcare providers. I will be taking further steps to file a formal complaint against her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eiman Al Raheb is not my relative nor my friend. She is more than a family and friend. We have been visiting her almost 16 years. She is our family GP. Me, my wife and children go to her for our treatments. We don't go to her only for medical reason, we go to her for our mental support, family relationship as well. Mental health is as important thing as physical health. Most of the time people neglect mental health issues becuase of its affordability and availability. As it is very expensive and not easily available, whenever we feel stress or have mental issues along with physical issues we visit dr. Eiman rather than any psychologist and she nicely listens to our issues with patience and gives us effective advice and medication accordingly. She is such an excellent doctor that we can trust and rely on her without any 2nd thought. Me, my wife and children - the whole family depend on her advice and consultation. If we don't get her appointment for any unforeseen reason we feel sad and we eagerly keep waiting for her availability. Once we see her we feel confident that we will be well looked after. For some reason, some time ago Dr. Eiman was not available and my wife had to visit a female GP in the Truganina area at the corner near McDonald's. My wife used to visit her time to time as our regular GP (Dr.Eiman ) was not available. "That GP" at Truganina was not neutral and was very judgemental. Being judgemental she consulted my wife from one sided as a result our relationship was deteriorating day by day. At one point when I visited that GP and wanted medication for my High Blood pressure she denied to give me medication. She asked me to transfer my health details from another clinic. I told her that if I could go to other clinic I could get the medical prescription from there. She kept insisting me to get my medical files transferred to her clinic. Later on I had to walkaway from that clinic without any prescription and never went back to that clinic. I could complain this matter to Health Department for her denying my treatment /prescription however just felt pity on her and did forgive. Recently our conjugal relationship was having some issues and it turned into a very toxic one. It was about to break. As a first thought we went to Dr. Eiman and explained everything to her. She listened everything from us with patience and being neutral and non judgemental consulted us nicely. Becuase of her excellent insights and extensive knowledge she positively made us understand the whole situation and encouraged us to lead our lives in a healthy way. She walked in between us as such an intelligent and convincing mediator that we have come out of that toxic relationship and started living as a happy couple. I strongly believe without her consultation and effort our relationship might not turn into a good one. I would like to mention that Dr. Eiman helped us to build a healthy relationship in such a way that we didn't require any family counselling or any other 3rd party. Without going further she has solved our problem. I pray - may God bless Dr. Eiman ! The young receptionist at Hoppers Superclinic was very customer friendly. She listened some of my queries regarding the clinic and answered all the questions with patience. Finally, If anyone feels that he or she needs any reliable, compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable, non judgemental GP I can guarantee Dr. Eiman Al Raheb is the one ! Negative experience: What a horrible horrible experience with Dr Eiman AI Raheb a female GP! I decided to go to her for female related hormone issues and about how to manage PCOS. I was requesting a blood slip for hormones to get see how I am going. I go and get my results today and she basically was laughing and saying there’s nothing wrong with me and she doesn’t know why she gave me a hormonal blood test. She says “we need to have a purpose for this test” then bats her eyes. She gave me 0 help for any of my female issues and she just told me “good luck” at the end of the consult. What a poor excuse of a doctor, should be ashamed of herself. !!!!BE AWARE MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARW FAKE AND SHE GETS HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO REVIEW HER WELL!!!!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with a female doctor named Eiman at this clinic. She looked really scary, like a witch, with a face full of Botox. I asked her to examine my infected area, but she refused and just prescribed me medication without even looking at it. It felt like she found me disgusting, which made me really sad. The medication she prescribed didn't work at all. I ended up going to another clinic where the doctor actually examined my infected area and told me that the medication prescribed by that female doctor was wrong. It's really disappointing to see someone who treats patients with such disdain become a doctor.

Negative experience: This clinic has a terrible attitude at Reception and the doctors are very unprofessional. They prescribed the wrong medication, which worsened my condition. They are not here to save lives, but rather to harm people for financial gain. It's horrifying and unbelievable that such doctors can obtain a license. This clinic should be shut down to prevent further harm.

