Fantastic experience: Vin helped me enormously with my recovery after a total knee replacement in 2023. Last August, I had the other knee done. It was a little harder but I followed Vin's advice and I am doing well. He even advised me to get closed in shoes which I managed to find and I have awful feet. I am a 75 year lady, I have every confidence in his ability to help me and I would return if I needed to. I highly recommend Trilogy!

Fantastic experience: I fully ruptured my Achilles and the hospital told me to do the conservative approach as it should mend. I went to trilogy for my rehab and saw Vin. After two sessions with him, he highly recommended that I get a second opinion, as it didn’t feel like it was healing correctly. I ended up needing surgery. If it wasn’t for Vin I could have had a permanent limp because of the tendon incorrectly healing. Trilogy have been amazing and I’m now back to walking and gaining more strength in my Achilles. I highly recommend going to Trilogy as they care for their patients and provide an excellent service. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Finding Narun and his team has been such a relief. I’d seen a physio for 7 sessions prior and the level of care was very low and their treatment recommendations were stock standard, as if I was just another number. There was no improvement in my injury. I saw someone ask for a physio recommendation on the local community page and many people recommended Trilogy. Narun took a wholistic approach to my injury and my treatment was tailored to my goals, my work commitments, and lifestyle. He incorporated hands on treatment (which most physios seem to move away from these days) which allowed my body to then actually do the prescribed exercises. It’s also the little things like checking consent for hands on in each session, explaining what he’s going to do, using easy language to help understand the ‘why’ behind the injury, exercises, etc. The environment itself is clean, inviting, and professional. All the staff are friendly and engaging. As an allied health professional and business owner, I’m always on the lookout for care, treatment, and environment. Providing high quality care with compassion/safety and in a clean and well presented environment is very important. So to be on the receiving end of that at Trilogy means a lot.

Fantastic experience: The team at Trilogy Physiotherapy were amazing! I've played quite a lot of football and have managed to injure most of my body from it. They have somehow fixed my neck, lower back and pelvis, along with my left knee. There's been no recurrence, which has been a blessing. I'm currently rehabbing my ACL with Naren and we are six months in and it's feeling much better. I've also have seen the massage therapist (Carlos) in between to keep the rest of my body optimal. The facility and parking is great and I can-not thank the team enough.

Fantastic experience: I had spent decades going to Chiropractors for attention towards,generally, my back and neck with considerable success. However, over the past year, I have had considerable pain in these areas with minimal success. I had never consider Physiotherapy having the impression that it was too slow. How wrong was I. The first treatment was so successful, I was astonished and couldn't believe how I could move body parts without little discomfort. Fantastic experience: I have had cases of Vertigo (BPPV) for a few years. After recently suffering again and a search to find a vestibular physiotherapist I found Naren at Trilogy Physiotherapy. Naren and his team came highly recommended, and in even after my first appointment I could see significant improvement. Fantastic experience: I've been to Trilogy multiple times over the last few years, the most recent being in the last week. This visit was no different to usual with Naren weaving his magic to ease the considerable neck pain I was experiencing. Naren is the first physio I've been to that focuses more on treating the injury rather than booking you in for your next appointment. I've seen other physios that have tried to get me back for the next appointment before they've even assessed the injury. Naren genuinely cares about his patients and encourages you to get back to him if there has been no improvement after a few days. Naren is a legend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Vin at Trilogy Physiotherapy. Vin was able to pin point the cause of my pain and get me back to the gym. I found Vin took the time to actually listen to my symptoms and then explain (in terms I could understand) what was happening to my body. I love that patients come first and I’m not left sitting by for 30min with a heat pack or booked in for unnecessary appointments!! Vin gave me exercises to complete at home and explained how I could adjust training so I could keep moving even with injury.

Fantastic experience: I'm fortunate to have to found Vin when I was living in Oxley, Brisbane and looking for a physio. He first treated me for a TFCC (wrist) injury I picked up doing crossfit, surfing, f45, gym, or BJJ.. still not exactly sure how/when. Vin explained the injury in a way I could understand, provided a progressive rehabilitation program, and gave me the confidence to know what to do, and not do which led to being pain free in quick time. I've since moved to the Gold Coast and despite the extra distance, I trusted Vin when I recently injured my Achilles (ankle). Vin is the best physio I've had, and like clockwork, the rehabilitation program Vin provided is helping my ankle actually get better and stronger. Thanks Vin, you genuinely care about your clients and are a very good physio. I wish I'd known you when I had bicep tendonitis some years back -- suspect it would have healed faster with your treatment. Vin has been an amazing physio and I would recommend a friend, or family member if they wanted to reduce pain, increase mobility and get back to doing the things they love pain free.

Fantastic experience: Every time I visit Trilogy Physiotherapy with a problem, I leave without the problem. They are very good at diagnosing and treating the issue. I have the same physiotherapist every time. The treatment rooms are spacious and they are actual rooms - not cubicles with curtains. It is not a churn and burn environment. You don’t get shoved on the tens machines and ignored. At Trilogy it is individualised focused attention from the time you arrive until the time you leave.. They are always on time and very cost effective. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Trilogy Physiotherapy since 2021 and have always received exceptional care for various exercise/work-related injuries. Since my 20s, I have tried my best to balance work with an active lifestyle and I like to set myself new challenges, which can certainly come with twinges and strains that are best seen to immediately (especially more frequent now in my mid-30s and after having a kid). Initially I saw Christina (who I had followed over from her previous practice), then subsequently have been looked after for the past year by VINOD VARSANI - who I have found to be a wonderfully thorough and excellent physiotherapist. My husband (who frequently injures himself through soccer, gym or work) sees NAREN VASUDEVA and is also very happy with his care. I highly recommend Trilogy Physiotherapy to everyone I know - friends, colleagues and also random people I meet at the gym or ballet classes. They are wonderful, caring physios who always take the extra time to figure out the problem and tailor a plan to best manage your injuries and help prevent new ones.

Fantastic experience: Naren has been my Mum’s Physio for about 4 years. He does a home visit with her every week. We credit him with maintaining a level of mobility that would have been lost otherwise, given the severity of her stroke. Naren has shown a level of care in his communication with me about my Mum’s needs that goes well beyond what anyone could expect. He also looks out for my mum and advocates for her best interests. We feel so blessed to have had Naren working with Mum and could not recommend him more highly as a person and a Physio.
