Negative experience: The doctors I have seen here have been great, but the management is terrible. If you need an enhanced care plan, go somewhere else. I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment with a nurse because the doctors won't do them. Then when you get there you are expected to know that you're supposed to check-in at reception, which is always a long wait. I waited where the nurses room was, but it was the wrong room. I went to reception after waiting for 15 minutes and then waited another 10 minutes in line. When I was finally able to talk to the receptionist she showed no empathy for my situation and offered no solutions except for "The next available appointment is not for 6 weeks." Unless you have a simple issue, book in somewhere else, even if you have to wait. The doctors are great but the management is just showing that profits matter more than people.

Negative experience: I received an sms to come in to collect results and was directed to the GP roster. I came in when the doctor was rostered and he was not on the app as an option to book in, and his roster kept moving (a 9am start became 9:30am, 9:45am etc.). Then the app stopped working. I went to reception who asked me to connect to wifi. Their wifi was down, so I asked the receptionist to book me in with the doctor and spelled out his name. After being there for a few hours I was called by the wrong doctor. She booked me in with someone else who was not familiar with my case. He gave me incorrect advice. I was told I could go back into the cue for the correct doctor. When I told the receptionist what had happened there was no apology. I was then asked to go back again that afternoon for more results. The results were normal and I was told I was fine. I felt very unwell and clearly not fine. He wouldn’t do any further tests and couldn’t help me at all. Day 2 I tried calling up multiple times and spent over an hour total on call waiting. I have still not had my calls answered. There only way to speak with them appears to be by going back into a third time. From start to finish this was a terrible experience, especially when you’re extremely unwell. Who has the time or the patience to go through this? No customer service, no help, no care. I would not recommend.

Negative experience: I am deeply disturbed by the deliberate neglect my family and I experienced during a recent visit. We checked in at 6:30pm and waited for over 3.5 hours, well past the clinic’s closing time of 10pm. Despite being the only family left, and my children playing right outside Dr Ifey Anekwe’s office, we were completely ignored. We made eye contact with her as she passed by throughout the evening, yet she still proceeded to quickly leave the facility without addressing us upon closing. When I inquired, I was told she had “called our name,” but this was a lie, as we had been waiting outside her room the entire time. The receptionist, however, was empathetic and left a note for Dr. Ifey to call me the following day, placing us at the top of her priority list. Unfortunately, I never received that call. At the time, I was in excruciating pain, unaware that I was bleeding out due to a cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. My condition deteriorated rapidly, and I was rushed to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) for immediate treatment, and ultimately ended up in ICU after the rupture. This experience was not only frustrating but also life-threatening. The lack of care and disregard for my urgent medical needs caused unnecessary delays, ultimately leading to a life-threatening emergency. I cannot stress enough how this blatant negligence put my life at serious risk. The entire experience has impacted my health and well-being, and was not only deeply traumatic but nearly cost me my life. I am still recovering from the emotional and physical trauma caused by this event and caution others to seek more attentive and compassionate care with a different doctor or elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The young lady at the front desk was so helpful in helping me set up the app on my phone. When I answered a question about breathing issues and I replied yes she immediately sent me to Hannah in the treatment room, who was wonderful. Negative experience: They have a couple of nice doctors but they focus too much on calling people and taking up time for those that aren't even in the centre. I have attempted to call this clinic on 3 seperate occasions throughout today 23/9/24. Despite the recorded message stating "we answer the phone between 9am and 5pm", this did not occur x3. The longest wait was over 2.5 hours with no response, other wait times were over 30 mins and over 1 hour, again no response. These waits are longer than Centrelink! Negative experience: DO NOT GO THERE!!! It’s a minimum 2 hour wait and even if you check in on the app you will have multiple people seen before you that arrive after you. The Doctors rush through and seem almost inconvenienced that they have to do their jobs. There are some lovely reception ladies but some are rude and talk to you like a child if you have trouble with the app and ask for help. Fantastic experience: Dr Arenas, legitimately is the only doctor in my life of 35 years who has shown compassion understanding, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, it has taken me so long to find a doctor that will work with me to get on top of my mental and physical health. I couldn't praise him enough, always very polite and the last time I saw him it wasn't too busy and he took the time to make sure I was doing ok. For the amount of patients a bulk billing walk in only doctors would have every shift it would be very difficult to do as good as Dr arenas, can't fault him best doctor Ive ever had. Negative experience: The good stuff: brand new centre, pathology and nurse on site, opens late, and bulk billing. The bad stuff: no bookings (it's a first in first served) so you gamble your waiting time when you arrive. It could be 15 mins, it could be 4 hours. - if you go earlier than midday or after 5pm it will be a long wait. And weekends, lol, bring a picnic as you will be there for around 4 hours just waiting to see someone. Also, the app will not tell you your place in the queue. So you can't decide to leave if you are in for a 4 hour waiting time.

