Fantastic experience: Great staff excellent doctors

Positive experience: The doctor we saw was lovely. Friendly and approachable for my young daughter. However, her appointment was delayed 40 minutes even though we'd booked for an 08:30 appointment.

Fantastic experience: I left this review a month ago… see below… I have edited it down below, no excuses I should have worded it a lot better and addressed the issue with the doctor or even management first… the doctors and front of staff are amongst the best in their field and if it wasn’t for them, Dr P in particular caught a serious condition and was on it within 24hrs. ( will be eternally grateful) Certainly a family friendly professional practice which I will always use.. Will always go there and do and recommend to all . OLD REVIEW DOWN BELOW… These doctors are slammed but of course they emergency cases are prioritised as the should be… but yes I’ve waited nearly 2 hrs 1.hr 51mins is not on!

Negative experience: Today we saw a Dr we haven’t seen before. He was abrupt and appeared reluctant to offer the care requested. There were two things required he seemed to think doing only one would be sufficient and had to be pressured to assist. He seemed to struggle dealing with a patient suffering mental illness and was interrogative in his responses. We will not be seeing this Dr again.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for 30+ years since their time in Prospect. Good service! Special mention to Dr. James Doherty. He's nice and friendly.

Negative experience: No idea what the doctors are like but the receptionist working Friday mornings is probably the most unhelpful, rudest customer service person I have come across! I had been recommended trying out one of the doctors here from a local facebook group however after trying to book an appointment I definitely won’t be recommending and will be passing on my experience so others don’t have to feel the same!

Fantastic experience: Depending on which Doctor you see waiting time is usually under an hour, I have waited for over 3 hours for one popular doctor and I had an appointment !! This has happened several times as he clearly has too many patients being so popular. The girls at reception are an absolute delight to deal with and try to attend to you as quick as possible. When booking for an appointment stress that you need to see your Doctor at the time booked as you would have other things to attend to like me. I have received Telehealth calls after 10pm while in bed after the booking was made for many hours earlier. That's the only problem I have encountered with Pro Health Beverly and I now only make Telehealth appointments with Dr Teh or Dr Christian who make every effort to attend to me as close as possible to the arranged time. Also recommend writing a list of things you need to discuss while on the phone as if you forget something it's almost impossible to get a return call the same day even if you've forgotten an important prescription. If you receive scripts over the phone be sure to check that they have arrived in your phone as I've been caught out not checking and the Doctor has forgotten to send it through, can take days to rectify. I still rate it one of the best Medical Centres I've been to in Adelaide !!

Negative experience: Worst experience, I am having, as I am waiting here today for last 2 hours for my Doctor, and even no one bothered to tell me what's going on. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Negative experience: Beware of making an appointment with this clinic unless you have a whole day spare to wait around in the waiting room for doctors to see you. Totally understand that they are busy but when you are waiting over 2 hours, it is totally unacceptable. We as patients understand that they get busy but this clinic as a whole does not understand that we actually have lives aswell, and make an appointment time trusted to be seen at that time so we can get on with our day (work, other appointments) I’m not sure how to explain to my work now why I am 2 hours late back to work. Ontop of that the reception staff are so disgustingly rude. Ew, gross human beings. Except for Rita, she is lovely. This whole clinic is a straight out joke to be honest, and I recommend you avoid it at all costs.

Negative experience: I've been going here for 10 years. Today 4/03/2024 I rang to book an appointment and was spoken to like a third class citizen by a woman who would not tell me her name! She then hung up on me after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Stay posted I will find out who it was and update this review! This is the second time from this same tried to find out who it is to no avail they are all as rude as each other and they lie to you through their teeth! Great doctor.. problem is He is always booked out for weeks ahead..then you get treated like absolute garbage by the reception staff. They really don't care about your health. I might as well die as it's virtually impossible to get some sort of referral from a doctor to get an ultrasound or ct scan for the massive lump in my groin. Very painful and I am also a disabled person/ NDIS participant. These people do not care! They prefer to hang the phone up on your ear! I need a doctor badly and don't know where to go .... feeling so violated and let down. Avoid this place if you care about your mental health and physical as well. You go there with a flu and come out with brain trauma!!! AVOID! Been warned!

