He helped me to understand the causes of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain, I was shown exercises which fit perfectly into my daily routine and which were quick and targeted the problem exactly. Every point of contact from reception, phone service to physio were all very professional and helpful, right down to matching my needs to the appropriate physio.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been doing Pilates every Thursday at 10.30 am for the last year and a half. Our current instructor is absolutely the best in every possible respect. Nyrie Jones (I hope I spelled her name correctly), is skillful, caring, empathetic and always innovative. We leave her sessions feeling rejuvenated and alive. Fantastic experience: For the past 2 years, I’ve been experiencing headaches. In the last 6 months I was getting them daily, I have tried so many things but nothing seemed to work, it was frustrating as I felt drained. This is now my 3rd week seeing Deshane. Thanks to him my headaches started disappearing from week 1 and now they are completely gone, he gave me a clear explanation of what was the root of the headache and how he was going to fix it. He provided me with some exercises to do at home as well. Deshane is passionate about what he does, he genuinely cares about his clientes and I’m super grateful as he’s been the only person able to heal my headaches. Definitely the best physiotherapist! My physiotherapist Deshane was absolutely amazing - he was friendly, professional, comprehensive in his assessment, and had a great deal of expertise. Not only was he quick to resolve my vertigo, but he also helped me resolve some residual dizziness that originated from my neck. Fantastic experience: To start, I've been working out since highschool I'm 34). And during the younger years, most of the time we focus on weight and forget about form and stretching (you know, boring safety gym practices). Because of this, I'm now in repair and maintain mode which can be truly stressful as the mistakes of your youth come back to haunt you when you're older. I've had issues with ankle mobility for 8 years which I had associated to an I just while traveling and never thought of it until recently. From my weak explanation of what I was feeling, Deshane showed me a stretch to compare, he laid me back, and was able to find what the cause was INSTANTLY! It was never my ankles but was my calves! He helped mobilize my calf more, inform me on why this was, explained exercises that will help in lengthening the muscle which in turn have it work more efficiently. Ive had many physio therapists in the past in my journey of healing but I have never had someone do it so quickly, and so confidently. I'll admit, my explanation of what I was feeling didn't really make sense but it was as if he found the issues solely by feeling. If you are in the same boat as me and you're trying to do maintenance on past mistakes, I highly recommend going to see Deshane. Not only did he find what was causing my issue but he truly took the time to make sure that I had the ability to fix and maintain my muscle health. Trust in the process but during the process, find help from those that truly just want you to be better. This is Deshane. Help yourself by letting him help you. Thank you, Deshane. Truly.

Fantastic experience: I've been getting physio from Will since early 2023 & just had my last appointment with him last weekend. I had an achilles tendon injury from 2015 that had flared up big time. Will knew exactly how to start treating my injury & what exercises I needed to do to help my recovery. He guided me so well through the whole process & I'm so thrilled that I've got to the point where I can manage my symptoms myself from now on. But they're always there if I need them.

Negative experience: It has been a bittersweet journey at Studio X over the past few months. Initially, I sought assistance for persistent upper back issues that have developed over the past couple of years. Consequently, I was advised to seek the expertise of a more seasoned physiotherapist, a decision I readily agree with. The initial sessions were notably beneficial, characterized by the physiotherapist's unwavering support, patience, and a generous allocation of time (approximately 1 hour per session). However, subsequent sessions witnessed a noticeable reduction in duration, dwindling to 45-30 minutes, with minimal attention directed towards the targeted area requiring rehabilitation. Regrettably, it is evident that the resolution of my lingering issue needs oncerted effort and collaboration from both parties involved. Given the financial investment required for each session ($125), it is reasonable to anticipate a commensurate level of dedication, time, and attention. Regrettably, the recent sessions have left me feeling rushed and somewhat undervalued. In light of these considerations, I would appreciate a reevaluation of the approach taken during the sessions to ensure that the necessary time and effort are devoted. Thank you

After eighteen months I am stronger than before my accident, which I have been able to measure with the InBody Scanner. Fantastic experience: I did L4 and L5 in my back. With some Physio recommendations from a specialist a couple of months later my back feels better than it was before my injury. Lachlan was great to work with and he listened and he took the time to work with me.

Positive experience: The physiotherapist I saw was great however the owner of the practise (Corey ) continues to send reminders and text messages and marketing emails non stop with limited avenues to opt out of this incessant marketing regardless of where the condition is at . Corey as an allied health practitioner you disappoint me - I get you are being entrepreneurial and that you have other business interests in teams of coaching etc but from a fellow allied health professional I have found this aspect so annoying and it has really turned me off using the service despite the great treatment from Lachlan . I have worked in the rehab space so fortunately have plenty of other providers to compare against .

In August 22 I was hit by a car , and after 12 mths hospital and rehab I am back with Studio X 3 to 4 times a week. Fantastic experience: Just had my third visit to see Anita the massage therapist. I was not in a good way with back and hip issues. Anita was straight onto the problems and has worked hard on fixing them. I have walked out today feeling like a completely new man. The progress has been amazing and very much looking forward to some more follow up visits to see just how much better I can get. I throughly recommend a visit to Anita and the physiotherapists if your having any muscular issues. I honestly didn’t think that I could recover to the extent that I have. Thanks again Anita.

Fantastic experience: Just started treatment with Anita the new masseuse and very pleased with results. Explained her method as we went and likely goals. Very subtle approach but instant results. Have had chronic back pain due to a botched operation. Will post my progress as we go. Working closely with physio Deshane and now more positive. Follow up to last post. Anita has changed the feeling in my left leg for the better. Pain in calf muscle reduced and coldness in left foot reduced. Best results and hoping for more improvement. Working on new exercises as well. I would recommend Anita as a caring professional massage therapist

Fantastic experience: After injuring my knee a few months ago and seeing a few different physiotherapists it wasn’t getting any better. Even simple tasks like walking down a hill or down stairs was becoming extremely difficult and painful. I was lucky enough to have Deshane find the issue. Now after just 3 visits over 3 weeks i am now able to go down stairs and hills again with very little discomfort. Its feels fantastic to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel and have a plan in place to get me moving again. Fantastic experience: I came to see Anita for remedial massage for pains in my shoulder and neck which had built-up over many years. The pain was causing me to take pain relief and at times taking my breath away. Anita is very knowledgeable and treated me on a holistic level. I have had 3 sessions so far and I have seen a world of difference in my pain and awareness my body. It's not just the one session which is helping, but hearing Anita's guidance through my day when my shoulders are tense and I'm not breathing effectively which is helping to rectify my posture before the pain starts. Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment two days ago. The physiotherapist understood my health issues and a plan is in place. The physiotherapist was able to explain my issues that I could understand and a plan to solve my health issues. Even have an app with a video of what I need to do plus I tick when done. Feeling results already.
