Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Elanora heights medical practice for 7 years since my son was 6 months old. Through various illnesses the team at Elanora have always been thorough and kind to us. Our whole family are now patients of this practice

Fantastic experience: Efficient and friendly practice, with appointments available on a Sunday which is so handy! Parking directly outside the practice also. Attentive and understanding GP and minimal waiting time prior to seeing him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Moghaddam is a fabulous doctor. Our entire family sees him and each time we are meant with kindness, a listening ear and solutions. He takes the time to explain (even using visuals found online) and answer any concerns. Our family js very happy with him.

Positive experience: It really depends on which Dr you get. Dr Tattersall and Dr Manoush are excellent. Therefore they are hard to get into. I find Dr Sun and Dr Cristobel are not warm in their approach.

I have seen Dr Hogan & Dr Sun, both are excellent, appreciate their medical treatments & advice as well as their genuine compassion as they are very caring towards patients. Also appreciate their services available through the associated apps to be able to view pathology results (once explained by the Dr) & also the ability to request repeat prescriptions via the app instead of needing to make a physical appointment. Not only in this convenient for myself to get a script when needed but also means I'm not taking up an appointment slot for someone who needs it more. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful caring Doctors and Staff. The doctors are also so knowledgeable and often discuss different options for treatment rather than just strictly advising the medical path. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I walked in off the street, having been bitten by something unknown & which had swollen & discoloured very quickly. The staff were able to organise for me to see a doctor immediately who prescribed a course of antibiotics all in the space of about 5 mins. Very grateful for their attention & I promised next time I'll book & not jump the queue!

Fantastic experience: Tom Hogan is literally the best doctor I’ve seen in my life. He has a holistic approach which I prefer being in the health and fitness industry myself. You are definitely not just a patient there they take time for you. Very happy with Dr M Mogaddam, great communication and explanation of what is happening and why you are given specific medication. Positive experience: Medical staff are consistent and very professional. We’ve been coming here a while and happy with the doctors. One of the reception staff on the other hand will loudly broadcast your personal details in the waiting room. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable with this she refused to listen and just kept pushing the fact that other patients needed to have every detail said aloud (like DOB, home address and phone number!) Do you REALLY want complete strangers knowing how old you are, where you live and your personal mobile number?? I don’t think so. Not happy and have given this feedback to higher staff at the practice. I get that they need to check but there are ways to do it that still respect patient confidentiality and privacy. Hopefully this sober review will ensure the reception staff listen and change their ways to have more empathy for patients. If this continues we will potentially take our medical needs elsewhere.

Negative experience: Love this practice normally however today was incredibly frustrated when I had checked in but was then left sitting for 30 mins until I checked back again as to the wait - the receptionist had forgotten to let the doctor know I was sitting there waiting. Whilst she did apologize I find it inexcusable that someone who is a receptionist can not see me sitting there or forget to do what I believe is fundamentally their core job!

As a new patient, they were very unwelcoming. So rude. So blunt. Does the practice no favours. Fortunately Shira did the absolute BEST reflexology massage and was fantastic! I will return to see her. I'm happy to discuss further.
