From my initial telephone call I was impressed with the front of house team, they are extremely helpful and worked with me on my sometimes not flexible schedule. From our first point of contact with an injured knee they got us in for a MRI the same day and because of their expertise and technologies my daughter’s knee was pain free within 3 weeks. I went to them on a weekend after falling and snapping my UCL in my elbow, they quickly organised and x-ray, and following x-rays and MRI and booking me with an specialist. Couldn't be happier with the service they have provided.

Fantastic experience: Recently attended pinpoint physiotherapy at Miranda for a work injury. Emma was my physio and she was amazing treating my injury with such professionalism and care. Then Jak was my exercise physiologist giving me treatment to improve the strength of the injury to avoid a repeat. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend pinpoint for any injury.

Fantastic experience: I'm really happy with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs. The physiotherapists are highly knowledgeable. Hassan took the time to understand my foot injury and customize a treatment plan that truly worked for me. The clinic is clean and comfortable, and the level of care is exceptional. My recovery has been quicker than expected, (considering I had several fractures) thanks to their expertise. Ps. My mum said Hassan has nice muscles.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a low back injury and was able to book an urgent appointment for treatment. Hass was able to reassure me and give clear expectations for recovery whilst providing excellent treatment to help gradually relieve my symptoms. Their collaborative approach was appreciated with the help of scheduling appointments with the doctor and getting an MRI. They were excellent with appointment scheduling and following up with communication.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Hassan and the team from Pinpoint Physiotherapy. They accommodated a last minute appointment on a Thursday night and by the time I arrived, he had already reviewed my imaging reports and consulted with a specialist who recommended that I get a cast. A few days later, I experienced some swelling and numbness in my thumb. Hassan was consistently available over the phone and even came in on a Sunday to adjust my cast. The entire process with Pinpoint Physiotherapy has been professional and seamless, with excellent follow-up calls and texts.

Fantastic experience: I attended Pinpoint with a painful shoulder injury after a significant mountain biking crash. I was incredibly impressed from my first visit upon recommendation of my PT. I had proactively arranged scans, and Emma took down a detailed history - both of me and of this particular injury. She outlined the rehab and the potential timeframe so that I knew what I was up against. This was really important to me, as I like to know the how and why behind the doing. I was impressed by the treatment, and the way I was treated as a client. Polite, professional and proficient. I have recommended a friend, privately, and I’m happy to make this public recommendation. Fantastic experience: More than just a physio . I have been dealing with chronic elbow pain for last 3.5 years . Been to multiple surgeons and specialists and could not fix the pain . When I saw Huss he dived deep into my scans and found what was actually wrong . Pointed me in the right direction of his recommended doctors and specialists. Had a surgery last week and my elbow pain is gone . After 3.5 years waking up every night in pain and effecting my way of life . Everything to feel normal again. The care and treatment plan they have provided has been exceptional. The improvement I have seen over the past 5 weeks is incredible.
