Fantastic experience: I changed GPs about a year ago, and now see Dr Adeline Gong at PHMC. From the first appointment, Dr Gong made me feel immediately at ease, and I knew my decision to change GPs was the correct one. I quickly built rapport with Dr Gong as she is kind, considerate and very thorough. I have never felt rushed, and in fact, knowing my mum passed away a few months ago, Dr Gong thoughtfully enquires about my well-being after each appointment. My daughter now also sees Dr Gong, and we jokingly say we hope no one else finds her so we have her all to ourselves . It really is the little things. We are very happy to have found such a wonderful doctor who is the perfect balance of professionalism and real health care.

Any slight problems I have he always ensures to get to the cause absolutely amazing service. Couldn't be happier. Reception are always so lovely and nice as well cant fault any of them at all. Dr tuan has been absolutely amazing with any female reproductive concerns I've had and has always made sure I feel comfortable which is huge for me as usually I'm very hesitant with most males. Fantastic experience: Dr Yasmin Esat is a fabulous GP she is very thorough. I've been under her care for over 8 years now and not found a empathic understanding GP like her, Deborah the Receptionist is also exceptional and goes out of her way to assist.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying, our whole family has been going to this practice for a long time. And we've always been treates really good, the staff are lovely, and Dr. Adeline Gong is the best and the loveliest! WE GET THE BEST CARE FROM HER. BUT! Today, my son was booked with Dr. Julian Wood and he is an absolute nightmare! Arrogant, did not show any concern or care whatsoever... my son has influenza A, was struggling a lot with a lot of coughing, difficulty breathing etc...I get that there isn't any medicine to treat it, but when my son thought he needed to take his mask off he said 'don't take yoyr mask off, I definitely don't want your influenza A, Thank You!' And that did not come off as a joke, even! Don't get me started with how our whole conversation went. So dismissive, felt like He just wanted us gone from his room!

Negative experience: Extremely rude doctor- Dr Tuan Vu. He didn’t listen or care about my presenting issue at all. Won’t be back- if I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Have been patient of Dr Simic for 17 years- thoroughly professional. Highly recommend her, it’s comforting to know she does really care.

Negative experience: I had the unfortunate experience of making my sick 81 year old father an appointment at 4:30 pm yesterday and then attempting to drive through the horrendous traffic between Camira and Orion, not realising that a 15 minute drive would take almost an hour! Then to be greeted by the receptionist (name withheld) chastising me, telling me I should have called because we're 40 minutes late. Excuse me , I thought using your phone while driving was illegal!? We then see the female doctor (name withheld) who examins my Dad and says he needs a chest X-ray and to go to Ripley Satellite Hospital where they can do it and then transfer him to Ipswich if needed. Oh alright, so we then drive for another 20 minutes to Ripley to be told that there is a long waiting period and no that's not actually how it works, by the shocked nurse on duty, who requested the doctors name so she could 'inform her of referral procedures' So we then drive another 20 minutes home, a 2 and a half hour drive for nothing, and no medication. I then call the Ambos who are always amazing and will never be taking my father to Priority Health again in that situation. Very annoyed.

Fantastic experience: Priority Health is such a wonderful surgery! We see a few different doctors,and are always happy with the time and care they put in - Dr Esat, Dr Simic & Dr Leah are amazing. But the reception ladies are also a big part of why we continue to go there! Deb,Georgia,Mel and Trish are always bright, friendly and welcoming from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always so lovely and the nurses always go above and beyond for my twins. I came in by myself today with my twin boys for their vaccinations and whilst I held one to get his shots, one of the nurses took my other twin for a walk around the hallway. Then she switched over for the other one. Dr Kavinda is an exceptional Dr who always goes the extra mile for my kids. Great clinic!

Negative experience: The service was ok but the reception didn't take down my Medicare card detail when I arrived and didn't give me a discount when paying she said I had to do it online later.

Positive experience: Reception staff excellent. Dr Adriana is probably the best GP I've ever had. She followed things through with an interest. Never seemed to be in it for the money or just another patient to deal with. She had a genuine concern. Am sorry to be leaving and only hope we can find a GP half as good. Our main concern with this practice is their Medicare payment policy. I've been doing consultations by phone as am immune compromised do to lung cancer treatment. So trying to avoid mingling with sick people. They no longer can get you the Medicare rebate for phone consults. Face to face is no problem. But it has taken 4-5 weeks and many calls to Medicare to get reimbursed. Medicare say they are 160,000 such rebates behind. Why Priority Health changed their policy is beyond me especially for immune compromised people. Not too many healthy people go to the doctor or chemist. Thank you Dr Adriana for helping me get over this monstrous disease. Howard Pearson.

Fantastic experience: Dr Esat is absolutely wonderful and the reception staff always try to assist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Esat is very thorough, understanding and kind. As a first time patient to this clinic I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and rooms, and the efficiency and kindness of the admin staff.

Negative experience: I had expected to be contacted by the practice if there was any follow up from medical imaging. When this did not happen I assumed everything was OK. 11 days later I received a text which said I should make a NON-urgent appointment. This meant it was almost a month before I saw a GP, when I found out my condition was what I and most normal people consider URGENT. The GP did not further examine me and sent me for further imaging. This appears to be very hard to access. I was not given any other options. I believe I should have been referred to the public hospital system. I am left trying to find out if I have cancer by myself. I do not consider this acceptable service nor support.

Positive experience: My daughter and I (and extended family) have received excellent care from Drs, nurses and Admin staff for over 9 years. The fees and wait lists are becoming problematic now but this surgery held off for a long time in raising fees and emergency care is above and beyond.

Negative experience: Disgraceful service. Everything was too hard for them. Their "practice policies" directly contradict the signs they have on display (eg: walk-ins welcome). Avoid if possible.

Positive experience: I hate the fact that they're making it harder to make appointments online, they've taken away bulk Billing options, makes it difficult to make an appointment at night when you can't call the clinic, makes no sense. The clinic is overall a good clinic and I have nothing negative to say about it except whats already stated.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we had a very poor experience today. I booked an appointment for my two kids and myself in order to get advised for vaccinations to travel overseas. The appointment was booked at 230pm. The doctor was on time however I was concerned about a rash that my little one had on his leg so of course I asked and the Doctor said I had to book another appointment as I was asking too many questions (I look at my watch and it was 2:42pm) not even 15 min into the appointment!! He advised he did not had time as he had an emergency. I understand that for the doctor someone else was more important than my son however for me my kids are the most important thing in the entire world and their health is a priority for me. At the end I got a prescription for the vaccines however could not go back to the practice as the pharmacy did not have them on store so I have to order them and will get them in a couple of days I was exhausted and went home then I got a call from the receptionist advising that I have to book another appointment to get the vaccine done and also pay for both appointments! Completely unreasonable and unjust. This practice is only concerned with punching through as many people as possible on the shortest period of time. No care and no empathy.

Negative experience: I have used this place from the very start and are sad to see they no longer bulk bill pensioners. I am now priced out of seeing the Dr I have used for years.