Fantastic experience: Sandro the remedial therapist. Is unbelievable at his field. I have a lot of experience in the field and he excels. He uses lots of different techniques and understands the body so well as to what pain and struggles you feel. I would highly recommend anyone to see Sandro for any injuries and pain you are experiencing!

He is highly knowledgeable in this field and will work with you to repair/maintain your body and tailored to your needs every time. He is very professional and I have recommended all my family and friends to see him and they all agree he is the best!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Luke Christian is a brilliant GP, he is really caring, understanding and very supportive. More importantly, he knows what he is doing and unlike some other doctors, he is very thorough and has a unique way of detecting and diagnosing various issues. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very good clinic. I generally see Dr Donohoe and Dr Serafim, both very good doctors, attentive, compassionate and always put my concerns at ease. If both doctors are booked out or away, I go to another clinic, but I generally try and stick to this clinic when I can. Can also tell the clinics popularity by good ratings and doctors being booked out weeks in advance!

Fantastic experience: For me this is the best multifaceted medical centre in SA. Dr Wright is the best pain specialist in SA, his team make it very easy to sort out appointments and anything else admin. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Christian is lovely and my new doctor since moving to this practice. I always come on Thursday nights and the reception team are also very lovely too. Only thing that can get annoying is the wait time … every single time I’ve been in over the past few years it’s been a minimum of an hour late which can get a little frustrating. I agree with some of the other comments make sure patients keep to time and are told that beforehand to book a long appointment if that’s what’s needed

Fantastic experience: I met with Kerri today for the first time. She was so efficient, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared for my overall health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paschburg is wonderful. He was our Dr in Paralowie. We now live in Freeling but still have him as our Dr even though it takes an hour to see him.

Negative experience: Just be aware anyone considering using this practice they routinely run very late attending to appointments. My Telehealth appointment of 3.45pm, did not occur on time, which is not unusual when dealing with the Beverly practice. So at 5pm I called as I am used to waiting sometimes 2.5 hours when I attend in person. I was told the Dr was running late and if he hadn’t called by 7pm, to call again. At 7pm I called and was assured he would call even though the Dr was still running late. It’s now 9.15pm. I urgently needed a prescription that has run out now. Everytime I have anything to do with attending appointments at this medical center, it always takes hours. So, if you consider your own time valuable, this isn’t the medical Centre for you.

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety and always get overwhelmed with new clinics, I followed my doctor over from their old workplace. Prohealth has been very great with me, always friendly at the desk and very helpful answering my silly questions via email cause I have phone anxiety. I am starting to feel comfortable now coming here, been coming here since Sept 2022 and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to see a doctor.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Lars Paschburg before he commenced at Pro Health Care Beverley Whether it's a face to face or a telehealth consult he is always attentive Lars has followed my ongoing fight with Breast Cancer over the last 18 months It's difficult to find a really good Dr. So I will continue to see him in the future

I've seen dozens of docs and psychs over the years but Lars was the first to take a holistic approach and we've had some major breakthroughs in a short period of time. Couldn't recommend him more highly! This is probably the first positive review I've ever left for a medical organisation, he's that good.

Negative experience: The doctors are amazing. They are, yet since the change from Midwest Heath to Pro Heath Care, you need to be psychic to predict when you may be sick in 3 months time to possibly get a 15 min appointment with a 3 hour wait in the waiting room, whilst the receptionist use a "Karen's dinner" level of warmth to people seeking healthcare. The doctors deserve better, the attending deserve better. When the centres health model is now "get a sick certificate from a chemist" or "if urgent we can book you in in a week?". I'd receive quicker and more effective care if I lived rural and travelled the 3 hours by car to see a GP. There no longer seems to be "people" just "clients". As for the poor doctors they seem overbooked, overstressed and exhausted whilst trying to deliver good practice care to people being flung towards them through an ever revolving door.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was 11, I was 10 minutes early, waited 10 minutes and was called. The doctor and nurse were friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Great doctor, but the office staff are a bit abrupt. Seem to spend a lot of time chatting while the phones keep ringing and ringing without answer. Nearly impossible to get on the phone, waited 20 mins on the phone and got put on hold/transferred 3 times before being cut off. Otherwise a great local clinic with very good doctors who take the time to explain things to you and seem to work towards your best interests.

