Negative experience: I called today at around 12 to book for my glucose test the lady who picked the phone was so rude she hanged up on me without me finishing my question. My friend recommended me this place so I tried to book one in there but I wouldn't recommend anyone .

Fantastic experience: BEST Doctors My GP Dr Wong is on leave so we saw Dr Jameel Ashraf as I am in pain with having cortisone injection in the heel of my foot yday. Thankyou for explaining what is happening with my foot & what further medical intervention he recommends. He also recommend a follow- up appt with Dr Wong to discuss his recommendations. Thankyou

Negative experience: Visited recently as a new client. Clinic itself is very nice and larger than I expected. The Dr I saw was pleasant and I had a good experience. Unfortunately my one star is because of your receptionist Denise. I was absolutely appalled by her telephone manner and the way she interacted with clients. I am a practice manager for a clinic and if I heard my staff talk to clients that way, they simply wouldn’t have a job anymore. She seems to have many complaints on the reviews so I’m unsure why she is still there. Listen to your clients as I know for a fact another client that was waiting is going to make a complaint too. She was brash, defensive and just plain rude! Denise hun, I don’t think reception life is for you for babes xx

Negative experience: My 17 year old daughter attended this practice after an accident. Reception staff rude and abrupt. She gladly paid for an appointment to get a referral for an xray. Radiology staff were absolutely caring and beautiful. Understandably mistakes happen and a fracture of her leg was missed and Dr sent a text saying all clear, keep weight off, if still painful in a week go for ultrasound.... After we saw the xrays, my daughter texted the doctor back (still no reply? Perhaps sms's are not monitored?) She called the clinic to see if someone could please review the images. Again her call was answered by delightful Denise and told she needs to make another appointment in order for someone to be able to be bothered to help. We then decided to call back on her behalf and cancel the appointment. We've been helped at another local clinic, who have been more than happy to help! Mistakes happen, we all go through stuff in our lives, I get it. But just be kind. You never know how much of an impact you can make by the way you treat others.
Negative experience: Dr Jameel Ashraf has to be the most unprofessional doctor we have encountered on the Gold Coast. Not only did he give insufficient health advice that provided us no solutions or explanations and constantly discouraged us from booking another appointment with him, but has continuously canceled appointments last minute after receiving our test results. How must one react to a DOCTOR texting them at 9:30PM to CANCEL the appointment with no explanation. Whatever this bizarre behaviour is about, he should know better than to act that way as a professional. We only hope he not act this way towards others. What a disappointment.
Fantastic experience: As a new-by this is a very good wholistic clinic.Excellent receptionist and was able to do Dr and pathology all in the same trip.
Negative experience: Not polite receptionist. A little aggressive. Maybe they are overloaded. I experienced it a few times in different occasions. Will not come to this centre anymore.