Negative experience: Doctors, nurses, receptionists, all are terribly rude. You book an appointment but they make you wait and they don’t charge what they say. Horrible place

Negative experience: The reason why I went there was because i needed help with managing my covid symptoms, specifically my sore throat, which looked like someone hacked into it and like I gargled lava for the past three days. I gave the clinic ample time to prepare for my arrival (donning of airborne PPE), even sat in my car until I was called. I received a phone call from the doctor sitting in his room, to me, sitting in reception after being called in, with at least 8 people, discussing my problem. I bursted out in tears as I was in extreme pain, not to mention embarrassed revealing my health issues in public. I was the asked to come to the consultation room where I was met with Dr Naqesh, who treated me like its the early 1980s and he was treating an HIV patient. I asked him to please look at my throat as I needed help. I would have thought that he would’ve asked to be excused to don PPE, but instead he wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible…. Never even looking at my throat! I wont be going back there ever again, because when does having covid mean not being treated like a human being, with the right to proper health care? As a healthcare professional myself, I know how this is supposed to go, and the treatment I received, was far from patient centred!

Negative experience: Worst clinic i have ever been. They say on the time of booking that they accept private health care CARD and after the appointment they will send you a bill to pay. NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND

Negative experience: The waiting times at this clinic are terrible. I always make an appointment but then need to wait and extra hour. The clinic should think about changing their doctor consultation sessions to 15mins instead of 10mins. This may assist the the extreme waiting times.

Negative experience: My children have gastro and vomiting every 10 minutes. I was looking for a phone appointment just to get a prescription to stop vomit. Pharmacy said we need prescription. They say fully booked even after I explained, they just say fully booked for whole day.

Negative experience: I have been to this clinic a most frequently. A few times I was okay with the cooperation of the staff while you get disappointed with the long wait, i mean really long like i have waited for two hours with my little baby girl. It's more frustrating when you hold your little one and trying to comfort them. What makes me to write this review is not only the long extended wait the the rush when you see some doctors, but also the referral they made. My baby girl was not sick but we were asked to bring allergy test document from a doctor and we went there and the doctor refer me the laboratory next door. The practitioner was incapable, unprofessional and unethical who don't know the traumatic effect of a kid. She said our daughter is really strong to get needless in her hand and we have to hold her leg, hand, neck and everywhere. She also asked for anther assistance to hold her and three people hold this baby including myself but she was not successful to get her lab blood. I get frustrated and went back to the doctor and told hem the story and asked him to refer me with more professional laboratory. He refer me to hospital lab at Dorovich and i went there i told the what happened a day before. Guess what they told me they have a cream not to make her feel the sharpens of the needle and they tried same hand. Apparently they neither get successful and they told me they aren't except to other areas like finger. I almost felt fragile and hopeless that i make my daughter to suffer not once but twice without any result. I really don't recommend this clinic. it's the worst service ever.

Fantastic experience: First of all i just wanna thanks Andy and team for the service, to be honest this clinic will always be my best clinic ,no matter what suburb I moved to i will always go this clinic, they always look after you and every time you walked into the clinic they always give you a big smile especially my man Andy and mostly they have one of the best Dr ever Dr Minh Mai always help you and he actually know what he’s doing. Appreciate you guys much love.

Negative experience: I wish there was a system in place for first time pregnant mothers to be followed up here (espescially from overseas). Very poor experience here. Not much guidance or information. Mostly feel like you aren’t cared for. I always had to book to get a referral for a scan. No blood pressure checkup, most times my form is printed and handed to me thats all. The clinic fax at 15/16weeks to the hospital and does no follow up for you. I had to take my own forms to the hospital at 22 weeks to get my first mid wife.

Negative experience: Too much waiting even on appointment. Very poor time management. It's my third visit, but never satisfied today waiting for the last 50min.

Fantastic experience: Wait times can be a bit long(so plan accordingly). But Dr Ifion Uko is totally with it, he takes time and effort to examine and treat patients. Really appreciate his good treatment.

