We aren’t shooting blindly at my gut issues, I did a SIBO and full microbiome test and it showed some answers (finally). Since then I’ve had a good plan and am seeing results. Fantastic experience: I’d been looking all over Adelaide for a naturopath who can help me manage my type 1 diabetes better when my endocrinologist thought my A1C of 7.5 was perfectly fine. I don’t think I could have found anyone better! I also have psoriasis and some thyroid concerns, all which have been taken into consideration and are being treated holistically alongside my diabetes. I’m very happy and would definitely recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Kelly at AF Health to help get to the bottom of some of my son's health issues that just wouldn't go away. I like that there is a lot more time given to each patient looking into what is causing the symptoms and start fixing it from within rather then a 5 minute consult to sell you some cream that will just cover up the problem for a month or two before it returns. We have been very happy with the service at AF Health each time we go there or call and the treatment plan options once the course is identified.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a practitioner that focuses on the body being able to heal itself through good sleep, nutrition and exercise. Fantastic experience: Recently visited David for my first appointment to help with my eczema. I was immediately comforted by how much he really listened to me and went very in depth taking and giving information in terms educating me on my own body and looking into different possible causes. He has sent me home with a few tests to return with, a lot of life-changing information that has shown changes in my body already and a huge sense of relief knowing I'm actually being heard, supported and will find a long term solution moving forward together. Fantastic experience: Having Kelly as my Naturopath to address concerns with PCOS and NFAL has been really refreshing and overall fantastic experience. For years I have tried medications to address my PCOS issues and the fatigue and other symptoms that come along with that, and nothing has worked to the degree of making me feel better. I feel they were just band-aid solutions. I've always felt awful but since doing the 30 day reset and sticking to supplements Kelly recommended in my treatment plan, I finally feel I have a sense of control back on my health. I no longer feel fatigued and horrible everyday. Couldn't recommend this service enough, the ongoing check-in and support inbetween appointments is amazing and makes the health journey alot more achievable.

Positive experience: AF Health have been so helpful in offering their guidance and support. Natrupath David provides lots of details and information relating to necessary testing and treatment plans and is always happy to answer questions via email post sessions. I would have rated 5 stars but a little improvement is needed for billing and communication between admin staff as I was sent multiple invoices even after payment and was called for items to be followed up even though I had paid and sent confirmation via email numerous times. Additionally, whilst starting an new treatment plan I would have benefited from a check in email or call from AF Health to see how I was going before my next appointment. Overall have seen some improvement in my health (although minimal as it has only been a month) and look forward to the next steps.

Fantastic experience: I've only had 2 visits to AF Health and have already found it so beneficial! They do a thorough, in-depth check of your current health (and give you copies of your results) and listen closely to what you say. They choose to take the time, show they care and are very intentional in getting to the bottom of your health issues. They come up with a individualised plan for you to go and implement, but are always willing to answer queries on the phone regarding clarification of things (I'm still learning!) and try hard to fit you in for appointments. It is a VAST difference from mainstream doctor visits, and being treated like a number, or like you're on a factory assembly line. I highly recommend AF Health!

Fantastic experience: I've been trying for years to get my health and diet right. Menopause causing thyroid issues and weight gain. One morning I googled nutrition and AF Health came up. I booked in with Kelly from other positive reviews . It's been 4 weeks and I've never felt so good. So much more energy, I'm losing weight and all the Team have been wonderful. I only wish I found them sooner. It is a costly experience, but how do you put a price on your health and well being. If only the government were as happy to subsidies it as they are pharmaceutical options that are only the bandaid fix.

Fantastic experience: I've struggled with stomach health issues and IBS most of my life . I got to the point where I had done every test the western medicine doctors and gastroenterologist in South Australia could provide for me . For them to only tell me that there was nothing sinister or wrong with me . All the while in one sense that was good , I still did not feel well and had major discomfort and stomach and health issues . Then after doing my own research I found AF Health . I found Alex and his team could provide me with extensive microbiology testing that the others could not and gave me the results that combined both medical worlds that I had been desperately in need of . If you are at your witts end and struggle with conditions that know body else can help with . I highly recommend AF HEALTH.

Fantastic experience: I'm so incredibly grateful to AF health. I wanted to wait until I saw results before I posted a review. And I can honestly say I feel cured after seeing Marissa for the past 3-4 months. I went there in August with so many terrible issues related to my gut, as well as fatigue and brain fog, etc. I had already tried everything else possible over the last few years to get answers, and had absolutely no luck, and felt completely defeated until I came to AF health. Marissa referred me for various lab testing, and we discovered I had SIBO as well as leaky gut and a few other issues that were definitely contributing to my bad health. All of the supplements i was recommended as well as the diet changes have absolutely worked wonders. It definitely felt like a long road at the time, but after 4 months of working on it, I honestly feel like a brand new person. I feel so healthy, my gut health is SO much better. I can now enjoy meals out with friends (something I had avoided for years), I no longer have the anxiety I had before with food due to my gut issues. I feel like I'm a 'normal' person again, and I had forgotten how that felt for such a long time. The entire time I was seeing Marissa I felt completely heard. In the past I felt I was never taken seriously by previous practitioners, and I felt like I never knew what the root cause of my health issues was. But Marissa didn't leave any area unchecked. I felt so reassured to finally see lab testing results that gave me a definite answer for what was actually causing my issues. It was brilliant to get a treatment plan that was tailored to exactly what I needed. And it was great to have check ins at the end of each treatment plan to make changes if something wasn't working. The entire AF health team were also brilliant at answering my questions via email whenever I had any concerns about anything to do with my treatment or symptoms. I'm finally feeling so much healthier. And now I'm on the second phase which is focusing on strengthening my gut health. After this experience I would absolutely recommend AF health to anyone. This experience has absolutely changed my life in such a positive way. After years of feeling so defeated and hopeless, wondering what was wrong and why I was so sick. It's so incredible to feel healthy again. If I was told 4 months ago that I would feel so healthy today, I wouldn't have believed it. I will definitely continue to use AF health, and to recommend them to everyone.
