Fantastic experience: Deb has worked closely with our young son since he was a baby after we were told that he had a rare blood condition that may last until he was 5 years old, I did some research on how to help get our little boys immune system to where it needed to be & got in contact with NatMed. Jess goes above and beyond and has always made me feel comfortable talking about any issues I've raised with her. If you're struggling with health issues I'd higher recommend seeing Jess. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jess on a monthly basis for the past 3 months and my health have improved tremendously. My allergies, hay fever, sinus have gone completely which is almost like a miracle given how bad it was before. The other concern of mine is putting on muscle mass and that have been going up as well . Following the care plan , I have been feeling younger , energetic and and healthier. Having good health is a long term investment and I am very happy I found NatMed and Jess to help me on this journey. I highly recommend everyone to start their health journey with NatMed and Jess .

Fantastic experience: At this stage I have had 6 kinesiology sessions with Emma. I am also being treated by Deb at Natmed. Deb suggested I see Emma for help with my chronic anxiety and insomnia as part of a holistic approach to my care. I remember being very apprehensive and fearful at the beginning of my first appointment with Emma, I remember being quite tearful. I remember Emma's presence being very calming and caring, I felt safe. The feedback my body has given Emma has blown my mind, from my body she was able to pinpoint with great accuracy times in my life of great loss and pain e.g. when I lost my mother to cancer and felt so scared and alone, I have no idea how this happened as I did not tell Emma any of this. Following each session, Emma would give me 'homework'. After about the third session I began to feel positivity and joy return, my overthinking mind settled and I began to sleep through the night. With each session, I am feeling more like my old self again and am excited about my life ahead. I am extremely grateful to Emma, not only is she a beautiful human she is also amazing at what she does. As a nurse I am in awe of her deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathogenesis. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner.

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic that really cares for you. Has really helped me get to the bottom of my health problems and resolve them. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I feel that their website and staff members are deliberately deceptive about their pricing. Their website states that an initial consult will be $119 (acute problems) and $159 (chronic issues). I contacted them by email in regards to my son who has chronic immunity issues and asked what exactly was included in the $159 fee. I was recommended that my son see naturopath Jacky and was told the $159 includes in house testing but that functional testing would be extra. I was also told they have their own nurse who could do blood tests and that this was completely covered by Medicare. Upon booking I was told it would in fact cost $189 as Jacky is a senior naturopath. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. After seeing the naturopath, I was actually charged $239, apparently because she had gone had gone longer than 45mins. So I was charged $50 more for an extra 10 mins of the naturopaths time? I was also told it would be an extra $49 for the nurse appointment (after rebate)!! It cost almost $100 for less than a months worth of probiotics and mushroom powder and was told my son needed a gut test that would cost $499. They are free to charge whatever they like but they need to be upfront about their costs, especially during these hard times when many people are struggling financially.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Daphne for a couple of months now. Daphne has really given me the hope, that conventional doctors couldn’t. My thyroxine has already been dropped, because of my herbs and powders that Daphne has prescribed for me. I have more energy, less anxiety and walk with a spring in my step.. oh and by the way I have even started to lose, that stubborn weight, that goes hand in hand with a sluggish thyroid. Everything, is in house, so no going backwards and forwards, to the Doctors office to organise blood tests. Thank you Daphne for getting me on the road to feeling like me again.

Fantastic experience: My health took a turn for the worst between 2021 - 2022. Things got so bad I had to shut down my business. Over the course of 18 months, I spent $10K+ on medical exams, time with specialists, etc. All in all, I consulted with close to 15 specialists in different fields. The result? Nobody had a clue what was wrong with me. I even had two GPs refuse to see me until I had passed a psych exam. Then I stumbled upon NatMed, who in my very first consult told me they had a hunch it might be CIRS/biotoxin illness. Turns out they were right. As of writing this, I am about 12 months into Deb's modified Shoemaker Protocol, and I'm about 75% recovered. While I've still got to complete the last phase of the program, I've got my life back... and I have full confidence that I'll get my health back, too. This has been the most challenging experience of my life. Without the incredible team @ NatMed, I doubt I would have made it. Looking beyond the support they gave me, I can say with confidence that NatMed is one of the best run businesses I've encountered. (I'm a business owner myself.) Their culture, remarkably talented team, and customer service have been without fault. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Not just a paying customer. They are also very affordable compared to other clinics. If you are in a dire situation, and can't seem to get the answers you are looking for — NatMed could be your answer.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Brady last year with our 12 year old son who was experiencing recurrent stomach pains and constantly missing school. Fantastic experience: Deb is one of a kind. She and her team are just magic. She completely turned my life around, quite honestly. My anxiety and depression were the worst they had been when my husband booked me in to see her. I was at an incredibly low point in my life and I was feeling lost. I wanted a divorce from my husband and I could not see a future I wanted to live in. Nothing I did would alleviate my depression and anxiety symptoms - antidepressants, talk therapy, self-care. Fantastic experience: Brady has been fantastic in helping me get to the bottom of my health problems. After years of misdiagnosis and no direction I now feel I know exactly what’s going on and how to fix it. Within 4 weeks of seeing Brady I feel lighter, more energetic and in better spirits than I have been in years. There is hard work for you to do, there is no quick fix when it comes to IBS/sibo and you will have to adhere to strict diets and protocol for a while. But if you make the effort and follow the direction of Brady you will get good results. He and all the team at Natmed have been super helpful.

Negative experience: They do not care about the health and safety of the patient starting from Debbie the owner. They care only about taking hundreds of dollars from the patient. Be very careful!!!! Surprisingly, the owner responded very quickly here in Google. I've been trying to contact her for few months and didn't care. I depend on Google review to visit the clinic but unfortunately the reviews was totally different from what I experienced. Be careful of the compounding herbal product that will be given to you. Consumer health is the priority for the whole experience. They just kept selling me bunch of vitamins that I dont need. Money comes and go but honesty, dignity and trust is the priority when dealing with customers.
