Fantastic experience: I've been going to here for a number of years. The multidisciplinary team are amazing at addressing the issues. It's a one stop shop for health. Tim (poditary) provides a holistic approach to treatments and exercises.

Fantastic experience: I first heard about Top to Toe from a friend’s mum, who had chronic back pain, in 2019. She advised that this was the only clinic that had ever helped. At that point she had not experienced any back pain in over a year. 5 years later and the team have helped me move from “rehabing” old injuries to “prehabing” and preventing any further injuries. The personalised attention and care I receive during each Pilates sessions are unparalleled. I love attending a class where you are given specific exercises for whatever you would like to work on. It’s very different from a standard gym Pilates class. Pilates is with with Keerti, Sam and Hugh - all are super intuitive and professional. Additionally I have worked with Keerti on back, neck and should pain, She is so thoughtful in her responses and actions to help resolve the injuries. I would be so lost without her. I have also had fantastic results working with Kayla (Myotherapy). She is excellent at communicating what she is doing and what she advises. I would recommend Myo to anyone who feels like they need to relax back into themselves. I am so grateful having found such an amazing team. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: What a friendly bunch of people getting their daily job done! The lovely team at reception were helpful and easy going, both Celeste and Peter were great and you can tell they are clearly there to help guide you through whatever your needs may be. Do yourself a favour and fill in the paper work online (they actually recieve it and don't make you do it again. I was shook!) And be open to sharing information that may seem silly, trivial or private so whoever you're seeing can actually help you, not just guess!

After a number of years of suffering with hip pain and trying various treatments, it has only been his understanding of my issue and his carefully thought out exercise plans that have also helped me to regain some of the mobility and strength I had lost. Negative experience: Short sessions in a communal space that is pretty busy, very rushed. Charged an entire consultation to assess the issue when the GP had already provided a summary of the prognosis. I can understand needing to make a proper assessment, but it did not require the entire session.

Not only did Taylor provide immediate relief in the initial consult, he educated me around my training volume & provided S&C exercises to allow me to maintain running while we worked on addressing the underlying issue. Fantastic experience: Had a cooked neck Both left and right side, for the last 2-3 years. I’ve had 2 sessions with Taylor Burnett and I’m feeling a difference. You can feel Taylor’s expertise, literally.

Positive experience: Friendly welcome by friendly staff. A little disappointed that patients are required to wear mask but not front desk staff. Also not enforced in waiting room as there were two people not wearing masks. Clean rooms, spacious, plenty of light. Felt very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I had a car accident in which I sustained injuries that required me to see a physio. I went to Top to Toe Health in Templestowe Lower and was overwhelmingly happy with my experience at the clinic. Charmian Chan is helping me with my shoulder and neck pain after the crash and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with treatmenting me absolutely impressed. If you are suffering from neck, sholder pain I would highly recommend to see Charmain she is amazing. I was especially satisfied and impressed with Michael Chan who was able to pinpoint and explain the issue I was having helping to ease my stress by explaining about jaw pain and assuring me that I would get better after the crash. He is extremely knowledgeable and has so much experience absolutely inceredble and I would highly recommend him if you are suffering from jaw pain. Overall, I can say that the physiotherapists at Top to Toe as well as the facilities lovely ladies at reception,manager and clinic make this place by far the best physio I have been to and a place I now recommend to everyone I know with any sort of injury.
