Positive experience: Pleasant and friendly staff but a bit expensive.

Negative experience: $215 for a quick appointment, despite having medicare & concession, also got asked to step aside at the counter so that the people waiting in line could be served before me, strange and i wont be back

Fantastic experience: We are new to the clinic and have been in a few times for vaccinations and GP visits. The doctors have a wonderful manner and are very thorough. Nursing and admin staff are delightful too.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and find out another clinic. Absolutely disappointing. Thier GPs cannot even change a bandage properly and the same GP says my surgeon is wrong about how I should change often the dressing. That apart, did not bother the clean the wounded property. What a wasting time and money.

Positive experience: I have been with this clinic for a few years but I have a Doctor who I have been seeing for more years at her previous venue. I always feel safe and cared for. It's a very well run clinic with varied services and very competent management. Taking care and ensuring that the office is well managed. My doctor makes sure that we cover all that is required, putting my care first over time. They have created a business of trust and I support them highly and would recommend if anyone asked.

Having been to multiple doctors before finding her, she has always provided exceptional and thorough care for our baby since my baby was just a couple of months old. When we are at her office she listens to all of our concerns and we trust that nothing gets missed. She has an exceptional knowledge in the intricacies of paediatric medicine and very kind and takes her time with babies, and that is how you would like your child to be cared for. I cannot thank her enough for being there for my child all along. The ladies at the front desk have also always been so accommodating and helpful and prompt in organising anything that we needed. Fantastic experience: I visit Dr Sharareh Anari today to check my newborn. I found her based on lots of my freinds recomndation and she realy is a great GP. Dr. Anari did a great job. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was not in rush. She has a very good knowledge and also she is very kind and friendly. I highly recomend her.

Fantastic experience: I had a blood test today and both the receptionist and Faina the pathologist were extremely friendly and very efficient. They offered me water, and saw me earlier than required as I arrived extra early. Excellent service.