Negative experience: I visited many times in this clinic. The best doctor is dr Minh. But Dr Ifiok Okon Uko is the worst doctor I ever seen. Very disrespectful, lack of knowledge, huge negative attitude, wastage of time and money, no understanding, had to repeat the things many times but no solution at the end. Dr Minh is the best.

Negative experience: Made an appointment with doc Ifion Uko, extremely unprofessional. Interrupts and rushes you. Asked him to look at a mole and he said he “forgot his equipment” to come back again for another appointment. He also refused to do a simple procedure in the treatment room because they had closed it already and didn’t have a nurse to help (half hr before close time). He literally did nothing to help just wanted me to come back next day! Whats really pathetic is that he got payed by the government to absolutely do nothing!! And thinks I’m stupid enough to come back next day! Don’t waste your time here!

Negative experience: Normally have great service at this clinic and they go above and beyond for myself and my son who has a complex medical condition. Very disappointed in Dr Negash. My sons appointment was at 2pm. We saw another Dr as Dr Negash had still not arrived after we waited until nearly 2.30. This is not the first time I have waited for Dr Negash. I had a previous appointment where he was late also. We do you the courtesy of turning up on time Dr Negash, you should do the same in return.

Fantastic experience: best doctors. best experience. worth for waiting. especially this hard covid time, thank all employees for their patience and help. Especially Andy, very professional and caring. Who said he was rude, must be very rude to him, during these hard time, we should appreciate for all the health work's efforts.

Negative experience: Wait time is ridiculous, specially during this covid situation where they should try to keep the waiting area less crowded. Feeling disappointed after waiting an extended period in the same waiting room where people are coughing continuously

Negative experience: Tilahun Negash Very unprofessional Doctor in terms of keeping an appointment. He is always late and will make you wait upto an hour( experienced on multiple occasions). Do not make an appointment with him because he doesn't care of anyone's time. Even the very first appointment of the day @ 9:30 am, he will not turn up and won't even bother calling receptionist to advise if he is running late. Must be running on Ethiopian time and standards. Fantastic experience: I had the most enlightening experience at my Diabetes Educator appointment at Hoppers Superclinic on Wednesday this week. Her name is Josie Ayad and as soon as I met her, I thought I was meeting a younger Jane Fonda, she was so exuberant and full of information and wisdom. I felt I visited a Diabetes Educator, Doctor, Physio and Counsellor in one, and she was so quick witted and entertaining all the way through, like our very own version of Jane Fonda I thought. Josie truly lifted my spirits in every way.

Positive experience: Everyone at the clinic is very kind and welcoming Dr. Mai is the best very kind and compassionate towards your needs and actually gets to the bottom of what's going on and doesn't just shrug it off as anxiety. Also had great care from here when it came to my asthma. Dr. Rosanna is not my favourite doctor I had a conversation with her about children I can't remember the exact conversation but she basically was trying to convince me to have children which is extremely unprofessional if I dont want children that's my choice and shouldn't feel pressures into having one it doesn't make me any less of a woman! I wasn't solely put on the earth to bear children I want my own life!

Negative experience: i had an appointment with Dr Gurvinder Brar, THE WORST doctor ever. dont go to see him. i already had a care plan, needing to re-assigned it to another chiro. i feel Doctor Brar actually didnt know how to do it. actually refused my request, i was almost in tears, and in frustration!! so angry! he was purposely making it difficult, requesting a my x-ray. and my x-ray was only just organised by another doctor from another doctor from super clinic. and i knew it is not difficut to re-assign to another chiro. i almost pleaded with him! still so angry.

Negative experience: I was given an appointment for Dr Ifiok Okon Uko at 5.50 pm. We arrived at 5.50 pm. There was hardly any patient waiting. But the Dr didn't see us till 7.00 pm. It's ridiculous. 5-10 mins late is considerable but over an hour is nothing but negligence towards his occupation and patients. It's very disrespectful.

