Fantastic experience: My experience with PhysiCo was amazing. It was my first time going to Physio, but it did help a lot with my neck and shoulder pain.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time severe back pain and I guessed it was pinched nerve, but Sean did a quick diagnosis that it's a muscle spasm. He spent the rest of the time teaching me exercises and then massaged the glutes. He was friendly and understood my problem straightaway. I was feeling wayy better than when I went in. Highly recommended for physiotherapy in the city.

Fantastic experience: I had a neck pain during the last week of Dec 2024. Most of the physio practices in the city area were closed, but not PhysiCo. Sean Li helped me with my neck pain. Most of the pain was gone with just one session. Thanks to Physico, I could celebrate my New Year free from neck pain.

Across my 3 visits with Nicholas, so far I have reclaimed a lot of my range of motion allowing me to get back to my regular activities while minimising the pain due to injury. A very professional Physiotherapy, provides great exercises and advice. I've had enjoyable and insightful visits, learning about my injury and the area around it.

Fantastic experience: If I had to define this place, it would be wonderful, miraculous, and welcoming. From the receptionist to my physiotherapist. A week and 3 days after a car accident I had, physiotherapist Sean Li attended to me, recovered my full mobility (in just 3 sessions) of my arm that had tendonitis and bursitis. During the treatment, he explained to me in detail what I had and which area he was going to work on and how he was going to work, adding to that the exercises he left for me to do at home, he explained them super well, making sure I understood and could execute them properly, giving me alternatives of objects I could use. I am very grateful for Sean Li's work; I didn't expect to see such quick progress. I also recommend him for people who don’t speak 100% English like me, because I understood all his explanations and he cared about that. I will definitely return when I visit Sydney again.

He knows intuitively how much pressure to use to loosen up tight muscles particularly in my hips, glutes and shoulders. After my recent session I felt relaxed and re-energized. Fantastic experience: I went to Sam for three days in a row and he was fabulous. He taught me a lot of great exercises to begin to improve the strength in my core and lower back for the herniated discs. He did dry needling and a lot of deep tissue work. I feel confident that through his recommendations, my back will be able to heal and become stronger. Sam was also very knowledgeable, professional and punctual.

Fantastic experience: Aditi really helped me after I badly rolled my ankle. After 8 weeks or so of doing the exercises she recommended, I've gone from barely being able to walk to playing basketball and bouldering again! Would definitely recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this place for remedial massage by my colleague. Cristian did remedial massage for me. I am pleased to see that my shoulder and arm discomfort (some pain for a few weeks before I visited Cristian) has significantly improved after 2 visits. Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the results of the physiotherapy that I’ve received here by Thomas. A week ago I could barely stand up straight and had to take a week off work due to the back pain I was experiencing. Now after a couple sessions and I’m able to move freely and even was able to play a game of basketball pain free. Highly recommend Physico City for their professional assessment and treatment. Not only have I been able to remove the pain but have been left with a plan on how to target the muscles and areas I was neglecting in the past. Will be coming back for any future problems that I hopefully don’t run into.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Physico City are consistently friendly and on-time. I’ve been seeing Dr Breitkreutz who’s been excellent in getting to the root causes of my issues and giving me the tools to treat them. My initial health complaint that got me looking for a physio was quickly resolved, but I continue to come because I still feel like I’m getting a benefit out of each session and my health continues to improve. I recommend giving them a go.

Fantastic experience: I booked in to see Sam for an issue with my neck, which he treated expertly over a few sessions with a combination of massage and adjustments plus strengthening exercises. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and demonstrates exercises in a way that helps you understand the underlying causes. He's also realistic with what will be the best course of action for you (ie not doing 1000 sets of a boring exercise!). Very highly recommend Sam and Physico!

Fantastic experience: Sitting at a desk for extended period of time and working had really made my muscles stiff and inflexible, so much so that my neck and lower back were in constant pain and agony. Cristian, a trained profession with his years of experience and knowledge instantly identified the pain points, and really helped loosen the muscle knots and started the muscle recovery. Positive experience: Sean Li has treated me for my stiff neck which I have been suffering for some months. I would like to thank him for treating my neck and lower back as has relieved the stiffness somewhat. Sean is very conscientious and thorough in his treatments. He has taught me to continue with exercises and patiently makes sure I do them correctly. I would like to say the same with Thomas Wyer who also treated me. Both physiotherapists are very professional and between them, they have managed to improve my stiffness, ache and pain. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: In about 2018, after about 8 weeks of pain in my left knee, I was referred to Sam Morgan at PhysicoCity. At the time, I wasn’t able to work out, wear heels or walk long distances without experiencing acute pain in my left knee cap. Not only did the pain disappear in a couple of weeks but Sam has completely reformed my approach to fitness and strength training. Sam is an absolute miracle worker. I have referred so many of my friends and family to Sam and all of them have reported that they have walked out of one consultation with Sam not just feeling better and pain free but also feeling more optimistic and motivated about management of their injury long term. I am so grateful for the referral to Sam and he is certainly a keeper!

From the first visit, Sam zeroed in on the root cause of the problem and since then my pain has significantly improved. Fantastic experience: I've had recurring lower back problems for many years. It recurred again a few months ago, and I went to Physico City. The staff are all very friendly, and I was seen by Sam, who is an absolutely amazing physio. I've seen various physios over the years, who've treated the back problem and discharge me without looking any further, but Sam has finally found that the reason it recurs is actually due to a problem in my hip, which I seem to have had since childhood and was never picked up on. Other physios have also told me multiple times to give up my beloved Thai Boxing but, as a martial artist himself, Sam understands the passion I have for it and has been keen to help me keep doing it. The treatment I've had has been brilliant and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
