Negative experience: Have been attending this medical centre sporadically over the years and in general care has been good, esp the GP registrars who have rotated through. Recently our 4yo had to undergo a swab which we later found out was a COVID swab. This rating is for the swab nurse who sounded Vietnamese. She appeared incompetent, looking around for a swab for ages, making my 4yo scared at what was going to happen. There was zero interaction with him to put him at ease. This was never the case when the GP registrars would take a quick swab of the back of his mouth as they would put him at ease and the swab itself was very quick. Already my 4yo was starting to cry in fear but made to open his mouth and the nurse just seemed to poke the swab in as far as possible, making him gag a few times (again this has never happened before as swabs have never gone so deep including nasal swabs). He then tried to swallow a few times before eventually vomiting up, to which the nurse responded with zero empathy and only gave me a tissue to clean him/us up. She then turned away and attended to whatever she had to do, leaving me to clean him up and then find a bathroom to get him to rinse his mouth. Extremely bad experience and I hope it doesn't leave a scar on my 4yo to fear having swabs in future. Nurse needs education on how to deal with children as well as improving her peoples skill.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with what I have experienced. Doctor Ranju is a thorough practitioner who listened to my issue (skin related) and took appropriate action. He listens and fully understands and is highly cooperative. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This review is for the nurse - Aksha (I believe thats her name). I went for my newborns 6 week immunisation and we found her very rude. She was not friendly and not approachable. She didn't explain what immunisations are being given, the process or post care. Didnt care to ask if we had questions or concerns. She just wanted to get it done and didnt show care towards us or to the baby. Unfriendly behaviour and I would not recommend her to anyone else.

I have been taking my 2 year old now since she was 10 months. Dr.Manmit Madan - I owe him a lot, he has literally been a saviour for my little one’s bronchiolytis attacks. And Heena at the reception is so empathetic and helpful you barely remember your ailments

Fantastic experience: Dr. Devesh has been very kind and attentive while checking my 11 week old baby. My baby suffered with flu, cold, cough and fever. I was really worried but Dr. Devesh has advised me on what to monitor and how to help him relieve from the suffering. He was of great help and built confidence in me to handle the situation. Negative experience: I was disappointed with my recent visit to the doctors. Instead of addressing my concerns, their primary focus seemed to be on referring me to their own other services. It felt more like a push to make money rather than providing professional and comprehensive care.

Fantastic experience: Updating. Saw Physio Ms Aditi Bhade. Had difficulty swim, pain in back and stiff calf. After a consult, and diagnosis; had treatment consisting cupping, needles n compression. Not long after I was back swimming 800m to 1.1 km, usually I did about 500m only. The therapy involved learning a few home - exercises, one including the Micheal Jacksons stomach roll, to free my lower back. Thanks Aditi, my fears were taken care off. Good luck. Past review. Had real bad cold n cough. Needed to see some one. Dr Harpreet was available. Her diagnosis seemed very diligent and thorough, and comforting. The follow up visit in 2 weeks was also thorough. Wish her good luck. Like to also thank Vaisnavi, reception, who in my few visits to Dr Madan, since mid last year- have been consistent, kind and helpful to make things possible. Thank you Dr Madan.

Fantastic experience: I attended the centre in late May, to address a blocked ear from a recent trip to Rarotonga and the service was exceptional. I made a booking online, was seen to with 15 minutes of arrival as a new patient, and was provided options to address my problem. I was booked in the following day during my lunch break, and again was seen to on time and had my issue resolved. Whilst I can't exactly remember the treating doctors name, the entire team who provided the service should be acknowledged. Thankfully, I'm in good health and not needing to see doctors regularly but when the need arises, I will be a returning patient. The important factors for me is timeliness, being provided with options and delivery of service and this centre achieved each and every one.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for changing wounds dressings.. wasn’t informed from the beginning That wound dressings are not covered by Medicare so it’s an out pocket expense fee Wasn’t happy without informing patients before proceeding or asking if patients is happy to proceed with an out pocket sessions that wasn’t covered by Medicare. It’s their duty of care to inform patients at all times if the session is covered or not by Medicare And to ask if patient is happy to proceed but will be out of their pocket. Only 1 star i can give as a first time in their clinic . And maybe I’m not coming back sorry

Negative experience: No time management at all. There is no point of making advanced booking they still gonna make you wait for minimum 45 mins, doesnt matter you booked the appointment one month in advance

This is our family clinic in true sense. Special thanks to Miss Vaishnavi who always make us feel welcome even when they have such a busy job. Negative experience: Couldn’t give less than 1 star else would have given. Totally unprofessional doctor Manmit Madan and worst of what I have seen in Aus or in India. Unprofessional, never listens to you and behaves as if we wasting his time.Imagine a GP sitting with his legs up on the table looking at his mobile and listening to your problem. We wasted good 1-2 years at this centre hoping the doctor is experienced and would be helpful. Realised we wasted our time when we visited other GPs. DO NOT waste your time with this unprofessional family run centre.