Negative experience: Be prepared to wait for more than 30mins with an appointment., very poor service, the receptionist are so bad

Negative experience: Doctor Negash This review is for doctor negash. I have stomach pain only on the left side for more than1 week now. The previous doctors tested for endometriosis, cysts, twisted tube. 2nd doctor wanted to run test on kidney, and ordered an urine test. I knew it's not my kidney, so went back to the clinic asking doctor negash: what & if any other test needs to b done. Was only told, no more test is required!! I was pretty sure it's not kidney, Not happy with the response, i made another appointment. This time still seeing Docor negash, he goes: "I have infections in the urine test". Now we leaning towards diverticulitis. Rather than, give me some antibiotics, order a ct scan to confirm. He asked me to go to emergency!!!! Wasted me a whole day there!!! At the end, I had to come back to the same clinic, to see a diff doctor, to get some antibiotics and a ct scan . What is wrong with this doctor?! It's something relatively easy, just antibiotics and a ct scan, but he keeps asking u to go to emergency. I'm so frustrated!

Negative experience: Ridiculous experience.There is no point to book an appointment in this clinic still you have to wait 2 hrs to see the doctor.After every patients Doctor takes 20 minutes interval to call another patient. I feel so disappointed with the experience.I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: The doctors are nice, when you eventually get to see one... I am waited in the waiting room 48 minutes after my appointment time, with no notification from the reception staff that I would have to wait. The last three times I have attended I have had to wait up to an hour for the doctor to see me, again with no notification from the reception staff, two of those times I was his first appointment for the day. Twice I have walked out at the hour mark & had a Telehealth appointment later that day. I had hoped something had changed in the eight months since I was here last, but it hasn’t.

Negative experience: Kathryn Barker Clinical Psychologist at Hoppers Superclinic I am writing my honest feedback. I made an appointment to see this Psychologist had few sessions with her. This is start of 2020. I regret it. It’s waste of time and money. We did not talk or have much conversations. It was all about her unorganised work ethics, not attentive, paperwork and she was worried about the time. She is quick to take money from you and will not help in anyways. She claims she has many years of experience but to me she was very unprofessional and pathetic. I did not know that you can get a councillor free of charge. She charged me a lot and it was waste of money. Having her as my psychologist, did not help my mental state and conditions that I been through out my life. She caused more anxiety in my sessions. She was trying to correct my English. She is very rude. English is my second language. She disrespected me many time. She tried to control whom I can talk to from overseas. She did not attend to my concerns and she was talking about what she knew. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate idiotic people whom try to bring me down and control me. I do not recommend her at all. You will get anxiety from this lady as she is controlling and pathetic. Please visit Cohealth, you will get better services, free of charge. They actually help you and I can see the changes I have made since I have been to Cohealth Counselling, with proper professional therapist.

Fantastic experience: I live 30 minutes away from Hoppers Super clinic ,which is my number one choice, this is the most amazing clinic I have ever been too. All the doctors are extremely good & helpful especially Andi and all receptionist they’re very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I have even referred my family members and friends. So I want say thank you all for your wonderful services !!! really great clinic !!!

Negative experience: Rosanna one of the “gp” has been unhelpful , a patient ask for advice regarding irregular bleeding , patient was really concerned , not any assessment done, even ask the patient “what do you want me to do?” Lol you ask the patient what to do ? So reassuring coming from a doctor. My partner ended up crying as she felt like she is making up her symptoms and a doctor tells her she is just anxious. I feel like if i see this doctor again i wont have any trust telling my medical problems. You can improve and you should .

Fantastic experience: Wonderful care at Super Clinic all times. Medical staff member looking after me was caring, empathetic and helped make me comfortable as soon as possible. I felt like they took their time to understand what was happening and what needed to be done. Thanks for excellent service !!!

Fantastic experience: My first time visit and am very impressed. Dr Hiluf was very caring understanding and his knowledge is impressive. The male nurse that helped after the consultation was a legend. I will be back and so will my family.