Negative experience: You need to pack a picnic when attending Our Medical North Lakes, especially on weekends when you're lucky to have 3 or 4 GPs for 75+ waiting patients. Average wait times today were over 4 hours!! Then, if you haven't given up, once you see a GP, they seem completely disinterested in anything you have to say and just want to get rid of you as fast as they can! It's no wonder our Emergency Departments in our hospitals are so clogged. It's actually faster to go to ED, and the doctors and nursing staff, despite the pressure they're under, actually listen to you and provide outstanding care...unlike this place...complete joke.

Negative experience: Checked in at 6 pm....... It is now 10 pm and still waiting.....The staff are rude, I went to check with reception at 9 pm how much longer and she advised that we were second to be seen, they then saw four other people ahead of us. She then had the audacity to come to us at 10:05 to say she's convinced the gp to stay back late to see us which is absolutely ridiculous. Negative experience: Was told an hour wait. 4 hours later still waiting. Doctors just leave whenever even though there are massive queues. Understand it’s a bulk bill but seriously it’s not worth it.

Negative experience: What a joke! We got there with a 25-person wait, with six doctors on staff. After an hour and a half wait, there were still 14 people ahead of me. That's a ridiculous wait time, especially with a sick toddler. The doctors couldn't have looked any more unenthusiastic about getting through the patients. Just shut the place down. It's useless! I'll never go there again. A hospital would be a better option.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harjit singh randhawa is a great doctor, she tries to find the solutions for my problems, recommends me different things such as scans etc… she seems like she is concerned about my problem. I can’t thanks enough as I don’t have words to say thank you to her. Thanks to Dr. Harjit Singh Randhawa

Negative experience: Went there to see a GP and was told at reception that I had to download the app before I could get an appointment. I went through the whole process only to discover you can't use a shared email address. The only receptionist on duty tried to help at first and then told me I would have to delete the app and start again using a different email account. This I did and eventually came up to a screen that asked for the validation code that was sent to my work email. She then asked me if I had access to this email on my phone to which I replied I didn't and she basically shrugged her shoulders as if to say bad luck you can't see a GP here without actually muttering the words. I latter discovered that you can skip the validation screen and go straight to booking an appointment. If the receptionist is that badly trained in their technology then it may have bee a good thing that I couldn't make an appointment to see a GP. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath? Answer - having values doesn't necessarily make you rich. My advice 'don't go here'.

Negative experience: That's the most terrible place you can imagine. Doctors stop their work and go home at any time they feel like it, even if there are 50 people waiting. The app is terrible, it doesn't show you anything, it doesn't show you how many people in line, it doesn't show you approximate waiting time. And even if you ask a person at the reception how long you should expect to wait, it doesn't help, because as I said, doctors leave as they feel like it, so your 1 hour of waiting can magically turn into 3 hours, because one of them decided to leave early. On top of it, they charge you through their app as soon, as you check in, and you might not even see a doctor that day, and you have to wait for your money back a few days (if you're lucky) or more. 1/10, don't recommend.

Negative experience: long waiting and they don’t even care. I was told 8 doctors are available and 10 people ahead me so won’t take long. After an hour when asked again, receptionist was changed, and this one was so rude. No politeness or so. Still 3 ahead me and 4 doctors already left. Worst experience

Fantastic experience: Easy application Walk in bearly any waiting time bare the the general Chemist pathology on site everyone is really friendly an accommodating Shout out to the pathology girls there were great oh an they builk bull Dr Anthony Shea is amazing

Negative experience: Unfortunately tried to get though via phone provided on web site, was on hold for 50 minutes, when I complained to receptionist she did not even offer her apology. I work admin and this was not acceptable.