Negative experience: Don’t go here. They do not value your time. 1 hour and 15 minutes late for my appointment. I am okay with extensive delays as long as I am informed beforehand. This is ridiculous and disrespectful.

Negative experience: I made a Covid vaccination booking for my kids, and when we got there, they just told us that no one was available to do the shots. The nurse wasn't there, and The GP didn't want to do it. And the attitude of the receptionists... So passive and unhelpful.

Negative experience: Worst experience .. Dr. Madan is the most unprofessional GP that I have met. We waited for 1 hour only to finally decide to leave . Never going back there.. unprofessionalism of highest level. Update 21/06. I will be filing a complaint against this medical practice in Health care complaints commission. This practice has no empathy for it's patients. They referred us to an imaging clinic to get a wrist X-ray done. We got an appointment after 2 days to get the consultation done again with GP. Waited for an hour as stated above and we decided to see another GP. We went to the imaging clinic and they only gave us report saying they X-ray films have been sent to this medical center. I called these guys today asking and they are still insisting that they can give the films only after consulting the doctor. I said we need them today. Receptionist put us on hold and said they haven't received any film from imaging center. They why were you insisting since yesterday that we should see the doctor first ? I threatened to file a complaint and after calling them 15 mins later , reports are supposedly ready . No empathy for their patients. Taken for granted. Will definitely file a complaint against these guys in HCCC.

Negative experience: Dr. Manmit Madan was very unprofessional and unethical. He is not attentive/ good listener and is always in rush to chase the patient out. He is not ready to explain to patients regarding the diagnosis, instead he explains it to his colleague. He is always on phone during every consultation. He made us sit in his cabin and went out. He made us to wait for very long time. He explains half of the things in the corridor in front of other patients and doctors. His behaviour towards ladies is extremely bad. He forgets his profession and ethics towards ladies. Consultation has to be inside the doctor's cabin and not in the corridor. A doctor needs to be a good listener and must have patience to listen to their patients. I would not have given even a 1-star rating for him, but I'm not able to post this without giving a 1-star rating. I'll never recommend him to any one.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life. It is run in a poor manner. Waited for 1.5 hours even after having an appointment, and then when my turn came in Doctor decides to send me to nurse and call in someone else. Had to wait another 15 minutes and then left without seeing doctor. Never returning.

Negative experience: We consulted with doctor Madan Manjeet yesterday evening. He was very arrogant, unprofessional, entitled and generally seemed uninterested in treating patients. The worst experience we have had so far in seeing a doctor. Not even in India I have seen such rude doctors. Generally, we have had a very good experience in the past with Westmead medical center. Yesterday was the first time we had such a bad experience.

Negative experience: I heard a lot about dr Madan, so I decided to go for my son’s check up with him. I found him pathetic & controlling. Didn't listen to us. Gave same diagnosis ‘viral infection’ to our different problems. Advised Panadol to both of us & when asked about activities to do with my 10 month baby to improve his milestones, he told us to google it. Now I think, why did I go to him? Every person have different experiences, this was my experience with him. Nurses are good, receptionist is always in bad mood. Will never go there.

Fantastic experience: Aditi - She is very helpful and patiently listened what was my problem and suggested what will help to recover from pain in all the angles. More friendly and I felt very light when I was talking. I recommend her and thankful to her.

Negative experience: Pathetic experience. Dr Madan diagnosed my kid with a condition that definitely required antibiotic treatment which I was unaware off. But instead he asked to continue using panadol. The kid kept falling sick every other week as the condition relapsed. Went to another GP and finally got the right medication. The kid had to suffer for a month. Looks like the arrogance is not worth it.

Positive experience: The receptionist and support staff were friendly and considerate. I however found Dr. Madan patronizing and controlling. Patients can find this uncomfortable.
