Fantastic experience: I contracted covid over Christmas and this surgery went above and beyond what was necessary to help me. I am not a regular patient at this practice but both Karly on reception and the Dr were absolutely brilliant. Thank you to,their efforts I am feeling much better.

Negative experience: Unfortunately Jill Warlow was unable to successfully fix my inner ear infection which continued to cause significant pain despite Jill being confident in her script for antibiotics to cure my infection. This was made even more challenging with her (or others from the medical centre) not being available during the Christmas holidays.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care provided by Dr. Macdonald - saved a trip to A&E on Christmas Eve. Thank you.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic recently for the first time as a new patient seeking basic travel vaccinations. My experience was less than ideal. Upon arrival, I was bluntly advised by the receptionist that I didn't have the correct appointment length and was told they couldn't see me as a new patient without a 30 minute appointment. I explained that I booked through their website and checked the 'new patient' box. After showing my confirmation with new patient checked, I was asked to sit down and wait. I waited for over 30 minutes past my appointment time, when I eventually saw the doctor, there was no acknowledgment of the delay. I was considering this clinic for long-term care, however, the lack of courtesy I experienced has made me hesitant to return. I appreciate that a clinic can get busy, but simply acknowledging the wait or a more courteous interaction at reception would have made a difference.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are all lovely and try to accommodate whenever possible. This is the only GP where I actually feel listened to and heard.

Negative experience: Staff was nice and helpful. However it was disappointed as after my second time in the clinic I started feeling worse than when I first consulted. Doctor seems to rush during the consult. And I never got my test Results back because they said they couldn’t print! I am not coming back

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with them! I took my son to one of their doctors and she said that his lungs were clear.. One day after I took him to the hospital and he is with pneumonia. I’m very disappointed with the medical service my son received. He could have some serious conditions if I followed this Dr recommendations..

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and terrific friendly staff. Doctors and nurses great to deal with.

Positive experience: The attention was good. I would give it 5 stars if they had attended to me at the indicated time, they attended to me almost 10 minutes later. On the other hand, they made me fill out an online questionnaire with my symptoms and other information. I arrived for the consultation and the doctor asked me as if she had not previously read my information. Finally the attention of the doctor was good very clearly and useful.

Negative experience: My partner and I were looking for a GP who generally cares about their patients and works collaborative with them to improve their overall health. We did not find this in Dr Macdonald. Even though she claims that one of her fields of interest is in mental health, she does not seem to understand the impacts that severe anxiety, depression and ongoing pain have one someone and did not take the time to try to understand our complex medical history. She clearly lacks in compassion and empathy as she told me to break up with my partner and let him deal with his own issues with him being present.

Negative experience: My partner accompanied me to an appointment with a GP, Tania MacDonald. We scheduled a long consultation to discuss my condition in detail. Despite presenting all the evidence, no advice or support was provided. However, I did receive a referral to see a pain specialist. Unfortunately, the referral mentioned that I was seeking codeine, which I fear might lead to unconscious biases in the specialist's opinion, despite the well-known link between codeine and pain management. Ms MacDonald also remarked that I was the most aggressive patient she had encountered since her time work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, a comment that struck me as potentially racially insensitive. Furthermore, she inappropriately suggested that my partner should break up with me, citing the effort my partner made to drive me to the hospital due to my pain and then to this appointment as a reason. It’s important to note that the hospital issued a letter advising that I receive proper pain management until I could see a pain specialist, a recommendation Ms MacDonald chose to ignore, dismissing all ER doctors as interns who “hand out Endone like lollies”. The irony and lack of experience, coupled with a clear disregard for patient care, were blatantly apparent.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are friendly and attentive and Dr Kavina is wonderful. She is caring and careful and always cheers me up.

Fantastic experience: We went there for GP consultation. Dr. Patricia Porras Rodriguez has been very helpful advising me thru my pregnancy and today she check on my 2 month old baby. The nurse was very gentle handling bub and gave us a lot of info about vaccinations. My husband and I recommend.

Positive experience: Doctors Kavina and Bruce are really good (love the nurses too) and thorough and I have been seeing them for years. However, I Recently saw Paul and do not recommend. Was sassy and dismissive of my symptoms telling me I had only a mild sprain and even made me walk on what turned out to be a fractured ankle. I cried for 2 hours after my experience with him.

Fantastic experience: One of the best medical clinics I have attended! It is all inclusive general practice including preventative services and attached pathology clinic. I would highly recommend Dr Paul Bryan, who is very knowledgeable, and one of the best diagnostic doctors I have ever met. Dr Paul operates above and beyond to ensure I am receiving the best care for any ailment/illness I have attended the clinic for. I am a very happy patient and never thought I would write a review for a medical clinic- but they deserve it- this practice is a cut above the rest!

He provided a printed info about the symptom and explanation about medication that I am going to take. I felt that I received a proper decent care and not been rush during 15 minutes consult. Negative experience: Two very disappointing appointments with this clinic for my 6 week old baby and his immunisations. First appointment saw us rushed through his 6 week injections without any thought for comfort. Second appointment, was notified 15 minutes before our appointment (that they had made the week before), that baby wasn’t yet old enough. I fully appreciate the guidelines, so not sure why appointment was made by them in the first place. I hope others receive better care - we won’t be going back.

Negative experience: I go here for convenience because I'm local but it's always such a horrible experience. Long wait times, rude staff, mean / depressed doctors in the most dank and ugly windowless practice... no wonder they are all hating life. I should probably find a nicer practice for filling scripts and referrals etc.

Dr Bryan was very much in control of my husbands needs , going so far as to contacting our surgeon personally, and hospital admission, we would like to thank him and his staff for the great care and professional help they gave us when we were in need as we don't live in Brisbane.
