Fantastic experience: Before seeing Michele Pocknee, I hadn't heard of Bioelectric Massage, let alone experienced it. This type of massage, coupled with traditional remedial massage, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy has been a fantastic addition to my training, recovery and self care regime. I have experienced a significant reduction in pain and great improvement in movement and function. I can't thank you enough Michele.

As an Ex-Serviceman with service related injuries, the Nurses & Doctors at GO2 Health are wizards for ex-service patients & understand how difficult it is to traverse the DVA claims process. I’m very grateful to have found my new Doctor who right from the get-go understands DVA bureaucracy & the convoluted process which really helps when every day is battle with chronic pain.

The team there goes over and above what service should be given Dr Fraser is more then a doctor he is a friend of which I cherish it’s been A blessing to have been seen by Dr Fraser for all this time Dr Fraser is the heart of GO2 Health without a doubt so thank you to the whole team there which most certainly looks after veterans and understands veterans. This is more than comforting. I would have no doubt in recommending this practice not only for veterans but for everyone you won’t be disappointed with the level of service and support you are given from the time you arrive till the time you leave thank you GO2 Health

Fantastic experience: Go 2 Health is impressive when you first walk in and the staff very professional how they interact with their patients/clients. I had the good fortune to be firstly attended to by Nurse Shannon Clinton, followed by an appointment with Dr Andrew Ramage. Their service was outstanding and very thorough. My only regret is not finding out about Go 2 Health earlier.

Positive experience: I moved to this practice to firstly follow a GP who moved and secondly to have the support of a practice which is heavily focused on ex service members of which I am one. The counter staff are efficient and professional. Parking in the basement on weekdays can be a bit of a hassle. Making appointments for the PM may reduce this problem.

Fantastic experience: Best medical service in Brisbane for former Vets

Positive experience: I am visiting fiends from Interstate. Staff offered to book me in for a short appointment on a cancellation. As I have low vision, staff also assisted with booking a taxi to return home with a request for driver to come to reception. I could not be happier with Go2 Healh staff’s willingness to accomodate me at such short notice.

Positive experience: A great all in one medical support center, the only thing missing is a decent coffee machine

Negative experience: I’m not reviewing this practice as a patient, it never got that far.. In search of a clinic closer to work, I visited their website and selected a GP whose practice philosophy seemed to resonate with my situation, and despite the forewarning of a $144 standard 20 mins consult fee (that’s $432 an hour btw..) - I rang and secured the only, and seemingly elusive opportunity to be seen 3 weeks in advance, albeit at 7:40am. The following day I was phoned by the clinic to be informed the appointment that “I” had taken was outside normal hours and would attract an extra fee for this availability. Ironically, the advertised hours of operation are 7:00am - 8:00pm. I cancelled, and will continue to visit the clinic a little farther away whose fee is HALF that of GO2 Health, it’s just a shame that as a business owner in their neighbourhood I won’t be able to recommend their existence to my clientele.

As an ex Defence member with multiple injuries, he has taken me seriously from the start and put the time in assisting me with a thorough report for DVA. He has been nothing short of excellent with every appointment encouraging me in trying multiple avenues for my healthcare. A kind an and genuine doctor. Couldn’t recommend more.

Fantastic experience: The team at GO2 has been a massive help for me. I highly recommend GO2 Health to both civilians, military and ex-military. Caring and compassionate from the moment you're greeted at the front desk!

Negative experience: Both times I had to use Go2 Health for my twin 1 year old boys I had to wait over 40 minutes to see a doctor. The second time we left without seeing a doctor, so not sure how long we would have had to wait in the end. I don’t mind waiting to see a dr and I understand delays but those delays are not reasonable particularly if that’s their normal operating practice.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation today with Dr Araghi. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to, he knew everything I was going through and was very helpful with my transition medical. The admin staff were super helpful also, cracking jokes and very polite. Very positive experience, I will be coming back if I ever need their services again.

My doctor, Dr Ian is a great doctor who I admire and respect and has coordinated a holistic approach for me. Kate B has been great as my point of contact for reforge. I am glad that I have found them.

Negative experience: Was a long term client of Dr Fraser, clinic passed a new rule that I have to visit 2 times a year in person. I live 2 hours away and come to this clinic for their expertise in DVA. Why build a DVA specific clinic then make new rules against long standing patients. Dr Fraser is a true gentleman! Fantastic experience: I've only just started my DVA process with Go2Health but from making the phone call, to walking through the doors and being met with friendly and helpful staff, I was made to feel very welcomed as opposed to normal Defence medical or my local GP. The nurses and Dr were very helpful and pro-active. It's reassuring to know you're in good hands with the team there.

Negative experience: Doctor didn’t listen to me, after going over my list of symptoms, came back to me to then ask for the same list of symptoms that I just told her I had. Dr golner then topped it off by sighing heavily and muttering omg when I was leaving the room. I was given a stool test but wasn’t told any details about it, I had to google how to do it, just so I didn’t mess it up. Not worth such a high price for such lack of care.

Positive experience: Lovely environment, under cover parking. The Dr I saw was very nice, I got in at very short notice, possibly due to the nature of my injury . End result was confirming that with careful home care I didn't need to go to hospital. Prices were quite steep though.

Fantastic experience: I urge all Veterans to go to Go2Health to get any and all issues addressed. The most professional, friendly, efficient and holistic health facility I have experienced and it's very supportive of Veterans and the DVA claims etc. I will be travelling at least 90 mins each way to see Go2Health from the Sunshine Coast which is worth it. Negative experience: Although great doctors, Go2 health is unfortunately let down by overwhelmed administrative staff that lack the time to process time sensitive documentation. A busy clinic like this would do with hiring more administrative staff so it doesn't take them days to send off one email after multiple calls.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Doctor Ingles did not take my pain or symptoms seriously. Far more concerned with the fact I had a uterus and CONTINUOUSLY kept asking if I was sure I wasn't pregnant. Called me a "medical mystery". Ended up in hospital with what I had asked him if I had and he said - "very unlikely that it was that". Only did a full medical exam once I expressed that I was there not just to get my symptoms managed which is the only thing he he wanted to do and that I needed help figuring out the cause. When called to complain, he offered a $10 refund and refused to bulk bill. Medication that he put me on meant i couldn't get certain tests done that he prescribed. A lot of defending incompetent doctors with big egos. Would give no stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr Julie was very professional and friendly, and focused on attending to my individual needs. This statement may seem obvious or even expected, but having recently separated from the RAAF, (18 years of service) I was pleasantly surprised to experience effective, efficient, and patient-centred health care for a change. GO2 health are very familiar with Defence and DVA requirements, and I appreciated the fact that I was able to walk out of the appointment with five referrals from my DVA conditions, and a referral to a specialist to assist with diagnosis, treatment, and submission of DVA claims. The practice is located 30 minutes from where I live, but this is a minor inconvenience to receive the gold standard in health care. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic and lovely to deal with as well. Thank you!

Negative experience: I scheduled a Telehealth appointment as no GPs were taking face to face appointments or had no face to face appointments available. I waited an hour past my telehealth time without hearing anything until I had to call G02 Health front desk. I was rescheduled to a later time in the afternoon to wait another hour with no follow up until I called again. I was asked to reschedule for the next day when they couldn't get in contact with the doctor.. I declined - If you can't get it right twice in one day, what difference is tomorrow going to make? .... Can't recommend unfortunately.
