Fantastic experience: I injured my hip while training for a half marathon in March and was diagnosed with hip impingement (FAI) and struggled to recover or get back into training for the marathon in September. I've had a long term ankle injury that I constantly needed to ice after training or change my workout when there is running involved or do something different to compensate the ankle. I saw David, after a month of seeing him and doing recommended rehab workouts, I now do not need to adjust the workouts and able to run.