Negative experience: I wish i could give this place 0 stars the receptionist are absolutely rude and unprofessional my father is an old man in his late sixties with blood pressure and diabetes, for example if i book him an appointment at 10am he is ends up seeing the doctor at 2:30pm this has happened over and over and over again this absolutely ridiculous i’m astonished that the health department themselves have not done anything about this because it’s just my dad there are so many other elderly people going through the same thing as my father.

Negative experience: Waited for 3 hours today for an appointment I’ve had booked for a month. I understand that people are run off their feet and such but no alternative could be offered what so ever, or if they’re running late…then call patients beforehand so I didn’t have to sit in the clinic for 3 hours today and used my one day off productively. A few suggestions: . You probably need one consulting doctor for all the nurses enquiries so the doctor who’s meant to be with booked patients isn’t being pulled elsewhere . You need to make the appointment times very clear with patients prior to booking eg “just making it clear you’ve booked a 15 min/30min apt and in order to keep our doctors on time we need to adhere to those times” . Call patients before their appointment to let them know if anyones running late

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Roberto Bianca on Monday and he was above and beyond in terms of the level of care and professionalism. He made sure I asked all my questions, made phone calls to get my results and to help me get a specialist appointment at a short notice. A real legend!!!

Negative experience: The wait times at this practice is ridiculous. My 83 year-old mother was at this practice for 2 hours to get one injection that she had an appointment for. Whilst the nurses and doctors are lovely people, they are run off their feet. This buiness model is shambolic. My mother will be moving to a more organised practice.

Negative experience: The receptionist I had must be new. She was slow and didn't know what she was doing. This practice used to bulk bill and now I had to pay out of pocket costs without even getting an invoice! And when I did ask for one, I was told the claim was automatically processed through Medicare, when it did not happen!!

Negative experience: I completely agree, the service is absolutely unprofessional, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. We had an appointment booked for my little son for 10am today. We however fell unwell, so I rang about 10am (9:40-9:45am) to change it to ‘Telehealth appointment’. The old Australian lady was cold and rude on the phone. Anyway, she did make the change. I then waited and waited for my phone to ring, however no one rang. I then rang again at 10:30am and after being on the phone for 30 mins, another lady told me that oh, apparently they do not do phone appointments for new patients (such as my son). Are you for real? Have you guys have no communication between yourselves? Do you know nothing about your own practice when you pick up your phones and give out the information to your patients? I wish you are treated exactly the same as you treat your patients when you or your loved ones are sick or need help. What goes around, comes around.

Negative experience: Had my daughter booked in for her covid injection yesterday, they cancelled it 20min before the scheduled time, don't waste your time going to this clinic, staff is also very rude.

Positive experience: Service is good but make sure you have a good hour to spare when trying to call them!!

Negative experience: After a lot of consideration i have decided not to return to this clinic and i would not recommend to others. When I first started coming to this clinic I found a gp that I loved so I tried to overlook the total incompetence and blatant rudeness of the reception staff. You can never get through on the phone, when you arrive for an appointment you are met with 2 or 3 reception staff sitting there trying not to make eye contact with you so they don't have to serve you, no smiles, extremely uninviting and constant booking errors. In recent months my gp has become disconnected, always running very late with no apology or acknowledgement, rude, uninviting. She literally got up, opened her door and was trying to usher me out while I was still talking about my issue. Rude, rude, rude! Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a gp. You deserve better!

Fantastic experience: Professional -. Friendly - Polite - Very Well Informed - Timely & Organised. Has many G.Ps & other health professionals, plus provides many other services. Very convenient "One Stop Facility" Plenty off main road parking. Can highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Hats off to the entire team who are calmly dealing with all the patients. We had an appointment today at the clinic, it was quite busy, some of the patients were not ready to follow the SA govt guidelines, however the reception staff was so kind to assist them all timely!! It’s great to see their excellent Management skills during this tough time. Hopefully we will all get through this soon and the staff would have easy time at the clinics.
