Fantastic experience: Exercise Physiologist Erin is very easy to talk to about my concerns and she worked with me to make sure exercises suited my abilities. Podiatrist Siobhan is also very approachable. I was self conscious about having my feet treated but she assured me it was all a part of whole health. Great experience from both practitioners.

Negative experience: 7 years in the making to write this one.. I have permanent nerve damage due to an incorrect treatment with a physio at the time. Fault was never accepted however immediately during and after he treatment I noticed loss of feeling to 1/3 of my back. When I raised this, I was told it was just due to the deep heat. I waited for normal feeling to return. After doctor's visits, neurologists and giving myself years hoping it would just need time to fix, it never has. Given all their great reviews, this likely won't be read or noticed but I need to put it out there in case it helps one person make a more informed choice.

She has shown me how to make better food choices, and how easy it can be to make small adjustments to food that can make all the difference to my health. She's very kind and understanding, takes the time to listen to your concerns, and works with you to set realistic, achievable goals. Emma is a genius when it comes to coming up with different options - you never have to eat anything you don't like, Emma will find a suitable alternative.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend. Podiatrist Zac is absolutely amazing. He helped me and my son regarding our feet and every 8 weeks ensures my toes and feet are smooth and emaculate. Massage Therapist Patrick is great he knows exactly what he is doing and really hits the knots that were in my upper and lower back. He went through my history to really understand what needed to be done. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The shoe shop up front is great and the guy there is very helpful and approachable. The place is very clean.

Fantastic experience: I needed to see a dietician, Emma Nassif, for a big weight loss, high sugar, high cholestrol and osteoporosis caused mostly by side effects from medications I need to be on. The cholestrol was also a genetic one. I also have some eating difficulties through previous surgeries I thought I was on a pretty good diet, but I had overlooked some things. Emma was so easy to talk with and quickly identified some problem areas. She picked up I was missing meals often through being so busy. (I now set alarms on my watch/ phone and I'm keeping up) She also taught me about pre diabetes. She helped me find foods I really enjoy to give me the protein, calcium and nutrients I need. She also suggested food combinations and products which I hadn't considered or even heard of (e.g. John West Calcium plus tuna) which pack a punch of what I need with little effort. My latest blood test results proved how worthwhile the changes have been. Cholestrol the best it's ever been in over 15 years, first time all in normal range. Sugar levels out of pre-diabetic range, bone density improved by 2 and 7%. And I've returned to a weight I feel better at. I highly recommend Emma. Very grateful for her help.

Fantastic experience: Started seeing the dietitian, Emma at this centre. She is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. She understands that people are dealing with a difficult relationship with food and gently helps you understand that it is actually about nourishing your body and feeling healthy and not centimetres or kilograms.

Fantastic experience: After a recent back pain issue I have seen both Isaac and Nathan- physiotherapists, both were very thorough and professional and I’m pleased that my back pain is almost gone. Great service all round from the friendly reception staff to the practitioners.

Negative experience: Provided me false information over the phone. I asked if the service will be bulk billed and told yes. On arrival I was charged $93 and told I can claim it through my health insurance. I’m not covered for this through my health insurance and caused a lot of stress as we didn’t plan to be $93 out of pocket. I will be looking at my option through fair trading.

Positive experience: Whilst I have been a loyal customer fwith one point health for .over 1o years i csnnot cpntinue fue to my drs ceasing bilk billkng. What chance does a pensioner have in getting good service which I had when drs vonyinue to put the $ above the patient. Not gappy

Her warm and kind nature made me feel comfortable and she provided a program for me to follow at home to help me prepare for birth. If you’re pregnant and considering chiropractic care, Lorna is a wealth of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Pierre at Penrith One Point for a few years now. The boots he makes are exceptional and so comfortable. I wear them nearly every day and they help with my mobility. People comment on how stylish they look. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jeff Jenkins for advice on a long term plantar facia injury which has not responded to many types of treatment over a year. I was feeling unhappy that the problem might not be fixable. Jeff heard the history of the case, co ducted an examination, requested I have further scans, and outlined some immediate steps for me to take, plus a longer term approach once he has seen the scans. I left feeling heard, encouraged and more hopeful than I had for ages. Jeff is caring, very professional and knows what he is doing.

