Fantastic experience: this medical clinic is fantastic, all of the receptionists are extremely kind, and i highly recommend seeing DR kate as she genuinely cares for her patients and goes above and beyond. although it’s a private billing clinic its still really worth going to.

Fantastic experience: Surrey Street is a great clinic, the team are super friendly and Dr Riley Smith is a highly skilled skin specialist GP, I have a Melanoma history and I trust him with my skin checks, he also has a great eye when it comes to cosmetic injectables. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Surrey Street Clinic exceeded my expectation the first time I visited 5 years ago, and today it was no different when I saw Dr Riley. I have been seeing Dr Riley for 2 years now and can honestly say he is the most genuinely honest, caring, thorough doctor I have ever seen. I always walk away thinking ‘Dr Riley truly cares about my health and well-being’ Surrey Street Clinic ticks all the boxes. It starts with the receptionists who are delightful to deal with always, the nurse and all the doctors I have seen at the clinic are excellent. 10 stars from me

The place was beautiful, new and clean with a kids corner and Mathew was very kind, professional and helpful with a lovely manner to me and my daughter and also looked at my daughters ears quickly while we were there. Fantastic experience: My husband, son, daughter and I have recently chosen Surrey Street Family clinic to now be our regular family doctors and health care providers. From the first moment of being so kindly and professionally welcomed into this beautiful, modern, calming environment, we all wondered why we had not made the choice to leave our previous clinic and doctor a long time ago.The sweet and every so caring and helpful girls on reception are such a blessing especially Abby ..Dr Sam Hall and Doctor Darren are everything we hoped we would find in choosing a new family doctor. Professional, caring, non-judgemental, highly experienced and willing to take the time to explain symptoms, diagnosis and to explain any tests or procedures and looking for other possible causes and treatments, rather than dismissing everything onto ( you're just anxious) It's such a wonderful feeling to be heard and to have your concerns listened to. My family and I would rate 10 stars if we could and we are so extremely greatful to Dr Darren for going above and beyond to organise a specialist appointment for our daughter within a week rather than her previous doctor scheduling appointment for 12 months time. We as a family have never felt such kindness, compassion, care and support at such a high level. It's so refreshing to be offered water on arrival and a friendly smile, and to not have to wait 1 hour or longer for your appointment as was our previous experience on a regular basis at our previous clinic, often appointments were booked then cancelled due to doctors overbooked and poor reception management. At surrey Street, the booking of appointmes and all referals needed and payment system is fast, efficient and always highly professional. Thankyou to all the staff and doctors at surrey Street for welcoming our family and for the continued care .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly helpful staff. The GPs and Nurse Amy are very knowledgeable and caring. We followed Rebecca Jung from Somerville and she is our family GP for three generations of us. Rebecca is an amazing Doctor that has got me through some challenging times with compassion and kindness.

Positive experience: Quite satisfied with my visit, they are very competant, they checked a lot of items, it made me feel comfortable. The only downside was I had to wait for 35 minutes after my appointment time, but that wasn't important, I left there feeling quite okay.

Fantastic experience: Surrey Street clinic is my ‘Family’ clinic. I followed Rebecca Jung and Darren across from Somerville when the first opened in Surrey Street. Rebecca discovered through her thorough procedures a genetic lung disease that was affecting me. No other doctor through the decades believed my symptoms. Lucky for me Rebecca is thorough because if she hadn’t my life would have been very different today. All the staff here are courteous and polite and efficient. Negative experience: I went for an injection that the clinic advised me I was due for. On attending the clinic I was told that I should have the necessary drug with me. it would have been helpful if I was told this when they contacted me