Fantastic experience: Went there today after going to our medical in oxenford twice and being told with 3 hrs of still being open no more appointments, didn’t even ask what was wrong . So off I go to my health city pimpama, booked the night before, choose doctor and time, was running late so phoned them and not a problem to keep the appointment, waited 5 mins see the doctor out 5 mins later all done with 2 scripts, receptionist polite, doctor good, how it should be, found a new place to go without more 3+ hrs of waiting 5 stars
Negative experience: Ignorant, rude, unprofessional receptionists. My first time visit this clinic(25/08), so I had to see the receptionist to check in. She looked at me with a very annoyed look "yeah, what is it? ", no greetings at all. She looked at my pre-filled form and said what's your birth country? I knew you weren't born in Australia. Well...I didn't even see that question when I was filling the form, if it showed Australia, it would've just been a mistake. But she clearly was interested in listening to my explanation, because she couldn't even bothered to look at me. After seeing the doctor, my medicare claim didn't come through properly, she was once again annoyed and said she had to submit it later and it will take 24hrs for the payment to come through. So I left, a very unpleasant visit already. A few days later the payment didn't come through, so I called, then got told that I had to call Medicare to found out first, if it was unsuccessful, then they can submit again. So I called Medicare and confirmed it was unsuccessful. Then I had to call them back again, then I got told different story again by another person, which is now I had to put through the claim myself, despite I've been told different story before, all she wanted was to hang up the phone. It's a nightmare to deal with this unprofessional team, and they're all pretty rude. I think they have a very toxic work environment that's why they behave this way.
Negative experience: Walked in at 12 to see the nurse didn’t see her until 1:30. That’s an hour and a half waiting with my little kids…time wasters. So bad.
Fantastic experience: The doctor was lovely and gentle with my newborn. We were called in right on our appointment time which never happens with doctors, and all the staff were very attentive. Will definitely be going back and they will become our go to medical practice
Negative experience: Terrible wait time over an hour both times for a booked appointment. Won’t be visiting again.
Negative experience: Came in for pathology but had to change where the results were sent too, went over to the front desk with my pathology form where I was bluntly told "Pathology is down the hallway" without even being greeted, I said I know, I have just been, I need to change where the results go, and she starts huffing and puffing, DENISE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, FIND ANOTHER ONE, Rude and disgusting service from her.
Positive experience: My own personal experience was excellent. Seen on time ( new experience !). Painless vaccination . In and out in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately an Indian couple with a young baby were turned away while I was waiting to be seen because they were half an hour late and were asked to come back on Monday(+ 4 days). There were very few people in the waiting room. Shouldn’t you be a bit more accommodating for a baby ??
Fantastic experience: Dr Jacky Wong is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Extremely thorough and caring. Doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a number through the door.
Negative experience: I visited the clinic with unbearable stone pain where I was asked to wait with the pain, and doctor can see me as soon as he comes in the clinic. I was booked for 09:00am, and from then I was moving here and there within the clinic since I couldn't sit with the pain, and also in hope of doctor to see me ASAP (even I vomited once) but no, doctor hasn't seen me until 10:45-10:50 because of other patients before me. Don't they know the stone pain and can't doctor see the patient who needs attention for care? prior to other patient who is well and fit enough to sit properly in chair using their phone. Surely, I can't go to the ED for this.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended dr Jacky Chan, very educated in every aspects of health condition, will do full proper examination with care every time, great with kids and adults. We need more doctors like him who actually care for patients.
Fantastic experience: Receptionist was lovely, exceptionally patient with other customers, doing her job above and beyond. I work in admin and I know how frustrating some people can be but she was great. Doctor was informative and thorough and sorted all my enquires and problems and referred me to specialist just to be thorough.
Negative experience: Booked for Thursday at 11:00am, when I arrived on time I was 6th in the queue with the doctor running over an hour and a half late. Rebooked for Friday morning 8:10am, arrived on time to be told I was 2nd in the queue and the doctor wasn’t even there yet. This is a money making medical practice with no regard for for peoples health or time. Look around, there are better practices.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aung Aye is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Clinic is large, clean and easy to get to.
Fantastic experience: First time visit after deciding to change from previous Dr. due to dissatisfaction with diagnosis. Saw Dr, Ayung and more than impressed, will also be getting our son (46, has Autism and is Diabetic) to meet him. Myself also being Diabetic was very impressed with his immediate recognition of various conditions and relevance of current medications. Know it’s early days, but could not be a better start!

Fantastic experience: I'd give more but they only have 5 stars....hold on⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a bad infection in my face that needed urgent attention (I think it's a ) . Having just moved to the area 2days prior I crossed my fingers and decided to attempt a walk in appointment, I'd tried twice before from my previous address at two unnamed northern surgeries with absolutely no luck...at all, confidence level at negative 5 with low expectations I walked in and asked if it would be possible for a walk in. The lady behind the counter had one look at the swelling ( it looked like Mike Tyson beat up one side of my face) and asked me to fill out the necessary paperwork and return it so that's what I did. The lady told me she would create a file for me and I should take a seat, and I swear in a packed waiting room, just as my bum cheeks touched the chair (I was happy to wait all day if I had to) a doctor called my name. After an assessment of my obvious face infection the doctor wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and let me know that as soon as the pills had done their job I 100% must see a dentist to get a proper solution for this and I agree totally. I was able to eat and hydrate for the first time in days thanks to the care I was given from my walk in appointment! The dentist I will go and see has big shoes to fill by comparison. Thanks to every staff member at the surgery.
Negative experience: Doctor was 35 minutes late on an appointment only booked 1.5hours earlier. There was no mention of delays when checked in.. if you cannot keep to a schedule then reduce the amount of bookings. Your patient's time is valuable, treat them with respect

Fantastic experience: I had a referral from my daughter to go and see Dr Jacky Wong. So I did and he is a very nice dr and he is helping me with my back pain and he was listening what my issue was. I will see him again.
Negative experience: Terrible service. Booking was painful, 5-6 phone calls over 2 days trying to find someone who could book my test. Kept waiting 1 hour and 15 mins past appointment time. Only good thing was that it was bulk billed.
Due to unprecedented demand for appointments (probably because of storm effect) we are running on 100% of our capacity Since appointments are not available it’s putting extra pressure on phone lines, staff, Doctors , etc We are trying our best to cater to the needs

