Initially, Ivan provided fantastic support for a meniscus tear I sustained while snow skiing in Japan, and later for a frozen shoulder. More recently, Luca has been helping me with a herniated disc at C6/C7 as well as lumbar pain. Ivan has provided excellent support and advice and is clearly highly skilled and experienced. I was most impressed with the holistic approach which he adopted for my treatment. This treatment included posture and balance correction, which was a contributing factor to the ankle problem.

Fantastic experience: I have two faulty ankles! I saw Dr Mitch and Matt, the podiatrist, and just WOW. What a dynamic team. They are extremely knowledgeable about feet. I now have orthotics and new shoes and am much more comfortable when walking! Trust me I have been to lots of sports doctors and podiatrists over the years and I’ve not received this level of treatment before. Just go and see them you will NOT regret it.

Fantastic experience: Attended Evolve with persistent lower back overuse/overtraining injury. Rob quick to determine where injury emanating from and what needed to be strengthened in order to alleviate. My assigned rehab exercises had an immediately positive effect and to my extreme delight the worst of the injury subsided within a couple of weeks. Fanstastic result.
