Negative experience: The experience I had was really awful. The consultant fee is $101.85 which is higher than all of the clinics I have ever been to (normally is $60-$80 maximum). And I can only claim back for the same amount of money. So I sincerely do not suggest people who do not have medicare choose this clinic. I did COVID-19 test myself which was negative and I told the doctor proactively. He said it was unnecessary to do the same test again. But he did another test for me. When I paid at the counter, I asked the lady whether the consultant fee includes the test, she said yes. Another day I received the test result which was for Covid again and another bill for the test which was $254.55. I was so frustrated because I did ask. If the test was for the same purpose and the receptionist said the test needs extra $200, I would definitely not do that. When I came back to the clinic to inquire, they just kept saying "I don't know why the lady told you that, you have to pay for the test." They were just shrinking their responsibility and weren't trying to solve the main problem. It is indeed unfair. Why the patient should pay for the mistakes of their employees? What's more interesting is that on their website, it says that "You can be assured that your complaint will be dealt with in a sincere and professional manner." I feel nothing about this.

Fantastic experience: I’m in between GP and was recommended this Medical Clinic. I was surprised by the fairly modern layout of the complex and how easy it is to park from the main road. The staff are very friendly and react to patients needs in a timely manner. Wait times were minimal. I highly recommend this first impression of a Regency Medical Clinic.

Negative experience: Not sure what’s up with this clinic. So because it was my first time going there it was a $110 appointment. No medicare rebate. They don’t do emails for certificates. “State of the art”

He is so caring and always listens to what you need. This doctor is the only one I have a close good connection with, a person I can discuss about my personal and medical needs. Thank you for supporting me mauviel. I love how your service has not changed even if I haven’t seen you for 4 years plus. He even saved me from walking into a wall

Negative experience: I just called to book an appointment, and they said they are not taking any new patients atm. So unless I was already a patient of the clinic she wouldn’t give me an appointment, which is quite discriminatory. The woman that spoke to me over the phone said this and then just hung up on me.

They walked my son through the process, giving him choices so he felt in control of the situation. It was lovely not to be rushed in and out, thanks for a great experience.

Most times I get looked after but recently when calling on a weekend the customer service is really bad , rood , never listening and always passing on wrong information. And the doctors working on weekends don't want to see my baby girl in the clinic always outside. Only a few doctors I trust in there . Feel like finding another clinic