Positive experience: Made a booking for 5th covid shot. Twice made contact to confirm that Moderna would be available, and twice I could not get a straight answer. Arrived and was told that Moderna had expired the previous day, so not available. Not happy with the outcome, however the booking and visit to the practice was all that was expected.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment to get a copy of a report and enquired about having them sent to me. The receptionist I spoke to (Denise) was rude and condescending, she placed me on hold 2 times during the call without any warning even whilst I was talking and then re-answered the call as if it was a new call entirely both times. After then being told that my enquiry to have results emailed to me was not okay and that it needs to be printed out at a physical appointment in order to have a copy, she made the appointment for what she told me was "tomorrow morning" (I had to request the actual time). The following day when I showed up to the appointment she had supposedly booked for me, I was told it was made for a different day entirely and that this occurs alot from her. I am still yet to get a copy of my report. Would like to add that the receptionist I spoke to when I showed up to the appointment was lovely and tried to squeeze me in but was unable to, I didn't catch her name but she was very lovely and tried to help.

Negative experience: A practice that started as bulk billing only to suck people in before changing high rates for poor personal care. Only interested in turning patient over quickly and force them into multiple consults that could be dealt with in one consult. No personal contact, all done through an app. Dr David Singh is a great doctor, but the system running the practice doesn’t care about individuals.
Fantastic experience: Dr Aung was very informative, helpful and made my 10yr old daughter feel at ease. My daughter really liked how Dr Aung explained everything to her and not just me. She respected him for that.

Negative experience: I came here as my 6 month daughter had an ear infection and she was drastically under dosed for antibiotics. I was lucky my partner is a pharmacist and when I came home he thought it looked like a low dose. I got a second opinion from another clinic and they confirmed the dose was not adequate. The other clinic I went to also took an ear swab to send away, weighed her for accurate dosing and were able to see she had a perforated ear drum on examination.
Fantastic experience: I wanted a Covid Booster & MHC was one of the few pharmacies/med centres providing the free service in Pimpama. I tried Chemist W/house but their booking system let them down badly in my opinion. MHC had online booking and plenty of almost immediate appointments. Their staff were friendly & efficient too. I would recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Great medical advice given. I walked in to the clinic today and I did not have an appointment. I was feeling quite unwell and I was able to be seen very promptly, without a wait. Dr Aye was very helpful and thorough and clearly explained the treatment plan. I appreciate the care given. Positive experience: Very happy with Dr Jameel. He was very thorough with my 8 year old, gentle, understanding and really took his time to engage with her and myself! I didn't feel like just another number or rushed. Being Sunday, Denise was on reception by herself & did a fantastic job managing the front! Only dislike was the 30 minute wait but we had no where else to be so didn't mind too much. Definitely will be returning, we are very happy with Jameel.

Negative experience: Title: Disappointing Experience with Dr. Denish Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Dr. Denish, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I had sought his professional assistance, but instead, I found myself involved in a tense confrontation that left both me and my children feeling unwelcome. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Denish's office, the atmosphere felt off-putting. During our discussion, it became apparent that Dr. Denish failed to grasp the context of my situation. Rather than addressing my concerns and offering assistance, he seemed disinterested and dismissive. I felt as if he was simply going through the motions, waiting for us to leave. Disturbingly, this dismissive attitude extended to my children as well. Instead of fostering a safe and supportive environment, Dr. Denish treated them as an inconvenience. It was disheartening to witness my kids feeling ignored and invalidated during what should have been a compassionate and understanding encounter. What disappointed me the most was the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Denish. A competent healthcare professional should be empathetic, attentive, and willing to listen to their patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Denish failed to meet these basic expectations. I urge anyone seeking assistance or healthcare services to carefully consider alternatives before visiting Dr. Denish. My experience left a lasting negative impression, and I believe there are undoubtedly better options available, where patients are valued, respected, and treated with care. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Denish based on my personal encounter, as his unprofessional behaviour and dismissive attitude were deeply disheartening.

Negative experience: The receptionist on duty at Pimpama on the 29/10 (Sunday) was incredibly rude and has horrific phone manners. I was attempting to make an app with Dr Dinesh who is always so lovely, but the lady who answered the phone really ruined the experience. I have had nothing but negative reviews for your reception team which needs immediate training in their people skills. The last good one was Angela. Reception reflect the company and I can see all the 1 star reviews about it.

Fantastic experience: The clinic followed up on our concerns and resolved things for us. Visited on 23/10/23 for a suspected fractured thumb. Saw Dr and had an x-ray taken. Was told I would receive a call to discuss the results by the doctor. I spoke to reception twice after the appointment throughout the day to check that the x-ray had arrived. Was told TWICE by the receptionists that a Doctor will call to discuss results. (I need to see if I can resume work etc) Phoned the clinic the following day 24/10/23 and there are different receptionists that have NO note to confirm that a doctor will call.
