Fantastic experience: I had the best salad of my life here, I wish I’d taken a photo! Such a gorgeous range of healthy food, and it’s all so delicious. Lots of gluten-free options for my mother-in-law who is coeliac. The staff are so friendly, and they make great flat whites too. If I lived in the area I’d be there every day!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to invest in both your health and the local community then you have found the right spot. Food cabinet that caters for all dietary needs, fantastic coffee and REAL grocery items ! You don’t have wait for the weekend to go to the markets, these guys are open 7 days a week and stock all the good stuff you can’t find in the big stores. Staff are beautiful and provide 11/10 service.

Negative experience: Aways go to show local support even though very expensive and service is a tad slow. But now after being charged a surcharge for a take away cake just before they were closing is just a joke! So you didn’t sell it today and will refrigerate and sell tomorrow for the same price but charge your regular customers the surcharge. It’s not like they had to heat it up or serve it up as was being taken away in a brown paper bag. Not cool, that’s how you lose your loyal customers.
Hi Connie. Thanks for shopping with us today. We’re sorry this has upset you so much to leave a 2 star review. Our other regulars were stoked to see us open on a public holiday and didn't mind paying the 15% surcharge on cafe items. Businesses charge the 15% surcharge to help cover the increase in wages (which is 100% increase) on a public holiday. Sorry you may not have understood why this occurs. The team worked incredibly hard today and we're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations.

I've always been more than happy with the coffee here but feel it recently got better still somehow. On top of this all of the staff are really vibrant and super friendly. Also try the wraps!

Negative experience: I came because the reviews looked amazing. The store is filled with fantastic goodness. Good to see people filling a local business. Staff were awesome. My one star is purely for my warm milk which was supposed to be a flat white with a double shot. Asked the staff if there was coffee in it as there was no taste at all or colour . They said there was two shots and that was the end of the conversation. I will be back to do some shopping through the store but unfortunately won't be having another coffee.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic local organic grocer, shop and cafe all in one. Prices are reasonable and food is delicious. You can tell it's good as there are plenty of locals and tourists there. Apparently the coffee was exceptional too! And the raw donuts! And the fresh squeezed juices! And the toasted sandwhiches! And the salads! The list goes on and on. Just pop in and try it yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Someone mentioned this place to us in Brisbane so we stopped by on our way to Noosa! Well worth the detour, love love this place. Fantastic experience: They have delicious peri peri chicken in the fridge that is easy to throw in the oven and really tasty. The ice cream selection is beautiful and great organic quality. We also love their special lettuce and they always have the best fresh coriander. There is also a nice cafe with fresh food and freshly squeezed juices that are sadly overly sweet. They really need a greens and beetroot veg juice not so sweet w a proper boost of ginger for grownups:) Overall its a great organic grocer with a lovely great community feel

Fantastic experience: Called in for coffee and a juice. Chai latte was thoroughly enjoyed by my friend. Came in this cute Ong handled cup with a strainer on top. She poured dirty chai latte into the strainer and the smell was amazing. My orange juice was lovely too...not sure but tasted freash squeezed. Sat at table outside. Friend has just moved to the area and we will be back.

Negative experience: Got the large acai and they half filled it, $16 dollars later .. 4 bites and almost gone.
Hi Rhys. Sorry you didn’t have a great experience. The Acai bowls should be loaded with delicious fruit and crunchy paleo muesli. The large is definitely a meal in itself. Did you have fruit & muesli or Acai on its own? We have been working with Acai Flow to ensure the amount of Acai itself is uniform.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and close the the beach. Very good prices for açai bowels. I love that they have small, medium and large bowls you can choose from. I also love that they add a variety of fruit and dragon fruit

What made us too “hipster & full of themselves?” We always aim towards pleasing our customers, so hearing you didn’t enjoy your experience gives us room to learn and grow. What prices did you find a joke? Our cafe items are on par with other cafes in the area with the added bonus of being all organic here. Our produce we know is lower than most other organic stores. As a young family our aim it’s to make organic affordable

Fantastic experience: We arrived reasonably late and were only too happy to serve us. The coffee was amazing up there with the best I have had. Staff were amazing great service and friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Positive experience: This is a unique little cafe set in a produce store. Coffees are great and smoothies/juices are divine. Selection of healthy quality foods. We did pay a bit more for our smoothie/juice thingy but it was the best we've had thus far in caloundra - hands down. Not a lot of seating and it's small outdoor area is close to the busy carpark, so not totally ideal for roaming kids. Probably not what I'd consider child friendly per se.

Positive experience: I've been here twice for coffee and both times it tasted burnt. The previous time I was here I also ordered a smoothie and it was very nice. I also love the eco friendly wares that they sell here. Just a shame about the coffee.
Fantastic experience: Amazingly good smooth coffee, fabulous smoothies and a choice of food with lots of gluten free and vegan options. On top of all that, Kat and Josh and the team have built up a tremendous community around the Real Grocer and the team are all so lovely that we look forward to seeing them every day.