Negative experience: Wow where do I start... The app is totally useless. Trying to check in, is an absolute nightmare, as the app never works. The lady on the front counter seems like she doesn't want to be there, and when you ask a question it seemed like such an effort for her to reply. I checked in at 8am, then to be told at 10am sorry the app wasn't working, so we've had to manually check people in? So pushing us way down the queue. Seriously and that's my fault. Worst app ever!

Negative experience: Absolutely devastated and frustrated my husband waited 4 hours and had to leave without being seen, free wifi and there hours free parking is not a good excuse for an empty waiting room and 15 imaginary patients waiting Infront of anyone. We are all those people when you can only log in within the perimeter of the practice? He left and came back the day after and wasted another three hours and had to leave without been seeing again,the hospital would of been faster. The lack of resources is not excuse for a decaying health system in Queensland , when you go down the road and if you pay you get instantly appointed a doctor that can see you within less than 30 min. This is the kind of rip off health care we are currently experiencing in Australia unfortunately. The team can be as nice as you like but they are absolutely powerless in a system that stopped caring long time ago. It is clear that if you want to be treated in a human timely manner these days you better have money. What a pitty all of our tax payer dollars going to waste and people that really need the care can't even afford to complaint because nobody's listening. Shame shame , if you can afford it, go visit murranba downs medical &dental partially bulk billed. They are caring and take the time to know what is going on with you. Health is too important to leave it for later even if the system doesn't think so.

Negative experience: The reception ladies have always been super friendly, so this isn’t for them! This is for the doctors. I saw one of the female doctors in January who had me get some things done. Come February, I went in for my results and the GP said she would send off a referral to the hospital as a Cat 2 and to call them if I hadn’t heard from them by the 3 month mark. I wait the 3 months, suffering.. but being patient. I call the hospital and they go “what referral?” Which is how I found out Dr A never even sent it. I call the clinic and the receptionist I spoke to said she will chase it up and get back to me, however I never heard back. I call back again 2 weeks later and speak to Dr A who says they now want another test. I go in for it and she tells me she will re-send the referral as urgent and to go get a blood test saying the pathology was still open (it wasn’t) so I go home with the biohazard bag I was meant to bring back in only to get home and see she’s put my physical sample in the bag. I take it back and wait 2 weeks and hear nothing. Once again, I call the hospital and no referral was sent. Again. I call back up only to be told Dr A is now away for a few weeks and nobody else can send of this referral so I need to see someone else to basically start over. At what point can I declare medical negligence because I’m about too. Dr A also failed to provide a proper mental health support. She also knows I’m suffering quite a lot with medical issues. I’m really frustrated. I can’t speak on all the doctors, but I wouldn’t Recommend seeing them for anything more than a cold, because some of them do not care. I’ll be changing doctors obviously but went here as it was most convenient with my work schedule but I think a review was needed to warn others.

Negative experience: I Understand that this is a bulk billing facility, and it gets busy. 31/2 hours to get scripts filled, with no repeats given ?. To say i left not amused is an understatement. if you lower your expectations, i guess you wont feel the disappointment in service as much.

Negative experience: First, even though they say “we answer calls between 9 and 5 no they do not!!!! I hung on for 3/4 of an hour through the day and no sign of anyone ever answering. Disgraceful for an elderly person as we don’t understand all this app thing.

Negative experience: Nice and polite service at the front desk, but that's it. After 3.5 hours waiting to see a GP, I found out that I haven't moved in the queue position for 40+ minutes because people that were away got their place back in the queue to see the only available doctor they had after certain work hours (when I came at 3:30 there were 9 doctors and approx 45 people waiting). Also they don't even have a place to get some water (you have to pay for it at their pharmacy). I gave up after waiting from 3:30 to 7pm on a Tuesday. Waste of time (same with their app that doesn't work).

Negative experience: Reception doesn't know how to answer phone calls as i was on hold for 1 hour!! . If i can't walk in as i have covid, at least answer a simple phone call!!!

Positive experience: Yes you have to wait, but that’s expected because this clinic bulk bills. They have plenty of comfy seats, lots of space, free wifi and 3 hours free parking. The receptionist and doctors are lovely, and calm. Everyone is super efficient and this clinic can churn through a very high volume of patients quickly. Yes it could be faster if they had more doctors, but no one has enough doctors at the moment. If you prepare for a lengthy wait ( could be a couple of hours) then this clinic is fine.
