Fantastic experience: I visited Caddens medical centre for facial rejuvenation injectable’s for my frown , bunny and furrow lines as well as crows feet lines and the service I received was nothing less than spectacular. As a nurse myself I was delighted and impressed with the registered nurse Prabh Sandy’s level of expertise, cleanliness, knowledge and bed side manner, not to mention his ability to administer these injection 109% pain free and I left unbelievably happy with the service I received and not one sign I had even been injected. His ability to perform these techniques without any side effects or signs of ever having had them was on the next level. I fully recommend anyone considering these procedures to only go to this medical centre as they were top notch and I will never go anywhere else now seeing his professionalism and lovely nature. Thanks again prabh, I will be seeing you again as a regular patient and especially after seeing the results. You have definately outdone yourself and I know I will always leave very happy with your service.

Negative experience: I had booked the appointment with Dr Ahmed because I had sport injury on my finger & I done x-ray and find out fracture on my finger. I just say to Dr Ahmed can you write down letter for light work duties until recovered fully. He wrote the letter but he changed me $107 for that letter. Dr Ahmed saying this change for private consultations fees plus certificate. I am not recommend to any one with Dr Ahmed.

Negative experience: Very bad service receptionist staff and doctor Abdul both are very rude, they don’t know how to talk with patients, taking vey badly,never going back this medical centre again please guys don’t go.

Negative experience: Really lovely and clean inside, reception was lovely and friendly. I didn’t get what I needed on my visit unfortunately. I had to make another booking at another great local centre to get what I needed with no charge.

Negative experience: Dr Muhammad Navaid Ahmed is a truly hopeless doctor. I spoke to him over the phone in desperate need of a doctor's letter and he straight up refused because he wasn't my usual doctor. My usual doctor is on leave and had no other choice.

The receptionist is absolutely lovely, the doctor I saw was extremely helpful, very easy to talk to and showed genuine care for my reason for visiting him and my wellbeing which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Negative experience: I was in search with new GP in new place and booked appointment with Dr Ahmed. He is worst doctor ever, not listening to the patient, I have no idea where that attitude comes from. He have zero knowledge to do effective communication to patient and provide information. Never ever going to see him again and recommend not to go with him if you really want good treatment.

Negative experience: Type of place to go if you already know what referral you need or tests. Dr Nay Nay is reluctant to try to investigate anything and will only go for default answers so not good if you are having unknown issues as I have no confidence that they would be properly investigated here. But good and easy for referrals and doctor certificates

Negative experience: Reception was awesome. I ended up walking out on the doctor telling them “this is not going to work”. I am very deaf and I do wear a single hearing aid. I told the doctor multiple times I was deaf and could not hear them. Doctor did not understand the issue of trying to communicate with me. I walked out and made an appointment with my usual doctor who is 1hr drive from me.

Negative experience: Dr Nay Nay was very rude in compassionate not understanding had no interest in sending me for blood test not ultrasounds I even had to ask her to take my blood pressure and to check my back and that was the main reason I went there. I need a blood works following up because of protein and blood in my urine and because of a maybe possible cardiac event but she wasn't interested in doing anything! I showed her my letters from my psychologist I also showed her the letters from the doctor when I got discharged from hospital she just read them and gave them back to me uninterested. Then I asked a could you check my back she put gloves on and checked my back and told me it was probably muscular and she would give me some tablets to calm it down and a few days.She told me she was not suitable to be my doctor I got absolutely nothing out of visiting her today and I will never return again.! On a scale of 1 to 10 she would get 2! No wonder why people don't go to doctors when doctors treat you like that!

Fantastic experience: Dr nay nay is one of the best doctors I have ever met, she is very thorough and caring especially when it comes to my kids! The receptionist are always lovely and helpful. They have a great clean room with a variety of toys for kids to play in whilst you wait to see the doctors. They are always on time and have always had great communication. My son has severe autism and after a couple of years of lots of hurdles we finally changed doctors that’s when we met dr nay nay she completely devoted herself to my son helping me access ndis for him as well as fighting and advocating for him to get a diagnosis. We are so grateful to have such a great doctor and I highly recommend this practice alongside gaining a beautiful doctor who passionately cares for her patients the right way!

Kathy makes our visits so much fun and our little one absolutely loves kathy & her laugh! The Nurse as Caddens, is so gentle and caring. He makes our little ones experience a lot more calming and relaxing! Thank you Caddens!

Negative experience: Receptionists need to get educated. This lady from another country is rudely shouting when she wouldn't understand anything and asked me to call on Monday because she wasn't the person responsible. I was on call disputing about the invoice. My mom and dad have Private Insurance and they charged me on my Bank because one of them didn't know how to process payment directly from Insurance and now I have to pay $66+ out of pocket. But, only a couple of days ago when I went there one of the other ladies did the process from private Insurance and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Now when I am disputing this they are taking no responsibility when clearly they need to educate themselves and learn the process.

Fantastic experience: All staff from reception to nursing staff to Doctors are amazing!! I've never felt so comfortable at a surgery. So clean and takes appointments which really helps!

I did not have an appointment but was seen by the male nurse very quickly. He was friendly, gentle and quick. I never have a problem with anyone at Caddens Medical Centre.