Fantastic experience: My son saw Siobhan for some ongoing foot problems and she was wonderful with him! Very thorough, attentive and caring. She even laughed at his jokes. She made sure we understood everything she spoke to us about and educated us both on the situation and how to move forward. The reception staff were also lovely to deal with. Fantastic experience: My first physio ever due to me being in an accident and Corrina was absolutely amazing! She listened, asked questions and helped me relax as I was anxious. Her knowledge and care is extraordinary. I am looking forward to my next appointment as she helped in so many ways with my initial appointment, that I know I will continue to improve with her guidance. All the staff we interacted with were lovely.

Also, the good lady patiently answered all my questions, a few of which must have sounded ridiculous to her, surely — but she informed me with a smile throughout. Negative experience: My wife saw Anita for Podiatry. She had been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for over 12 months & was so hopeful for help with this appointment. Unfortunately, she came away very upset. She paid $185 for an assessment that was supposed to go for an hour, that included a walk up the hallway, calf raises & a quick look at my feet asking where it hurt. She took notes from the scan results & told her to get orthotics made & also to purchase proper shoes to put the orthotic in. Anita would not tell the price when asked & said she would tell her at the end. After 30 minutes my wife was told it would be $650 for the orthotics to be made & the shoes would be over $200 & was expected to have the scan on the spot to be measured. When my wife declined, she was told that all her other patients do it on the spot. My wife said she would think about it & was taken out to see the shoe sales guy.This would have been a total of about $900 for the orthotic & shoes. My wife also stated that Anita was rather abrupt in her manner. There was no empathy, & no explanation of the scan report stating that she had nerve damage to the Baxter nerve. In closing, it was a bad experience with an expensive sales pitch. The reception staff are also friendly to each other, but were very sullen faced with my wife & she also saw the same thing happen to other people as she waited to be seen. Very disappointing. Would not advise anyone to to go there.

Fantastic experience: Emma is an excellent dietician who has helped redefine my relationship with food. The focus is now on how I feel and the nutritional value of food, rather than just numbers on a scale or being hungry all the time. Emma has really considered my personal lifestyle and not enforcing me to take drastic change that I know will not last, rather changing my mind-set and reeducating me that will last much loner than a fad diet or quick change. With her help (and extensive knowledge), I am trusting the process of combining regular exercise and wholesome nutritious food rather than what is "good or bad" and on the path of success for the first time in a very long time.

She has changed my life completely from being at a very low point mentally and quite a poor relationship with food and my body she has single handle transformed my mindset as well as assisting me in achieving my goals. Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff! Specifically, Shannon is amazing. I always come away feeling relaxed and feeling 100x better. She’s friendly, listens well, and is the best remedial massage therapist I have seen. She makes me feel heard, cared about, and safe. Even when my muscles are super tight, Shannon is able to release them, giving me much better range of movement, and releasing the pain. I highly recommend Shannon.

Shannon is professional and friendly, she will take the time to listen to you and help you target any areas you have concerns. I would highly recommend Shannon if you need a remedial massage for your sore body or you need some relief Shannon will make you feel better and can help with some exercises. I trust Shannon so much that i followed her to one point health from her previous place of work. I always feel relief after seeing Shannon and can get pain free days. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical of being referred to a dietician when i got diagnosed with pcos because i had so many issues with knowledge around nutrition aswell as others giving false opinions on the work dietitian’s really do but when i went to my first session with Emma i was made to feel safe, like no question was a silly question and after a few sessions i have already learnt so much information regarding balanced diets, what foods will fuel your body and how important it is not to put pressure on it. I am beyond grateful for Emmas help, not only does she help with the nutrition side of things she also helps me set goals between visits so that i can feel more confident, accomplished and comfortable with the choices i make around my health/diet.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Emma N dietician from one point health repeat times this year and all I can say is how supported and kind and understanding of all difficult areas that come with your own health and thoughts of what is actually good for you. Simple and easier habits that were built on have become a frame for what knowledge I have received, it's so important to return or discuss your ups and downs and not always have an answer but to work on it easily, and no question is to hard and take away info is very useful and easy to be guided for your own happiness and healthy life ahead.