Negative experience: Feels like this centre is there to make money only. Dr. Ahmed made us visit at least 3 times just get a script for my son who was severely sick already for over a week. Always talks over, almost feels like he is dilusional. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Been going here for years and you never have to wait too long. The receptionist are nice except one we encountered with dark hair and glasses who was quite blunt and kept asking for my babies name after I said it a few times after she had stuffed up an appointment I made over the phone. Also my baby had her 12month shots here and when I asked about meningococcal the nurse said she can have that one another time and it's not covered but upon checking the immunisation register it is one of the ones listed to get at 12months which is free so I checked her Medicare records and the nurse had given it to her!! Yes there are two different types of meningococcal vaccines but one is for Aboriginals only. He should of explained the one he gave her. Doctor Nay Nay is so so lovely! Dec 2023- We were told today the male nurse wouldn't do our daughter's immunisations due to our previous review that was nothing but accurate. We have worked in many industries where we have had criticism or feedback from the public and we've had to take that on board and do better next time and still continue to assist many of those people. Very upsetting that he can't take on feedback. We were nothing but nice to him during all our previous visits. In early 2024 we were told someone would contact us regarding that situation and we never heard from anyone.

Negative experience: I usually have a good experience here but Dr Muhammad Navaid Ahmed made me feel embarrassed and ashamed of my mental health. I felt completely dismissed and felt like he was annoyed at for trying to seek help.

Negative experience: Don’t see “Dr” Muhammad Navaid Ahmed - Not only is he rude and disrespectful, he talks over you, does not stick to appointment times, hangs up on you when calling, and he lacks the actual expertise of a doctor. Every single time I’ve had to deal with him instead of my usual doctor Nay Nay (who is fantastic), he has shown a lack of knowledge, respect and had an inflated ego. Why become a doctor if you don’t enjoy helping people? Return to India and redo all your studies, maybe find yourself religiously and come back a man instead of an egotistical disrespectful “doctor”.

Negative experience: Terrible service.terrible doctor Ahmed.The worst doctor. His attitude is as cold as if you are a lowly person. He is also very sloppy in treating patients. He is also very troublesome when asked to write a medical report. He also charges arbitrarily.

Negative experience: very lovely receptionist ladies, however i can’t say the same doctor Ahmed. He was very rude, dismissive, condescending and hypocritical. Told me my pain was nothing, was questioning me if i was telling him the truth, also said i was just having a headache or a migraine and to take panadol and once i said i have been and it’s done nothing he then proceeds to say i’m not having a headache or a migraine so why would i take panadol? to finish the appointment off he says “i’ll give you a referral to go get a head ct.. to give you a peace of mind.” with the most condescending and rude tone. Would not recommend this doctor at all!

Negative experience: I've had two telephone consultations and each time I have had to chase up for my prescriptions and medical certificates. They've inconvenienced my life multiple times. On seperate occasions, so they get a one star for that

Negative experience: Dr Ahmed writes scripts that last 10 days and expects you to pay $70 every time you need a repeat. Zero phone etiquette, hangs up on within a minute of the scheduled appointment. The receptionist advised in order avoid this with the doctor, I should just come to their centre every 10 days to refill my prescription instead. Told all 3 receptionists on numerous occasions, that I work full time and away from home and that this is not possible but the team don’t seem to listen or care. Script pricing is extortionate, I paid $165 for a 10 day script and I was told upon my last appointment this would increase to $202. I have spent almost $1000 over a period of 4 appointments. Save yourself time, money and stress and look elsewhere for treatment.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for awhile now, but I’ve actually had enough regarding the lack of care with these doctors and will be starting to look elsewhere with proper care and bedside manners. I’ve been sick for two weeks, with a now sinus infection and bacterial infection after being refused antibiotics and to just take “cold and flu tablets” lucky another doctor was concerned enough to prescribe them to me after feeling miserable and unwell. You’re dealing with sick, vulnerable patients. As professional doctors it is your duty of care to look after them not brush it under the rug.

Positive experience: 2023- one star or even less Don't be fooled by the location or the looks of this place. horrible doctors , I have a seen a couple in this place and they were the worst. Update in Feb 2025 I will add 2 stars to the one star i gave in 2023, just for the nurse. He was helpful with great customer service skills. I only come for my son's immunisation shots. Still not seeing any of the doctors, i won't risk getting disappointed again!

Negative experience: I unfortunately will not be coming back. I brought my 15 month old son in to get checked out as he was struggling to breathe, very raspy and not well at all, we saw the male doctor (unsure of name) to be told it was a mild virus and I could use a puffer if I wanted to see if it would help and was told that more than likely he will be asthmatic later in life, this was after quickly checking him over and clearly seeing my son was not well. I did not feel right about this and had to take him to another doctor elsewhere to find out he actually has croup and has been put on strong antibiotics and have to monitor his breathing and if it gets worse to go up to ER. I feel like my concerns and my sons life was not taken seriously and this could have been a lot worse than it was. I have since been trying to call reception to put in a complaint about this with no answer at all. It’s really disheartening. Do better

Negative experience: Do not go to this doctors surgery if you need help. If you need a simple script - this is the place to go. But if you need help from a medical professional in your time of need - find anywhere else. I was charged execessively and then refused further help when I questioned the doctor. My psychologist told me to report him or I wouldn't be saying anything at all. Take from it what you will. You go to a doctor for help, you go to casino to get ripped off
